I purchased these hiking boots to replace a pair of well loved, well worn Columbia hiking boots that I have had for over 15 years. I was loathe to give them up, but had to. I broke this new pair in on a 7 mile urban hike. You're really not supposed to hike 7 miles in new shoes and I was a little worried. I did not get one blister! The fit is wonderful. The toe box was a little stiff at the beginning of the walk, but easily loosened over the 7 miles. The style is 'slender', so they don't make my 9.5 feet look large as other shoes sometimes do. I really like that.

Saw these boots online and I HAD to have them. They are super cute hiking boots which I desperately need. I also thought these shoes looked cute enough to wear when just wandering around the city or go on nature walks around the suburbs! When I got them in the mail and tried them on they fit perfectly! Enough room to wear some thicker hiking socks with and the comfort was insane! I've gotten many Columbia shoes before, but these had the most comfort of all! I read comments and some people said that they needed to be worn in, but I honestly didn't feel that way. They were comfortable from the start and not at all irritating at the ankle (some comments said they rubbed at the ankles). So tempted to get these in another color. If you are unsure about Columbia boots, trust me you will not regret getting ANYTHING from Columbia.

Got these a few months ago and am completely in love with them! They are comfortable, attractive, and very durable for everyday use. I wear them all the time and even convinced my sister to get a pair as well. Highly recommend!

This boots are very comfortable. Even though they are not for winter they keep my feet warm. They run a little large so you have to either pick a smaller size, instead of 7 choose 6.5, or use thicker socks. Overall they are really nice!!

It fits tight like glove very confortable for.everyday and in country side walking. Next weekend we have plans for test it at Mad River Mountain, see you!

This is my second pair, absolutely love them. Comfortable right from the start, keeps my ankles straight on rocky trails.

I have only used the boots twice so far. I ordered the grey color, they look amazing, comfy and I am eager to take them for a hike.

This is my second pair of the Newton Ridge Hikers. First pair lasted 5 years, if not more. I wore them all year especially in the winter. These hikers are comfortable when walking/hiking several miles. My son had the men's version which he found very comfortable.

These are nice looking and did very well in the mountains of Maine.

I have been using this pair of boots for a month now and I am totally in love with them. great to use for outdoors activities and even to work. they are very confortable and they don't make your feet tired. highly recommended

I bought these at Fredmeyer for maybe $30 and they have lasted me 4 years! Recently went backpacking for 3 months in them and they held up in the rain and snow and kept their grip in the steep talus I was hiking in! Buying these again because I love them so much.

I am happy with everything with my boots! I highly reccomend these boots. SO comfortable and great price. Wish I would have bought them years ago. Columbia now has a new fan!!

Great warm and lightweight!

One week before I was supposed to hike Half Dome my dog chewed up my other Columbia hiking shoes. I got these just in time for my hike and even with the little break in time I had my feet felt good after 9 hours of hiking. I think they could use a little more ankle support and cushioning, but I would definitely recommend them. The waterproofing is good too. I walked out into the Merced river and was a little worried water would get through where the tongue is, but they were good!

I bought these boots for a 2 day Machu Picchu hike. I was a bit nervous because I am not a huge hiker and I had never worn them before the hike. However, they were fantastic. They didn't give me blisters at all and had good treads. For hiking 10 miles in them on my first wear, they really couldn't have been better!

These boots are perfect! Sooo comfy & durable! I got them muddy and they just wipe off. I have hiked Banff, my home town trails in MO & am taking them to Hawaii next month!

I wore these hiking boots just last weekend and am amazed at how comfortable they are! No blisters and the my fit very true to size!

I work on a farm and needed a pair of boots that are comfortable and waterproof. These boots are both. I wear them all day and come home with dry feet that are not tired. I will buy another when these wear out.

These boots are what I expect from Columbia--good construction, comfortable and able to be worn right out of the box--no breaking in required.

I bought these for ankle support after an ankle injury and although they feel quite stiff out of the box, they were comfortable and supportive.
