For those of you who loved Dansko's Lolita style - be warned... This allegedly improved version is anything but! It is still cute, and the outline is a bit narrower (which works well for me) - but it is flatter and does not have any arch support to speak of, and the comfortable rocker sole seems to be gone. I am not sure why they had to mess with a sure thing, but I guess that is progress for you! I will continue my search for a new favorite.

These are very narrow! I usually do not have trouble with any Dansko shoes, even though I have wide feet. These are very narrow and will have to go back.

They are really comfortable and I have a very wide foot. Dansko has changed over the years to get narrower so I was concerned but it is wide enough. And flat enough to be comfortable too. Some Danskos now are higher than I can manage anymore. It's rare to find something cute that I can actually wear now that I'm over 60.

These are very comfortable. They are a darker silver color that is not too much for work. I work in an office that is business casual. They go well with my extended wardrobe in shades of black and grey. I have a black pair too and have worn them walking around theme parks for hours, carrying backpacks and kids so they are very comfortable but more stylish than a pair of sneakers. I love them.

I wasn't sure what to make of these shoes. They styling is really pretty, I liked them for that. The footbed has some type of memory foam in it. But it didn't have a high arch support I was looking for, but yet it did feel like my arches were supported. I just couldn't decide, so I returned them. But they are really pretty. If I didn't have plantar fasciitis I could have loved these.

Extremely comfortable. Can walk all day in these. A little bit dressier than casual... could wear with jeans or nice pants.

I am leaving a review because of the other reviews I read, about the shoe being very narrow. I have a true 8 wide foot and purchased this shoe in 8.5-9 (Brown) and I love it! I have not worn long distances yet so hopefully it will be comfortable, so far so good. I love the look and if I would have ordered my size 8, they definitely wouldn't have fit. I ordered larger because I have purchased Dansko before (a different shoe) and they seem to run a little short in length for my preference So I figured I would try going up a size, besides when I search for wide shoes on Zappos, Dansko shoes comes up even though they are not W description. Hope this helps

This is my fifth pair of these Dansko shoes and my seventh pair over the last 12 years. I absolutely love these shoes! In the summertime I'm in these shoes on a daily basis. I walk dogs and go on hikes in them. Comfortable, of course, sturdy, tons of support around the foot and the ankle. When I bought my first pair of Dansko's I exclaimed that I felt like I was walking on a cloud. Been a loyal customer ever since. Great product!

I just received these shoes and am very happy. I have very narrow feet, so Dansko shoes often look clunky and boxy on me. These are very narrow and more feminine looking, but still seem to have great support. I can't wait to wear them out! If your feet are the least bit on the wide side, though, they probably will be too narrow for you.

Really attractive shoe; like everything about it except the typical Dansko arch support is missing. Having had plantar fasciitis and surgery, arch support is a must so I sadly am returning these.

Love the shoe, love the color (taupe ice) and goes with everything. Very comfortable, runs true to size. Lots of compliments.

I love these sandals! They fit well, I have narrow feet so sometimes that is a problem with Dansko, but these are great. They are perfect for everyday and also nice enough for going out. I get lots of compliments!

Really cute shoe and unbelievably comfortable; wore them all day in the heat the first day and no problems.

I have this sandal in 3 colors - black patent, black full grain, and blue. I have problem feet recently complicated by broken toe; and I am just now transitioning from a surgical shoe to regular ones. The stiffness of the Dansko sole works well to keep pressure off my fractured toes as I walk. These are lower than other Dansko styles I saw, and also have a little less rocker motion. The patent leather is much stiffer, but dressier, and needed some break-in. The full grain leather is softer and more comfy, needing no break-in time. I like moderate arch support, not strong arch support, so that is probably why some people say this doesn't have enough. My feet are narrow, and these are still a little wide unless strapped at the very last holes. I took my regular size which was perfect. All in all, this is a cute and comfortable sandal. The straps really hold my foot securely without aggravating the sore toes.

I have had the same pair of Dansko sandals for nearly 10 years and I still love them. I wear them all the time in the warm weather and they go with nearly everything from jeans to shorts to dresses! They are incredibly comfortable. I only wish they were not so expensive...I would like a few more pair in different colors! I own three other pairs of Dansko shoes and love and wear them often.

I wear professional Danskos all day long and thought this would be a nice change for summer and when wearing skirts. It does look and fit nicely on my feet. However, it does not have the same arch support as Pro Danskos. I walked one long block to my favorite art gallery and couldn't buy anything because my feet hurt so bad. I really wish Dansko would make a nice sandal with exactly the same footbed as the Pro. Sigh. Hope you have better luck.

I would have liked just a bit more arch support, though I'm happy with the general comfort of these sandals.

I have has surgery on both ankles and my job requires me to stand a lot. These shoes look and feel great! Perfect with either pants or a dress!

These are my favorite shoes! I love everything about them. If you are looking for a stylish shoe that still give support this is it! I have always wanted to try danskos as they have such an excellent reputation and this is my first pair. They really are as comfortable and high quality as everyone says. The only thing I would mention is that the color is advertised as blue but to me it looks purple. However, purple is my favorite color so even that works perfectcly!

These shoes are very nice and I intend to keep the pair that I ordered; however, if you are looking for a replacement for your old Lolita style Danskos, these are probably not the ones to buy. The Dani is a dressier sandal and the sole is more narrow than the old Golden Gate style sole.

Great sandal -- very comfortable right out of the box. Perfect fit for my foot.

Love these shoes. The heel is a little lower than most Danskos. I like the strap. Shoes are good for church or work.

I wear a 9.5 in US sizing, and my foot is slightly narrow. The size 40 in this shoe is a perfect fit. Like others, I've had problems in the past with Danskos being too wide. Also in the clogs, sometimes the 40 has seemed too short. I ordered both the 40 and the 41, and the 40 is a perfect fit. The width is not tight, but fits appropriately snugly so my foot doesn't move around, and the length is perfect--no heel hangover on the end. I wish all Danskos fit like this. Oh, and it's cute. Looks good with jeans.

Just like all Dansko they are perfectly comfortable for all day wear! True to size and cute too!

I love this shoe! It is similar to the older style Dansko Lolita sandal, which I loved to wear, but this is less clunky.
