Like the style and material but shoe is small and short.

I love the style of this Keen. The gray/black color is perfect - a nice change from a solid black shoe. HOWEVER, this Keen runs narrow!!! I usually fit very comfortable in most Keens and this pair just was tight, and much more narrow than I am accustomed to with this shoe. I considered returning and going up 1/2 size, but I know that will not solve a width problem. So disappointed because I LOVED the way they looked, just weren't comfortable. :(

Toe box is too big and the top of the shoe pinches the top of my foot. Those w/ high arches beware. :(

I really wanted this to work. It's very comfortable, true to size, and the material is great for the summer, BUT the throat line goes so far up the midfoot that I would create a sore spot over time. I don't have high instep arches, but the throat line digs in one spot on both feet that I have to return this. The rest of the fit is fantastic, however. I understand that the model before this one had a lower throat line so I'm going to try to find that model. Having learned the difference between the previous and current models, this new one is not only unworkable for me--it's also a slightly more dowdy than the older model. I wish I discovered these mary janes before this new iteration. I'm certain the lower throat line would have been a "younger" look and would solve my issue with the pressure on my midfoot when wearing this pair.

I depend on Keen brand shoes to take care of my wide feet, but not wide enough for Wides sizes. I have been holding onto the last pair of adorable multi-colored mary-jane style canvas Keen shoes. Strings are hanging off of them. I excitedly ordered the Sienna MJ Canvas shoes in two sizes to find my best fit. I tried the larger one first and I couldn't take one comfortable step because they were so narrow. Also, the thickness of the sole was much thinner than my old Keens so they were not as supportive as the old ones. The fabric was a cute design. I'm so disappointed. Are all Keens now a narrow design? Both pairs are waiting for me to drop them off at UPS to return.

The front opening was too shallow, and dug into the top of my foot at the opening. Without that, they would have been pretty good.

Right foot great, Left foot OUCH. Extremely tight, pinch across the top of shoe at the edge. Painful. will have to go back. This was the new black.. The Lily pad pair fit beautifully, both feet . Very comfy. Love Keen sandals, first try at a closed shoe.

Bought these for work as keens are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve owned and I’m on my feet for 8 hours. These have no arch support and were not particularly comfortable.

There is a difference in this shoe compared to previous Keen MJs, I was hoping to replace my current pair but these are not as comfortable and the top of the shoe come over the foot in a spot that is rubbing and uncomfortable. Sadly, I am not keeping these ones.

Fits much narrower than my other keens. Also, there is less arch support

I bought a pair of these in 2014 or so and love them. I have literally worn them out. I was happy to see that Keen still made the shoe and bought another pair. I could tell they were different as soon as I put them on. The shoe comes higher on the foot, which was uncomfortable to me. Also, the sizing was a little bit different. The shoe was snug and I even put my old size 8 next to this size 8 and could notice a slight but discernible difference that I don't think can be attributed to stretching, as I measured sole to sole. I am disappointed. I really loved this shoe and I hope they will go back to the old style for the next season. I am reaturning them for these reasons.

These shoes are great for casual outings and light hikes, but they're pretty expensive for a light weight simple shoe.

These were comfortable but I had to send them back. I ordered New Black and they looked like a gray/light olive green color to me. Definitely not black!

These shoes are super cute but I'm guessing they cost the manufacturer about $10 to make. They are very cheap feeling in terms of the material quality and the durability of the shoe. I am going to keep them for the cute factor but I'm disappointed that Keen is making such a cheap shoe and charging so much for them.

I've worn Keen shoes for many years. They never seem to wear out. They always run true to size, however these are shorter and more narrow. I also didn't feel that the canvas at the heel would hold up. The shoes are super cute, sure wanted to keep them, sadly I had to return them.

ordered 39, or 8 1/2...usually wear a 39 or 40 in European..Wide enough in the toe box for my bunions, but did not feel like the sole was wide enough for full comfort and stability. Strap accomodates my high arch very well and comfortably. Toe box was not quite deep enough on one shoe to be a good fit. At first I was going to order the next size up, a 40 to fix that, but decided this shoe did not have enough material on the soles to keep from feeling what is underfoot. So, it was returned. Think many people would be happy with it for less serious, shorter periods of walking.Style and materials were fine, cute shoe in the wool stripe. Colors true to what I saw on the screen. Wish it had worked for me.

Strange fit - really roomy in the toe, but the stitching above there is too tight. Not much support either. I've gone through two pairs of the leather version of these and they fit much better and are far more comfortable.

Had to go 1/2 size bigger but even after that they never felt right to the bottoms of my feet. I felt like I was walking on the outside edges.

It's really funny with this shoe in the camo print color--they run really short! I already own a pair of these shoes in the beet root in 8.5 and they are great. I ordered them in the camo print in 8.5 and my toes were bent so I ordered a 9. Today I received the 9 and I'm going to keep them but I honestly should be trading them in for a 9.5 because now my toes touch the end. I normally wear an 8.5 in Keen's so I don't know what went wrong with the camo print. I take it back, I'm not going to keep them. I'm wearing them as I'm sitting here at my computer writing this review and my toes are rubbing the ends of the shoes. Disappointing.

This shoe has very little arch support, and very little support overall, but it's cute. My kids have run all summer in Keen sandals, and I know many adults who love those sandals, too, boasting of how supportive they are. I loved this style, and found them on sale, but after wearing them all day had sore feet. The shoe is otherwise incredibly comfortable. I was disappointed.

These shoes were disappointingly uncomfortable! I thought I'd found my new "travel shoes," but no, these Keens are terrible uncomfortable, and boy, they smell horrid after only a few wears. I do not recommend!

I was impressed with how lightweight and flexible these shoes were when I pulled them out of the box. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the elastic strap across the top of the foot...it was a bit tight on me (though the rest of the shoe fit well) and also not that visually appealing. I hope that Keen will keep the design of the shoe and add a narrower, more traditional style mary jane strap with adjustable buckle in the future.

Absolutely love the look of this shoe but it just doesn't provide any arch support, and the sole is very thin which also causes me problems with my morton's neuroma.
