For the purpose, it was made, it didn’t meet my expectations. It feels really hard and is not confortable specially when one has to be on his feet for long hours. I bought it to make my feet confortable because I work 10 hours.

Okay! Not the best. I feel like a target inside would've been better.

Easy to cut to size. Served the purpose. Gave support for a brief moment.

The arch supports made my shoe to tight

Unfortunately, these wouldn't even fit in the ankle boots I needed them for - too wide and inflexible. I can see them working for an athletic shoe, but not much else.

These were ok....For the price I've gotten more mileage out of other brands bought locally than these ones. Probably won't give them another try.

I bought these for running and they were way too heavy. For every day walking around they would probably be great,but hey didn't work for what I needed so I returned them. As always, Zappos made that a very simple process.

I was somewhat disappointed with the degree (lack of) cushioning that the Spenco Total Support Gel Insoles offered. These insoles were used to place inside of a recently purchased pair of men's hikers. Additionally, the three (3) "cushion inserts" found at the bottom of the insoles seemed to be too dense, or hard, and could have consisted of a softer composition which I believe would have enhanced the overall cushioning affect. Although support through the arch area seemed acceptable, overall, I expected a much more comfortable and supportive insert when considering the price point for this product. I may now look at other inserts to replace these in the not too distant future as I require more of a cushion beneath my feet, support notwithstanding.

According to my husband, he states "they're not bad, but unfortunately, they make my foot slide to the front of the shoe. Otherwise they're comfortable. I want something that doesn't slide my foot, though."

Overall, the insoles were too big for any size ten shoe or boot. Even boots that were too big (and subsequently returned for that reason) were very uncomfortable with the insoles.

Not for me. They made my feet hurt worse than the original insoles in my composite toe shoes.

These left my feet purple and in pain for multiple days but when I picked up some new insoles from Walmart I saw a day and night difference some people like these but they were 100% not for me

This wasn’t very supporting and was kinda hard and didn’t provide much comfort. I stand on my feet all day at work and I need something more supporting

My feet still hurt and I stand on them for 10 hours at Amazon
