As usual the sneakers that I received from Zappos were shipped on time or early. These sneakers fit perfectly and there was no break in time, and they are very comfortable.

I bought these sneakers for my 69 year-old father who did not own or wear sneakers. He always wore boots. But because he has flat feet and arthritis in one foot, I knew that he needed a more comfortable shoe. He usually doesn't like new things, but he actually likes these sneakers. I have the same pair for women and they are very solid, supportive and comfortable. He's very happy with them and finally decided to retire a pair of his old boots that had no support or comfort. Small strides.

I've bought this same style and brand of sneaker the last 5-6 times and I really love it. It was delivered very quickly and was a great purchase and good price.

My husband has trouble finding shoes as he is a size 16. We've ordered these shoes at least three times in the past several years. They fit well, last and are true to size. And, of course, Zappos speedy delivery always makes the purchase even better.

I buy these for my husband. He's had a hip replacement and some shoes just don't seem to work for him. He was wearing these before. The rubber tread stays "rubbery" and doesn't get hard and slick as the shoes get older, and they wash well.

This is by far the most comfortable pair of New Balance shoes that I own. From the minute that I put them on, very stable and easy to walk in. Best ever! I wear a 11.5 E and they were true to size and width.

Bought size 12 again and this time they fit perfectly. Last year they were tagged as 12 but were uncomfortably short. I get about 2 years good casual wear, then shift them to "yard work" and buy a new pair!

I wear a size men's 7 and always have trouble finding what I want in my size. With Zappos I simply go online pick out what I want and it is here. For me the product itself may not save a lot of money but it saves me a lot of time and money driving around trying to find something in my size.

These are for my husband and he loves them. He wore them on vacation and has no complaints. That is unusual with him and shoes.

Nice shoe, well stitched, comfortable, yet not quite the tread I would want for dirt path hiking. Crosstrainer? Maybe best for city treks. Yet my first pair of New Balance, I would definitely buy their brand again.

The first pair that I received was too narrow, even though I ordered W. The exchange for the extra wide pair was remarkably simple, fast, and free. Fantastic customer service.

I have what my wife refers to as "Fred Flintstone Feet" That is, wide and long... So New Balance has been a mainstay for a few years since it's difficult to walk in the average shoe store and find 11.5 4E width. Placing the order with Zappos was as easy as I had heard and the shoes arrived on time with hassles or delays! I WILL order from Zappos again when my FFF need covering again. ;)

I'm always able to find the shoes and size I want. I wear orthotics in my shoes, so this is very important to me. Great selection, fast (free) delivery. Great selection of sale items too.

I love New Balance. They are the only shoe that has a 4E wide round toe box that I can wear and being female that has to look to men's shoes, this is great! They are comfortable and I can walk all day without my feet hurting.

I wear them every day. Can't think of a thing wrong with them. They're usual high quality NB's. Zappos shipping is amazing too! Only one thing would I change and that is I wish NB made single E width, which my feet are. D's are too narrow, EE's are a bit wide. Thank you.

If you are an old fart like me these are the sneakers for you. Wide and comfortable like the backseat of your dad's Pontiac. As a plus the inner sole picks up easy so your orthotics can slip right in under them. Great sneakers and not too pricey, go for them!

These shoes were a replacement for another pair but I really like the look . There is a suede upper complemented by black leather below it making for a nice variation on the dark (usually black) sport shoe.

This sneaker is the only one my husband will wear. It is phenomenal! He stands on concrete 10 hours a day and these hold up well. You won't be sorry with this purchase.

My other half has been wearing these shoes for years. They have gone thru several versions (v3). They are hard to find so I was really happy to locate them on Zappos. He has diabetes and great fitting shoes are really important. Got them immediately. Just in time for a trip. Zappos is fantastic. I wish other e stores were as wonderful.

I want a good diverse shoe that is decent looking enough for work, and also offers the comfort and support I need for teaching and for walking my dog later in the evening (I hate having to change shoes all the time). This shoe works perfectly!

This product exactly as presented. After two weeks of wearing it, I can truly say it is very comfortable.
