I feel like these shoes have given me feet problems. My sides of feet hurt. They provide no support. I had to go back to my old shoes. I bought these for nursing, big time nightmare. They were super expensive. So unhappy.

I have always ordered the WW927 in black. Now you have replaced it with the WW928, and it doesn't fit. I have very wide feed and a bunion on my right foot. These shoes are not wide enough and hurt my feet. Also the heel of this shoe is to big. It goes up and down as I walk. I am not happy with this shoe at all. Are you going to bring back the WW927? Or do you have any suggestions?

Walk 20 to 25 miles per week. Have been wearing the 927 model for last four to five years. Now purchased the 928 and they kill my feet. I can no longer walk as fast or the distance in them due to huring my feet. Why fix something that isn't broke.

The insole of this shoe was so hard that I could not stand to put my foot all the way in. So can't say anything about the fit. This is not the first NB that I didn't like. Will not waste my time looking at them again.

New Balance has gone down hill with their so called wide and deep toe box. I could not wear this shoe at all. The middle is way to narrow and hurt my feet. I have diabetic nerve pain and they call this shoe Medicare approved. No way. What are you thinking New Balance. Will be looking for another brand.

These 928 New Balance shoes are not even close to the 927s. The stitching is all different and are very uncomfortable. So, there they sit, a brand new pair and I cannot wear them. I am very disappointed!

The 927s have saved me from severe limitation waking and from being on my feet. I can walk all day in the 927s without experiencing knee pain. I tried on a pair 928s and while I think the slight update in style is an improvement, I won't buy them due to the decrease in the cushion from the 927. This new shoe is a big disappointment and won't give the cushion that the 927s have provided.

These shoes deserve minus 5 stars. I must have bought 12 pairs of NB 927's from Zappos and from other sources. But recently NB 927's were discontinued so I the 928's. Clearly 928's are not an improvement. My feeling is that NB took short cuts on the components, the cut of the shoe and in design. Terrible fit. Not cushy like the 927's. The leather stitching is in different places than the 927's and makes the shoe unsupportive. It's an inferior product. The 928's 'chewed' up my feet. I had blisters, ripped skin and was sore for days. Could not wear them. The NB 927 shoe was the only shoe that made my feet happy. Anyone know where I could get them? Now what?

I have been wearing NB for a while now I am very disappointed that they keep changing models. I find something that works and a few months later want to order another pair of the same model and find they changed. I order the "new" model and shoes don't work. I was looking for the NB927 and had to order the NB928, very different shoe. This is very frustrating!
