Great for running/walking on trails. This is my first shoe from Salomon. I really love them. I have had trouble in the past with my 2nd toe (next to my big toe) losing toenails if I exercise too much. The toe box is very roomy, which I am not used to from other athletic shoes. I am finding that I like this and my toes are much happier. At times I wear a little thicker sock. Love the easy lace ups and on and off. Great colors! Will order again.

I have 2 pairs of the Salomon XR Mission shoes! They are, by far, the best performance shoe I have worn in a long time. They are made especially for women, have a wider toe box, (I have a narrow foot) wonderful support and very light! I am 59 yrs and these shoes offer everything I was looking for in a performance shoe. Awesome support for lunges, workout with weights, all around great support. I can't emphasize that enough, and light! Awesome colors! I wear a 7.5 shoe and these ran true to size for me!! I definitely recommend! I've worn top of line Asics, New Balance but Salomon has them beat in my opinion! Buy them NOW! :)

Great running shoe! I used to run in Asics. These are much lighter. I love the quick lace. I'm on my 3rd pair. With the Asics I bought a 1/2 size up for more toe room for marathon training. With the Salomon shoes, I bought my normal size. Plenty of toe room, but not oversized.

Love these shoes. Bought a second pair in different colors! Order a half size smaller than your usual size.

I normally wear a 5 1/2, but ordered a 5 after reading all the reviews. They fit perfectly! I have wide feet and high arches, and these sneakers are incredibly comfortable, particularly for their arch support. I bought them for dog agility, but wore them all day at an obedience trial (standing and walking around on concrete floors all day), and I couldn't be more pleased.

These are the best walking and sports shoe that I have found for my feet. I have large and wide feet, but with narrow heels. I have have heel and Achille's tendon pain and the footbed in these is very supportive. I don't care for the style, but comfort is worth it.

Excellent fit and comfort. My feet run a little wide at ball of foot, but length is right on 7, also have a high arch. Based on the other reviews I tried my true size (7) and they fit perfectly. Heel stays comfortably in place. Love the green!

Great shoes! Not only are the a fun bright color they are very cushy feel, I used them for walking and they really help cushion my steps. Lace system is very nice and you can choose to tighten and loosen as the day goes along with ease.

I was looking for a trail shoe for my regular 2.5-5 mile walks at a local, hilly park. First time I wore them, I got a bloody blister above my heel. It took about 5 more times to break them in. Now they are quite comfortable, and I love not having to tie the shoelaces - just zip & go. Very comfortable to walk with, and I sometimes jog for a while. While I love the colors, husband has threaten to not walk with me when I wear them since they are so bright!

These are so comfortable. They have a roomy toe box, great arch support, fun colors. I love them. I have two pairs. One color ran bigger than the other.

Great shoe. I am over-pronated. After a 30 minute 2.5 mile walk or 30 minute treadmill run, no pain in heel or arch area. Will order another pair.

This is the best fitting athletic shoe I have ever worn. I love the arch support and the colors are vibrant. I am extremely happy.

These shoes are very comfortable. I normally wear a size 4 in ladies dress shoes, but I ordered a size 5 since they are running shoes and they are just right with some extra space in the toe. I really like the way they snug up around your feet when tightened. The laces have taken a little getting used to, but now I'm able to get in and out of the shoes without much adjustment. The insole is very cushy. Unlike some other brands I tried, I was able to wear these right out of the box without getting any blisters or fatigue in my arches. They cost a bit more, but I believe they're worth it.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and every time I wear them someone comments on how much they like them and inquire as to the brand and where I purchased them.

This is the second pair of this style I have purchased. The shoes are super comfortable, easy to put on quickly with the cinching system, and I like this color combination.

Lightweight trail shoes. I run on paved surface before I get to the trails so I like it that they are more of a 'hybrid' shoe. they run a little large. I usually run in a 7.5 and my Salomon are a size 7.

I love in the country with about a hundred acres of wooded paths and rocks everywhere. Running the trails wasn't even an option until I found these shoes! I can't even feel the rocks, I don't slip and my feet feel awesome when I'm done. They are equally impressive on paved walking surfaces. After reading reviews, I ordered a half size smaller than my usual shoe size. There was no 'breaking them in' They were comfortable from the very beginning. A great purchase for me!

I LOVE these! I am usually a Nike or Adidas fan but lately I haven't found a decent pair that had felt comfortable for the price. I saw these and liked the look and read the other reviews and thought, let's try them! They are so comfortable, I literally haven't worn any other pair of sneakers since I got them (about 3 weeks ago) I've even done yard work in them because of the comfort!

These are probably my 5th pair of Salomon sneakers, and these are by far my favorite. I don't think I've ever received so many compliments for a pair of shoes. While these are far from minimalist, these are the lightest things I've had on from Salomon. If you are used to their shoes, expect something a bit more flexible and softer sole. I just bought my second pair.

Fun, comfortable shoes - I mixed these shoes with cute colorful dress & added a belt...rocked it!

What a great shoe! I did order a half size smaller as recommended by other reviewers and the fit is perfect. I normally wear a 7.5, I ordered a 7 and am very happy with the shoes. I went trail walking with them and the grip is great, no sliding at all, and my foot felt very stable. I love these shoes and have received many compliments on them!

These are my first Salomon shoes and over all I am pleased and have received many compliments on their look. I usually wear Nike and wear a size 9 1/2 for a perfect fit but found these a little bit roomy, the toe box was a little big but I did tighten the laces and it helped some. I am not a runner so I can't comment there, but love them for the gym and around town.

I picked up a pair of Salomon light hikers last year and couldn't believe the fit, so took a chance on this purchase and I am equally pleased. I struggle to find shoes in my size that fit my quite flat arches. These felt great out of the box. They have the perfect toe box height and width. I work 12 hour shifts and I'm on my feet all day and these passed that test. I love them!
