Best insoles I have ever had. Good support and amazing cushion despite how thin they are. This is necessary as I walk a lot each day and have super sensitive feet. They fit nicely into my shoes and do not take up too much extra space.

Spenco arch cushion insoles were suggested to me by a great podiatrist when I was having plantar fascia pain. What a help they were before and after surgery. I don't wear shoes without them! Even purchasing good athletic shoes can't always guarantee the arch is sufficient. I take out the shoes insole many time and replace with Spenco arch insoles. Much better for your feet. Happy feet!

I've been using these for years in my running and walking shoes. My husband and son also use them in their athletic shoes. These inserts provide excellent support that is often lacking in athletic shoes (even expensive ones). They last a long time and you just cut them with a scissors to get them to fit your particular shoe.

I recently saw a doctor for an ongoing foot issue and walked out of his office with a pair of these insoles. They are comfortable and I needed a pair for another pair of shoes.

I didn't need arch support when I purchased these. I had worn my black leather boots so much that I wore out the sole, and a hole was forming. I decided to get some cushion insole to fix the issue. I was not expecting these to be so comfortable. The arch support felt amazing - I never knew what I was missing out until I tried them. These were recommended by a Zappos staff, and they are a great value. I love the green color, which adds a certain style to my black shoes (only I will notice it, but it's still nice).

These are great. within a couple days I noticed my lower back hurting a lot less while being on my feet all day at work. could use a little more cushion for shock absorption though.

These helped me so much -- they provide awesome arch support! The only downside was I did have to cut them to fit my shoes -- they seemed to be a full size larger than I was expecting, but that was a quick and painless process, and now they fit great!

I am so grateful that I found these. I need quite a bit of arch support so that my knees do not hurt - I guess I am a pronator or something. Anyway, these babies are so comfortable and wear gently and gracefully over time. I am not sure if I will ever try another product like this one unless it is made by a doctor! Bravo, Spenco!

Very well made, durable insoles with ice arch support. I keep several around for those shoes needing a bit of support and for those that stretch out and need some space filled.

I use these insoles with my running shoes. They offer great arch support and cushioning without adding bulk.

Felt like I’d have to break them in which I wouldn’t mind.

This is an okay insert good for replacing an existing warn in one. It was not as cushiony as I was hoping and the arch support was very subtle, but i do have deep arches. It was good enough for the price.

These are almost entirely foam, and the covering on them seems to be a nylon. These iare for high arches, and there is no hard plastic anywhere underneath (which suits me fine as I can't wear those, with my terrible neuropathies). The arch itself is thick and high, slightly firm foam. The rest of the insert is neither thick nor thin, and the softness is someplace in between firm and soft. I like that the amount of cushioning in the heel and the forefoot is about equal, instead of overdone in the heel like most inserts, so they fit in most regular shoes. Also like that the heel areas are totally neutral and flat, not cupped or cantilevered to tip your foot like some do. I am still in search of inserts that are pillow-soft and just a tad thicker, but have this type and amount of arch support, but so far haven't found and so these are still the very best. I have bought probably 10 pairs of these over the years, and just purchased another pair for some new shoes.

I bought these to go into a pair of slip on sneakers that were too flat and had no arch support at all. The insoles fit perfectly into my shoe and provide just the proper fit and comfort I was looking for. Arch support is moderate, the material is soft and cushions my feet nicely.

I got these for a pair of riding boots whose insoles were totally worn through. I ended up returning them as these were just too thick for their intended purpose (they made the boots too small) and getting a thinner insole instead. But these were very comfortable. So, all in all I do recommend these, but only if there's some room to spare in the shoes you plan to put them in.

Very squishy but no arch support, so these go back.

these are fairly good insoles, and certainly the best I've found in providing decent arch support as well as softness

These are okay, but I don't think they are any better than the ~$20 Dr Scholl's inserts at the drugstore

I just received these today from Zappos and although I have only had them in my shoe for a couple of hours I am so happy I want to cry. Over 18 months of podiatrist recommended torture devices that twisted and turned my foot causing new pains but never relieving the original pains. No bells or whistles, just flat cushioning for your foot with cushioned arch support in the medial aspect. My arches are medium height and neutral, but due to an accident, both feet were broken and arthritis set in wherever there was a break and because there is a lot of this arthritis near the end of my arch at my first metatarsal I wanted just some moderate support. Thank you Spenco for making something that does a simple job without adding additional pain. Thank you, Zappos, for getting them here so quickly.

I wear a size 10.5 shoe. These didn't fit exactly in any pair shoes I had. They needed to be trimmed a little bit to fit properly.

Feel cheap and over priced. I've had other insoles for the same price that were better quality

These are not comfortable and are heavy on your feet
