Straps over instep are too loose.

Straps run very loose. Feel like I am falling out of the flip flops when walking. Very disappointed.

These are wonderful flip flops and I was happy to pay the higher price (vs. Tevas) because of the arch support. My osteopath has been encouraging me for two years to stop wearing flip flops without arch support. I finally agreed and these Chacos fit the bill perfectly. I love them!

I really wanted to like these, as I have a pair of Z/Clouds and love them. Unfortunately, the straps were either not thick enough or not placed in a good spot, and my foot didn't feel secure when I took steps. The bottom of the shoe didn't stay close to the back of my foot when taking a step, which made them loose and insecure. It could be partly because I have big feet (size 11), but I have other flip flops that don't have this problem. Unfortunately I returned them.

Loved these soo much last year, I ordered a new pair this year. They have changed them somewhat and I don't love them as much. The strap/thong is loose and allows my foot to slide forward. Still has wonderful arch support which I need since I had plantar fascitis.

These look awesome, great arch support, but they are too narrow and somehow the straps are too loose. Don't know how they can be both, but they have succeeded in being too big and too small. I don't have wide feet, but my baby toe hangs off the side a bit. My daughter with really narrow feet slipped them on, the straps have a good 1.5" gap above her feet. Strange fit and design. We will stick with their sandal models that can adjust the straps. I have been looking to replace some merrels that I loved and my puppy murdered and haven't had luck with merrels either. The search continues.

I have six pairs of Chaco's and I usually love them. These run small and the sole is much thinner than I am used to with traditional Chaco's. I still like them but will try them 1/2 size larger.

I have several other pairs of Chacos but I wear a 10 Wide. I have really wide feet. I wanted a simple slip on shoe to wear around the house that has support. Loved the color of these and the price so thought I'd give a Medium width a try. They sort of fit but just barely. When I bent my toes all of the way my last couple of toes hung off the side. Not a good look. I really need the wides. Length was great. That said I also wasn't thrilled with this really thin sole. Arch support was okay but not as great as in the fully strapped shoes - I think that may have been just because my heel could slide around in these. I also think the thinner sole is just really different for me and that I would have gotten used to that. All of these issues put together just made me return them. I did talk to a Chacos customer service rep who said their Men's 8 Medium would be equivalent to their Women's 10 Wide so I'm trying the Hipthong in Mens since they don't come in wide in womens. We'll see. Thank you Zappos for such great return policies & such easy ordering!

Fit was too wide and slipped off my feet. Not as good a fit as ones I bought a few years back.

Love the look of these flip flops but they don't have enough support for a high arch. They are also very loose.

really disappointed in this Chaco shoe, I have a pair of chaco that needs replacing and have been great. As previous reviews have stated, the strap are way to loose and my feet slip out of them. Don't buy

I've been wearing Chaco flips for over 10 years, and each pair of my Chaco's has lasted for over 5 years. My feet like the amount of support provided. I think they are one of the best flips out there.

I now have 4 pair of chacos, all bought within a year it so. Just love the support. Ive gotten rid of all other flip flops and sandals. I wanted some to just slip on and knock around the house, pool and run errands. These would work but the textured foot bed seemed uncomfortable to me just walking around the house. I ordered a different style of Chaco flips that I’m keeping. I disagree with the other reviews about it being a unisex shoe. It felt perfect to me but I have a wide foot.

I wear these almost every day from May-October and they last a good two years. Well worth the money. The arch support is great. I think I'm on my third or fourth pair. I've washed them many times, as well; they always turn out looking new. ��

Five stars plus! Let me just first start by saying, I was looking to get another pair of Olukai's for summer (I have about 8 pairs of their sandals) and these caught my eye in the store, so I tried them on and now I will wear nothing else! To my surprise, because I had been so glued to one brand, Chaco surpasses my expectations. The fit is 100% perfect for my normal to narrow foot with moderate arch. My Chiropractor comments on how healthy my feet are, and I can thank wearing cute orthotic shoes. Olukai's seem pretty comfy, but when the straps loosen, the sandals feel a full size too large. Chaco has held up and kept my foot in place because the straps don't over stretch, no "flopping" and the footbed is so comfortable - it provides correct foot placement but has bounce and a lot of flexibility. It's the same price you'd pay for any sandal of this class, and I love them even more than the comfort that Birkenstock has to offer, so I'm going to stay with Chaco. What I'd love to see would be some solid colors but in person the EcoFlip is really flattering. Also good job on using recycled materials.

This is my go to flip flop. Third pair and I have a pair in brown leather. Good arch support and non-stinky rubber. I can get two or three seasons out of these wearing them almost every day.

I am a huge Chaco fan. I especially love the Chaco flip ecotread. I am a true 10M and they fit my foot perfectly. Plus, have a really amazing arch support! My foot says "thank you" every time I put them on. I have worn them all day when touring with absolutely no foot fatigue. I love them so much that I already have six pairs and am about to order a seventh! I just wish that Chaco made them in more colors. All that being said, I have two friends with narrow feet who say who can't wear them because the strap rubs their foot uncomfortably. However, I have another friend with plantar fasciitis who swears by them.

I now own 3 pairs and am getting ready to order another. Hands down, these are the best sandals there are. Comfortable, quality, cute. Love 'em!

I've been wearing Chaco Flips for about 10 years now, ever since I realized I needed sandals with better arch support. The Chaco Flip EcoTreads give me great support, they last a long long time, they are washable, and they come in some very attractive colors. Don't hesitate to wear them and you'll love them.

These flip flops are really comfortable. I have owned other Chaco sandals (X/2) and loved the ergonomic footbed and stability, but I really don't need all the extra straps when I'm just going around town. These sandals are comfortable, stylish and easily compete with other popular brands (for example, Olukai) and they have the streamlined, basic flip flop look.

These are my indoor shoes and they rock! I am on my feet for a lot of hours and they give me great support. I may even buy another pair to wear outside the house.

Love these! It does take a little getting used to the textured footbed. But the arch support is great and they are very comfortable and look great.

I have extremely wide feet and these are a tiny bit narrow in fit. I am not aware of the arch support so it's comfortable and not too much support. The raised dots on the foot bed tend to annoy my feet, but I will get used to it. I'm not sending them back because I live in flip flops year around. I would recommend these to anyone.

This is the third pair of Chacos EcoTreads that I have bought from Zappos. The Chacos have a comfortable footbed and the piece that goes between the toes has never been a problem for me. These are my go to flips for any occasion. The customer service from Zappos is the best.

Good flip flop...nice arch support....the nylon strap takes a little breaking in to soften up. Recommend it!
