this insole by Spenco is very comfortable and supportive. it works best in shoes with a harder footbed like nylon or cardboard. in these types of shoes like the new (new balance 608v5) it actually feels better than the original insole which in this case is also very comfortable in itself but without the added arch support of the Spenco insole. In shoes with absorb or other types of foam or polyurethane footbeds the powersteps or superfeet insoles will typically work best. This of course depends on your comfort and support needs, but for general overall comfort and support this will do nicely. I should add that I work 10 hrs. a day on cement floors and these do the trick for me. this is all subjective of course as you will likely have different needs than I do. still, you won't find another insole that does what this one does for the price you pay for it. well worth the 20 bucks.

I wear a size 9 (woman's) running shoe and ordered the ladies size 9/10 insoles. They were way too big.

I bought these for my Teva water shoes. They are extremely comfortable, and waterproof. These were sized at 8/9 and were a bit to big around the front of the shoe, but perfect in the insole. I trimmed them with scissors to fit my 8 1/2 size using the handy outlines molded into the bottoms.

these have been pretty good.

Great. I think I need a higher arch and larger size. But great! Squishy goodness under my feet while I stomp around on cement floors all night.

I love the material. Spongey and squishy. Good! I got them too small however.

Hopefully as I wear them they will get a little more comfortable. So far they help some but not to the extent that I had hoped.

Good support but a little too much arch support for my sneakers. I was looking for a more neutral gel insert!

I have pain in the ball of my foot and was looking for an insert. These are definitely better than the ones I got at the drugstore. They are good to add support to flatter shoes and even older sneakers.

Fits perfect

The fit feels great and will work very well for being on my feet at work.

I had to cut these down to size. (But this might be the case with these types of products.)
