I have been using this product in my shoes for at least 15 years. I have had custom made orthotics in the past and they were too severe. There are perfect and thin enough yet cushioned!

I bought these to slip into my Nike RNs, which I wear at my standing desk at work. The Nikes were over a year old, and though comfortable, had lost some support. Instead of buying a new pair - as they were still in great condition otherwise - I bought these inserts to use in place on the original ones. They work great! They provide more arch support than the Nike insoles had and my feet stopped hurting from lessened support. The size was perfect - I didn't have to trim. If I need insoles in the future, I hope Zappos still carries these!

these take up less space in my shoes than the hard plastic supports I love...initially I was concerned they wouldn't work as well. But they do! They are great! I did have to trim them down about 1/2 inch though.

I use these in all my shoes and I have tried many brands of inserts. When I got this order I noticed that these weren't as stiff as they were in the past...more foamy. After using them I like them just as well as the old model.

Purchased these inserts for my boyfriend, who has heel pain/plantar fasciatis. He loves them and says they're comfortable and help a lot.

really high quality; much better than the cheap inserts that came with my Merrells which were pretty much useless after a month or two...

I usually buy these at a shoe store. $79.00!!!! Not any more. Great support, fits in all my shoes ( for now I swap them out, until I buy more) amazing price, Duh. I walk a lot 7-9 miles 3-4 times a week. Highly recommend.

I purchased these before a vacation to provide comfort while walking. I walked several miles every day and they provided great support and comfort. They are easy to trim to fit into a shoe as well.

Love these! Must be 10th pair I have bought, and they are durable, last me over a year with frequent use. Just make sure to first remove flimsy insole that comes in most shoes. I use them in sneakers, snow boots, and even my old Uggs (to give them new life). Well worth it!!

These inserts are very comfortable. They fit perfectly in all of my shoes and boots. Overall good arch support - not the best, but still very comfortable.

These are great! Recommend by my chiropractor. I've replaced the insoles in all my shoes, running, hiking and every day. I highly recommend these and the price is much better than having a pair made. There not hard either.

These are wonderful insoles. They provide support and create a soft step. Highly recommend.

In a word, FANTASTIC! I've been having foot pain for over a year. Cortisone shots didn't help at all, and my pricey custom orthotics (which were remade 4 times) still become painful after about 2hrs. After all that, I wasn't expecting much from a OTC product, but thought it might be help a bit in shoes the custom orthotics just didn't fit. Oh my gosh was I wrong--these inserts are a life saver!! I can now stand and walk miles and, living in NYC, that's a basic necessity. These inserts are giving me back my life--THANK YOU SPENCO!

I have finally found an insole that works for me. It has just enough cushion and arch support. I plan to order more so that I don't have to keep moving them from shoe to shoe.

I had planter fasciitis and tried customs orthotics with no relief. After I tried these they were great and now have a pair for every pair of shoes that I own!

I love these insoles. I first discovered them many years ago at my local running store. The guy helping me recommended them because I have a long, high instep and was battling plantar fascitis at the time. Well, the plantar fascitis is long gone but I still keep a stock of these on hand and put them in almost every shoe I buy. I even take them out of shoes I'm retiring, wash them, and use them in the shoes that only get occasional wear. A friend talked me into a pair of Dr. Scholl's gel insoles for some Propet walkers I had just purchased. They felt great until the next time I traveled and wore those shoes to fly. After a day of airports and hard pavement, I had developed a heel strike injury that has taken weeks to resolve. As soon as I got home, the Dr. Scholl's went into the trash and I dug out an old pair of Spencos to put in the shoes until I could order new ones. I'll never cheat on my Spencos again!

I thought I was spending too much for a pair of insoles, but I was glad that I picked these! The reviews do not lie, especially when it is five out of five. These insoles make any pair of shoes so comfortable that they are worth the price. I had some Adidas shoes that were very flat, no cushion and therefore not particularly comfortable. Now with these insoles they are my favorite ones! They add a lot of cushioning (like walking on clouds), arch support (I have a pretty flat foot) and absorb shock really well. You cannot beat them!

Zappos had what I needed for lots less than anywhere else that I looked. And the girl that answered my call was very helpful. I will be calling them again. Thanks Zappos.

Highly recommend plus easy on the budget compared to all the other expensive insoles I bought and cannot wear now. I have low arches and have tried many of the expensive over the counter insoles. superfeet blue and 2 other kinds but the hard plastic heel cup hurts my heels so they are not usable for me and you can't return them. these spencos provide a nice arch lift cushion and support, comfortable! At first I thought the insole arch was too high for my low arches as they caused a little discomfort, but I learned you need to wear them a number of times (just remove them when they become uncomfortable) for them to mold to your foot, then they are great and you can wear them all day!! perhaps replace your shoe or sock liner with these as a double layer is too much I find or they work great with boots and shoes that have little support. They help correctly position my feet as I was having problems with pain and inflammation at both my heel and the ball of my foot. These helped along with wearing shoes that had lots of support and did not flex much--think addiction walkers and fit flops--it took over a year but finally better!

These are a great addition to many of my shoes that don't have enough arch support. For me, I size down one size to fit in my shoes.

Loved these so much I bought another pair for other shoes so I can easily switch between shoes without changing the insoles!

These are the best insoles ever, compared to Superfeet, which is also good. But these insole do not occupy too much space as Superfeet do. They run true to size . I used them for Clarks Desert Boots
