Cute shoes but I am returning these. They were the same size I've worn for years but my toe touched the tip of the shoe. Shoe was flimsy and gave absolutely no support whatsoever. I'm becoming more and more disappointed in this brand. I've worn nothing but Keens for the last 10 years at least, regular shoes, sandals and mary janes. I don't know what Keen's is doing to their shoes but this is the 4th or 5th pair of styles I have previously worn for years that I have to return. The toe box is not as roomy, the shoes seem less supportive and the materials flimsier. I guess I will have to find another shoe line as I am sick of sending these back. It's a shame because they were my favorites for many years.

What I really want for spring and summer is a pair of mary jane presidio's -- my favorite urban walking shoe. I looked at the Presideo MJ II but they all seem to have that funky coloring so I thought I would try these out. Maybe it was just the pair I got, but the toe box on these shoes stuck out kind of funny looking. The longer toe box is already less flattering on my huge feet but this sort of weird puffiness was really awful looking - I returned them. As far as size and fit they were fine.

Oh, Keen! I ordered your Sienna MJ canvas again this year, hoping that you had returned to the style you produced several years ago (several people reference it on this website). Then, the top of the shoe was lower cut. That version was one of my favorite pairs of shoes ever. I bought them in 2013 or 2014 and wore them out. I miss those shoes so very much. This version is not only less attractive but more importantly is less comfortable. Sadly, I'm returning these Keens just like I had to do last year. Please bring back the old MJ canvas. I miss it!

I had the previous version of this shoe for years and literally wore them every day. They were my absolute favorite. I ordered another pair to replace the originals and noticed that they changed the shape of the opening. The top part of the opening used to be rounded but the new version is straighter/square. This causes two problems: 1) It looks a lot less cute/refined and 2) The squaring-off makes the opening smaller so the top of the opening hits your feet at an awkward and uncomfortable place. Sadly I had to return them. Also, New Black looks like a medium gray in the photo but in reality it is more like actual black.

These shoes felt stiff to me and I just did not like the look of them on my feet (I ordered in black). I also found them to run small. However, I also ordered the wool version and they fit totally different than the canvas - softer, more comfortable, more stylish.

It seems that Keen shoes typically run wider than other brands. This style does not run wide, so for Keen it feels narrow. Agree with the other poster who says the vamp hits an uncomfortable place.

Weirdly narrow for Keens...especially the toe box. Perhaps it's the material but just strange-fitting overall, which is a bummer because they look cute.

I had loved these shoes and wore out 4 pairs so this season I ordered 2 pair in different colors. I was disappointed to see that they completely changed the design and now instead of looking great they look like old lady shoes. I will keep them anyway because the old style no longer exists but I won't order them again unless they change the design back. It is amazing how changing the stitching and the shape of the opening can make such a big difference in the overall look. And the fit Osborne slightly different too. Enough for the heels to slip off when I walk unless I put orthotics in.

Meh. I had a pair of Keen Harvest Mary Jane shoes that I loved. I ordered these to replace them, and they're just meh. Not that cute, not that comfy. Disappointing. (And I typically love Keen.)

I wore a 6-6 1/2 narrow to normal width pre-pregancy. Now in the last two months of my third pregnancy, my feet have changed and grown, but I definitely don't have wide feet and I've had next to no swelling in my feet for this pregnancy. I was looking for cute shoes for a trip out west and thought these would work, but they missed the mark in both comfort and looks. Reading other reviews made me order the 6 1/2 and the 7. The 6 1/2 fit length-wise, but the top of the shoe, where the edge was, was too tight. Only in that area. The 7 felt too long, and my heal slipped. The top of the shoe didn't feel tight, but there were two seams on the strap that chaffed the side of my foot and would definitely give some blisters. The toe part also looked much longer than in the photos. I don't have long feet, so the proportions seemed strange to me and I didn't care for how they looked. The cushioning is fine, comfortable for normal wear but I don't think they'd work for long walks.

I wear Keens a lot and this shoe was a big disappointment. Cute, buy absolutely no arch support to speak of. I bought them to wear on a trip, for walking through the airport, easy to slip on and off at security, and comfortable on the plane. And then walking around New Orleans, my destination. Two of those requirements were aces. Easy to slip on and off, and sitting on the plane. Otherwise, no dice. I never wore them the whole rest of the trip. No arch support, and very very little cushion in the footbed made walking in them super uncomfortable.

I'm sorry to have to return these because they are very cute, but they squeak when walking on my kitchen and hall floors. Too annoying.

I'm so bummed! I've been wearing these shoes for a couple months and they've worked well but now the canvas is separating from the top part of each shoe and I can't wear them anymore. :(

I thought I'd love this shoe, but boy was I wrong! I thought these shoes would be the perfect walking shoe while traveling, but they're terrible! They pinch my toes, make my heels sore, and offer NO arch support. Also, these shoes reek after only a few wears. I was embarrassed to go through TSA at the airport after only wearing them for a couple of days. These horrid things were a colossal waste of money!

I thought these shoes would look cute with capris and shorts, which they did. However, I'm happy I bought them through Zappos because, after wearing them for about 10 minutes in my house, I could feel the design of the rubber sole through the insole. Very uncomfortable! So, I returned them. Super bummed!

I really like these shoes; they are comfortable and cute, which is a hard combination to find sometimes. However, I can't recommend them -- I've worn them maybe a dozen times since I bought them, and they've started to smell, kind of like Tevas or other athletic shoes smell if you wear them often. I'm very disappointed, because I love them, but I won't wear them if they smell bad.

Didn't work for me. I guess the top of my foot is high because the strapped rubbed a lot and caused blisters but my friend has the same ones and loves them. I don't have fat feet but think the forefoot is higher than most and these shoes killed me.

Well, at least now I know I'll never be able to wear a pair of Keens- and neither will you if your foot is a petite size 5. They are just way too big. Cute color choices though.

These shoes were one inch shorter and 1/4 narrower than Jean's other same size and style shoe, Keen MaryJ. Her black shoes she bought a year ago and these new Sienna shoes received from your warehouse both say size 7 1/2 but the new ones are more like a size 6. Jean never wore the shoes we are returning.

These were the ugliest shoes I have ever ordered. They looked cute online, but in person, were just plain ugly. They fit fine; if anything, the elastic stap was a little loose. Usually that is a good thing, but I'm afraid with wearing, the strap will become useless (there is no adjustment). The heel feel a little funny; maybe it's because it felt like it had more structure than the rest of the shoe.

These shoes were not a good fit so I returned them. I have a high instep and the edge of the shoe cut into the top of my foot.

This pair of shoes is very narrow and tight across the top of my foot, which pushes foot fat through the inner circle. I’ve had several pair of these Mary Jane’s in the past and these do not fit in the same way at all. Will be returning.

I have no idea how I would feel about these shoes because they’ve been in transit since 11/11 and its now 11/14. They’re just lost and I don’t know how to notify Zappos.

I used to like the fit and look of Keen, but these seem like something purchased in China sizes...way smaller than a typical size 9. Way too narrow and not a usual size 9 length!
