This is just a great basic sandal. The patent leather gives it a slightly dressy element, while maintaining the usual Dansko comfort. These are my go-to sandals every day that it's warm enough to wear them!

Saw these on a friend and had been looking for a pair of brown, cute and comfy sandals. They are very comfortable with great support for walking. Going to buy the black ones.

The shoe looks great. However my little toe sticks out between the straps.

These happen to be very comfortable sandals. Better than last year's models. Just bought another pair for next summer.

Excellent fit and wonderful comfort. I have them in pewter, which I adore, black patent, and I just purchased them in white patent. I'm 68 and it's very hard to find shoes that are not old ladyish!

I have flat feet and severe heel pain. These shoes are unbelievably comfortable. I couldn't be happier. I have purchased Danskos before but this is my first sandal. I would order more and wear them every day.

I absolutely love my Dansko Dani sandals! They are cute and so comfy and my feet look really sexy in them! Dansko's are truly the best shoes/sandals for support, especially for those of us with high arches! Most sandals are flat without any arch support and hurt my arch and instep after wearing them, especially if I'm doing any real walking. Every time I go to New York I buy a pair of Dansko's for all the walking and am always glad I did! Each pair has lasted me years and I have become a raving fan!

Midsummer, and these are holding up well. Very comfortable, more comfortable than previous Dansko sandals.

Wonderful shoe. Very comfortable and true to size. I only wish they weren't so expensive. I'd have a pair in every color!

Love Dansko but my foot is too narrow, the length was perfect...unfortunately I am returning & still searching for the right fit!

I ordered a pair of Dansko Dani sandals for my very picky 14-year-old to wear for an upcoming special occasion. She adored the sandals and couldn't get over how comfortable they are! Later, we were vacationing in New York City, we walked all over Manhattan - my daughter wearing the Danis. They are not only very good looking but are also outstanding walking shoes. One day, we walked up and down Riverside Park - a total of 5 miles. These sandals are awesome!! I plan to get some for myself.

These shoes are even better in person and the fit and comfort of Dansko cannot be surpassed! This is a great summer shoe and the red is not as bright as it appears in the picture, which I prefer.

I like this sandal and I am happy with this purchase. I wouldn't wear it to walk in the city all day, but its good for occasions when I want a stylish sandal. I agree that the arch support could be better and it does run a little narrow. It was true to my size, I have narrow ankles so it worked fine. I owned the old model of this sandal and I liked it better, but I will wear these a lot too. They are lighter than the old model which is nice.

This model appears to be the replacement/upgrade/follow up to the very popular Lolita of years past. Sadly, it is not at all the shape or footbed of Lolita. It does not wear/fit/feel at all like a Dansko. I'm so disappointed! I thought I would get one in every color. Instead I'm returning the one I got.

As you would expect, this is a comfortable shoe. The fit for me was perfect and consistent with my other Danskos.

Love this sandal! It's really comfortable, lightweight, despite the 'heavy'-looking sole. The straps aren't perfectly fitted to my feet but it works. Love the swirled gold/black colors.

The other reviewers are right -- this shoe runs narrow and has NO ARCH SUPPORT. Too bad, the old version was a winner! Not sure why Dansko has changed their sizing. I've worn this brand for over ten years -- always a perfect fitting 41. Not anymore. Not sure what is going on with them.

Returning these because they don't fit me, but it's a very nice looking shoe. The footbed was just a bit too narrow for me; the cross straps were not tight even over my high arches, but my forefoot hangs over the outside edge. Also, as other reviewers have noted, getting these buckles fastened is an ordeal. That might get easier if the leather strap softens, but the hole in the buckle is very small.

I usually wear a 40 in Dansko but needed a 39 in this. The straps on the top of the shoe were too loose for me and not adjustable. Very comfortable sole.

I found the old Lolitas! I never had the Dansko Lolita, and I know lots of reviewers are very disappointed that Dansko discontinued them, but I found they are still made! Actually it is the original manufacturer of the Lolita. I am not sure why their name is not better known, but they were and are still made by a company called Dromedaris Shoes. They call the old Lolita the "Golden Eagle"! I know because I saw them in a local store and asked the owner about them. Also, if you check out the website, you will see several of the old Dansko styles, of course under different names, but with the same obvious old quality and style. Prices are about the same as Dansko. Several other styles looked interesting. I do have the Dani. I am usually a true 39, but I found the 39 to be too big, so I went with the 38, even though it is a very tight fit, and has taken over a month for them to stretch out. The arch support is just so-so, but I do find them very comfortable and I have had no pain or problems. They look great and I get lots of compliments, so I am happy. I am just not used to having a break-in period for my Danskos, so that part was a little annoying.

Typical Dansko comfort, though these are noticeably narrower than my older Dansko sandals. Usually my Danskos do not have a wearing in period, but these do. After 2 wearings, they are good to go.

I love Dansko brand because they usually are wider and have good arch support. These are definitely more narrow than typical Dansko clogs, but still fit my feet well. They didn't have as much arch support as I would have liked, but I figured that was because it was a sandal. My only issue with this sandal is that I bought it in white and have worn them for a year. The white is now a noticeable yellow and I'm in search of another white sandal replacement even though they are in great condition otherwise. I don't know if it's because they are patent leather or just defective. Very disappointing since I buy Dansko because they normally last years without discoloration or noticeable wear.
