The shoes are cosmetically appealing. That is WONDERFUL! I purchased them from a local chain shoe store. They are at a wonderful price. I hate how the back of your hamstring rubs up against them if you don't wear long socks, and I wear these shoes for JUST athletics.. I don't like to wear long socks while working out. I am not the only person who has had the issue with them rubbing.. It has rubbed so much that it tore the insole up on both shoes. I have seen MULTIPLE people at various public places with these exact shoes on and band aids over their wounds from the shoe. Including myself.

I hate them! They're uncomfortable, poorly made and I wanted to return them but wasn't able to because I didn't have a good enough reason for the company that I purchased from. I'll never buy anything from here again. In fact, my mother who is a regular shopper stop buying from you because of my issues. I've also told everyone I know and most have stopped shopping with you. Should've just returned them.

Bought these in a size 6W. Wide, really? Really, Nike? These were more narrow than some medium shoes I've tried on. Back they go.

These sneakers were awful! They caused major blisters and destroyed the back of my legs. The heel was so stiff and it had no support at all. I had to order new sneakers to replace these and could not run in them!

Ugh, so disappointed. I had an earlier version of these shoes which were so comfortable. But this version is stiff, clunky and rubbed blisters on the back of my ankles. I wish I had tried them on before buying them. And I wish I could return them now but unfortunately I wore them.

Ouch... But worse the shoe broke after just a few wearings! The backs were so high that they rubbed on my Achilles and caused blisters after just a half mile. Then the inside part where the shoelace ties into the side of the shoe at the top broke so the shoe isn't tight on my foot anymore. I can't fix it and the shoes still look brand new. :(

I always wear Nike for running as well as for working 12 hours as a nurse. I have loved my Alvord 9 shoes and needed to replace them after a lot of wear. I do not like the Alvord 10 at all. They are not comfortable no matter how much I try to break them in. I'm not sure the changes that might have been made but these are not the same shoes. Very disappointed, but I do love Zappos. Can't beat their customer service!
