They are exactly what I needed. I now have 6 pairs.

Been using them for years and always put them in all my new shoes.

I have been using Spenco arch cushions for over 30 years in all of my shoes. I have high arches and get excellent support from this product. My feet hurt without arch cushions in my shoes!

I've been using Spenco Arch Cushions both full size and 3/4 length for 40 years (not the same pair). I have very sensitive feet and can not tolerate all the innersoles that have plastic supports. So with many new pairs of shoes out come their arch supports and in go these Spenco Arch Cushions. If there is room in the shoe I also add the Spenco Flat Innersole underneath Arch Cushion. I wash them periodically and hang them to dry. I haven't found any other product I like better.

My new arch supports made an instant difference in my ankle. I was having almost constant pain in my right ankle due to a tendon problem. Since wearing the inserts, the pain is gone. It has also helped with the pain while off my feet. Some of the worse pain was when I was trying to sleep. That pain is also gone.

Great padding for my hard soled rain boots. Going to be great walking in rainy England this spring.

I've been wearing these Arc Cushions for years and I have them in every pair of shoes that I own. I have them in my gym shoes, dress shoes, and my golf shoes. I just buy all my shoes a half size larger and they fit perfect. I highly recommend!!!!

When using RX Arch Cushions Insole, I forget about pain; no need to take medication or any pain killer. I can walk for miles without any pain. Product is highly recommended.
