I need a roomier toe box, and this shoe is great for that. I can no longer wear heels because of pressure on the ball of my foot, but this style doesn't cause a problem for me. I have several pairs of Danskos comparable to this shoe - I highly recommend them.

I'm a teacher and have had two pairs of Danskos that still look fantastic after 6 years. I haven't "splurged" on a nice pair of shoes in a while. I ordered these because I can wear them with capri jeans, skinny jeans, and skirts. These babies are ridiculously comfortable on the first wear and without socks...no blisters or rubbing, and the insole fabric is super soft. Just perfect. Extremely happy and trying to resist the urge to buy another pair!

For me, the best thing about these is that they are comfortable. Good arch support and good for wide feet. They are also well made and look like they will last. I wish the heels were real wood and that Dansko would make some edgier styles, e.g., studded clogs would be cute.

I was apprehensive when buying because some of the reviewers said shoe dug into the top of their foot. But I thought heck, Zappos has free returns and Dansko has never let me down...so I gave the Sams a whirl. So happy I did! The top of the shoe may rub the top of your foot the first couple of days, but it is leather, so by day three they have molded to your feet and fit like a glove. Practical note: they are slightly smaller than Professionals, because they are not meant to fit like clogs. I wore a 39 in both. The footbed is also squishy, which I like a lot with arthritis. Look super cute with tights or slacks. Love them! Hooray Dansko!

A great shoe. It takes me from work to post-work activities and stays comfortable the whole time. I'm on my feet for work and it's the best support I've found in a good looking shoe.

I'm a teacher who is on my feet all day. These are great. I know not everyone cares for the look but I think they are super cute as well as super comfortable. Love them!

I love these shoes! They are even more comfortable than other Danskos that I have, the inside is super soft. They are really cute with pants, skirts, dresses. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the color. They arrived with some scuffs on them but I didn't send them back because I wanted to wear them ASAP. I may have to get them in other colors.

Love these shoes! Can be worn casual or dressy. They look great with pants, skirts and dresses. Neutral goes with everything. Don't need to worry about pedicures. Feet a little sore the first few days, probably adjusting to the arch support, now they are very comfortable. One of my favorite pairs of shoes right now.

Very comfortable! I get a lot of compliments on them. The color goes with e everything. I'm a teacher and on my feet a lot and they provide great support. I would recommend.

These are fantastic shoes! This is probably my tenth pair of danskos over the last nine years. I got the light color and I like how they are going with just about everything that I own.

My school's closed toe shoe policy threw me fot a loop. I needed something comfy and cute that went with everything. These shoes do the trick. They should be in every teacher's closet.

I sent the camel shoe back in this style because of the color. I reordered the shoe in black because the brown was not available until October; I think now I will just wait until October!

Absolutely love these shoes. Very comfortable, very well made. Wish they had the blue color in stock and I'd buy those too. I love Dansko and think they are definitely worth the money.

I LOVE this shoe, but the sand dollar color shown is totally misleading: the color is more of a bone color than a sand dollar color - more white than brown that appears in the picture. I will reorder in brown! (I've had a brown pair almost identical to these and have worn them for almost 8 years, almost every day!)

Absolutely love these shoes...have hardly had them off of my feet. They are great with shorts, jeans even dresses (although my college daughters might disagree on the dresses). My feet have become a bit arthritic and these shoes are so comfortable and supportive.

These felt great right out of the box, and the taupe goes with most everything. They feel less clunky/more feminine than some Dansko shoes.

Fits great and so comfortable. Not crazy about the color, though. Reminds me too much of an old lady shoe.

Hmm. I really want to love these shoes, but I'm still thinking about them. Actually, I DO love the upper, cute style and interesting color. BUT the sole is my issue. I don't know why Dansko couldn't have just done one of their regular tan rubber soles with the "wood" texture pressed into it. Instead this shoe has a squishier base with a cheap looking wood design like printed on it. I guess from a few feet away, you wouldn't see it, but up close it looks cartoonish. I haven't worn these yet so I'm still deciding if the good part of the upper outweighs how I feel about the lower part.

I wear a WW in width, and while these aren't marked as wide shoes, they do fit, although I had to go up a size to be comfortable. They pinch the tops of my feet a little after they've been worn for a while and my feet swell naturally, but it's not intolerable and may go away as they break in. The footbed is very comfortable. I have lingering plantar fasciitis, and it isn't aggravated at all when wearing these and my feet feel secure and don't slip.

The color is beautiful! Looks so nice with blonde hair. Comfortable, as usual Danskos. Plan to wear with skirts, jean capris, white capris, and my lululemon yoga pants.

I have admired Dansko shoes for a while. I don't have any terrible foot problems, but I have a high arch and try to avoid having any pressure against the top of my foot. These fit the bill there. They aren't very stylish, but I wear them every so often anyway. They are a good in between/simple shoe. I guess I just don't love them as much as I'd hoped to.

Very comfortable, especially for a shoe that provides height. I am considering wearing them while bike riding to work, although haven't tried to, yet. Sand dollar color matches my linen clothing, so it tends more to a beige which normally I would abhor, but not in this case. Worth checking out.

I normally don't wear shoes with heels higher than 1 inch but I decided to take a chance on these shoes and I am so glad I did! These shoes are so comfortable and stylish. I have worn them with jeans and dresses. I did not have to break them in at all. I have a hard to fit foot too.

I love this shoe. You can wear it all day long and feel great at the end of the day. It goes with so many outfits and I always get compliments when I wear it. I have this in tan and black. It is my favorite shoe!
