I live in a city so I'm using this bag to do grocery shopping and to the beach. The backpack doesn't look big but has sufficient capacity so I can take place everything I bought into one carry place. I like it. I'm also using the backpack to carry basketball and shoes the day I have a practice and needs to take everything with me to work. I like it!

Love this pack it the biggest you can buy without getting a hiking pack.

My son uses it as a college backpack. He wanted something water resistant because it rains a lot in Mississippi and wanted protection for his laptop.

It's a big pack. It holds all my kid's stuff and has a nice pouch for his laptop. Bought him a jester pack last year and it way way too small for what he needs. This one has straps to expand the bag more if he needs it or to close it up if it doesn't. Lots of pockets and space and not too bulky.

As a healthcare professional, teacher, and student I used this bag for my tablet and books. I have owned it for less than a year and a half and the shoulder straps and handle on it started to come apart. I sent it in for a warranty claim, as I was told when I purchased this bag, they stood behind their product. Received communication that they would not cover fixing the bag as it was due to normal wear and tear.

The North Face Router Backpack worked great as a travel backpack. The semi-rigid back frame and abdominal/chest clips provide support. This backpack has ample space in the main compartment and helpful compartments to store smaller items.

I use this pack everyday to carry things back and forth to work! It is great and very roomy, the biggest pack I could get without buying a hiking on.

Great size for packing for a 2-3 day trip (including laptop and iPad). Lots of nice pockets and a big section for clothes.

This is primarily a school bag for my son starting college. He is a tall young man and this bag is a good fit and looks well made. I'm looking forward to see how well it holds up.

We are incredibly impressed by the size of this backpack! There is space for EVERYTHING! Pockets for everything as well! My son is able to keep all of the items he needs for his classes with him throughout the day, which prevents the need for him to continuously go back to his locker.

I've been looking for a durable bag big enough accommodate all of my son's school supplies and I think I finally found it! My son loves it so much he has been wearing it around the house already!

Purchased for son to use for college. Hasn't had opportunity for daily use yet but it fits him well (6'2") and is large enough for his large laptop.

When I purchased the item, one strap had poor stitching. Over time, one strap started to fall apart (defect) and other strap was fine. Sent it to warranty and they will not replace it
