Fit and size fine. Arch support lacking. Cushioning ok. For the price, not worth it.

They were a lil to big for the shows didn't fit flat inside shoes so I had to take them out

couldn't tell the difference in them and regular sole inserts

These both felt like a pebble was in my shoes, digging into my arch on both feet. Painful. Had to throw away.

Pro gel from heel to mid sole great cushion fit well. Price is reasonable. Con toe area way to narrow toes come of sides. I do wear wide shoes but have not have this problem with other brands. Heavy and thicker then other brands so you may need a larger size shoe.

Huge length. Like 3 inches too long.

Suppose to be cooling. My feet were on fire. Do not reccomend

If you have facitis plantar this is not the insole for you.

These are bad. They look like gel like you would see at the store, but somehow they are worse, very hard feeling and nothing like the dr shoals kinds. I would avoid these if you can.

Unfortunately I don't recommend them, I bought them and replaced the original insoles of my shoes with gel insoles but after using them for 50 hours of work I realized that they hurt me much more than they should have done to me, and in the end I had to replace the original insoles of the shoes and the difference was felt because I realized that I should never have replaced them or at least not with these. So I'm sorry for this review but they didn't favor me and I plan to return them.

Youre system didnt listen to me when I ask for it to be delivered on the 18 of march so it was delivered while I was at work and my package got stolen
