I use these inserts for all of my footwear: sneakers, hiking shoes, winter boots. I have high arches and these inserts help tremendously. The 9-10 size fit perfectly - no trimming either! They are well priced too. I highly recommend these inserts if you’re looking for good arch support. They’re also super comfortable.

Fit needed triming which is why i got biger size for mountain hunting boots.they work great love them.

I needed a pair of insole with arch support for shoes with no arch support. These insole did the job. The insole are thin so you do not notice them in your shoes.

I've been using Spenco Rx insoles for over 30 years and they have the best and most durable cushioning of any I've found. I have high arches and these provide the support I need. As more and more brands and styles have entered the market, Spenco insole have become harder and harder to easily find. It has been at least 15 years since I have had new ones (I have several pairs and they really do last forever) and Zappos made it very easy.

These were the right amount of cushion for my boots. I just had to trim them a small bit at the toe.

I bought shoes that did not have any arch support and these inserts solved the issue. i did have to cur the insoles to fit the shies. Very comfortable.

Perfect fit for my smaller shoes.I purchased number 4 for my larger shoes and 3 for the ones that are a size smaller. I didn't have to trim either one. Thank you Zappos!

These fit perfectly and I will be buying more in one size smaller for other shoes. I don't usually wear socks so I don't know how often I have to wash these but today was the first day I tried them and they were great.

I have been in search for shoes. I underpronate (supination) it is difficult to find shoes for work and play. I saw these with the great reviews, and sure enough they are working beautifully. I had some shoes that didn't quite work, but if there is room for these orthodics, I am golden. I am on my feet for several hours a day ( I am a teacher and a Mom) and these are like a miracle. Shoes are still important, but these are the magic.
