They’re so cute but oh my god, I’ve never worn a shoe that made my bunion ache more. I can’t explain why that would be but I literally cannot put them on my feet and I’ve tried many, many times. It’s utterly puzzling because they’re wide, soft, and fairly flat but there’s some combination of factors perhaps to do with the cut and the sole shape that makes them absolutely unwearable.

Keen has changed the design of these and it no longer matches the image on the product page. The reinforced stitching is gone, rubber toe is smaller which creates weird wrinkles and weak spots, and the shoe comes further down the top of the foot. What was Keen thinking?! They screwed up a great shoe.

This doesn't feel like a Keen at all. NO support.

Really wanted these to work, but they were way too tight against the instep. Returned.

Seems like a different shoe from my precious Sienna's. Runs really narrow and the Mary jane cutout rubs agains the top and of the foot abrasively. Disappointed with this pair.

Buyers should know that this shoe doesn't use the usual Keen foot bed with a wide toe. This uses the more traditional straight shoe bed.

Zappos can't be beat for quick service, and good prices. The unfortunate thing is that Keen has changed its supplier of the in-soles for these shoes. There is no longer an in-sole with arch support, making them not comfortable for those of us with arches. I have spoken with a manager of a store in the town where I live about this, and she told me she has had many returns of this style of shoe if it was manufactured recently. If one is lucky enough to get last year's model, then all's well.

It is with much sadness that I am returning these shoes. I have worn Keens for years. Especially the MJ. I just compared this new one with my last pair and they are over a 1/2 inch shorter than my old ones. Needless to say, my toe rubs on the end. Why did you change the sizing?

I bought this same shoe a couple years ago.very comfortable shoe with great arch support. oh keen you changed the fit and the insole is half the material that it used to be. very uncomfortable. I am so disappointed!

Most uncomfortable shoe ever. After two hours of wearing, I had to change shoes. Most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased.They looked like they would be great summer shoes, and was so disappointed with them.

I have a pair of Keen Harvest MJ that fit well and have a lot of support. I ordered this shoe because the style is similar and I thought it would fit the same and be good for summer. It run small and narrow and does not have the support that most other Keen shoes do.

This shoe is so uncomfortable! I am astounded by the numerous 5-star reviews on here. The foot bed is good enough, and I found there was enough space for my foot length-wise. But the top of my feet are killing me! The elastic band is too tight, and it digs into my skin every time I lift my heel. And then there is the opening towards the toe area. You can feel the hard stitching dig into your skin as you walk. It is ridiculous. For the price I shouldn't have to be trying to stretch the elastic and wondering how I can open up the top part of the shoe. It looks great but it is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever worn. I had to remove the insert in order for me to walk properly. Meaning, I now have a glorified ballet flat. And I can't return it! I am never buying anything from Keen again.

Sorry to say that these shoes run small. I understood from a family member "how comfortable" these shoes are, but they run small.
