Too narrow and not enough of a sole for me. Had to send them back.

Love the color and style of these, but Reef seems to have a very prominent high arch bump that always feels uncomfortable. This is the second pair I tried, the first were from Nordstrom. I guess if it hits you in the right place, it is great but if not, then not so much. Also, the top strap behind my toes seems to hit a nerve in just the right spot to cause an uncomfortable sensation. Bummer.

I loved these flip-flops. They are super cute and very comfortable, however after only 7 months they broke. One of the straps completely detached from the footbed. I've never had an issue with reefs before so I was a little disappointed as I wasn't wearing these all too much (I owned them through fall/winter). I wouldn't spend half that price on these again.

Cute, comfortable, fits as expected. HOWEVER - leaves black marks on floors.

Very disappointed. I have worn Reefs for quite awhile and loved them. However, the thong piece is not tall enough to accomodate my foot. It was way too tight and I don't have a really thick foot!

I am a solid size 10.5. Since that's not an option for this shoe I ordered size 11 - and found them to be easily an entire size too small. This seems to be a standard problem with Reefs. And since they don't make anything larger than 11 for women, I'll have to take my business elsewhere (or perhaps to their men's department). Weird and disappointing.

I have had several pairs of Reef flip flops in the past that I loved, but lately they seem to have shorter/tighter straps and less arch support. I'm disappointed.

Bought Comfort Sandals these for the excellent arch support. Only problem is the strap between the toe is too short. Unfortunately cannot wear them. Used to wearing Birkenstock, but they don't make any pretty ones like Reef.

I wanted to love these but the thong strap is extremely scratchy, tight and narrow. I have another pair of Reef Stargazer sandals that have a rubber thong strap and fit much better in the same size. I wish they were more comfortable.

I just received these in the mail today and was disappointed when I tried them on. The straps are way too narrow and tight around the foot and feels scratchy. The cushioning feels really nice and I love the design. I just wish the straps were designed better...going to have to return them.

These are very cute, a little dressy but not overdone, with a great squishy footbed. However, the straps are really rough and scratchy underneath, and after 15 minutes walking the dog in them the tops of my feet are completely shredded and I had to limp home. Ouch. I will keep these for occasions when I don't plan on walking more than a block.

Very disappointing. I wore these out and by the end of the day I couldn't wait to get home and get them off! Left two red strap marks on my feet. Zappos isn't exactly known for bargain prices and now I'm stuck with a terrible pair of expensive flip flops.

I have worn Reef sandals for years and love the Star Cushion Sassy style. I wear a 7 or 7 1/2 normally but in the Reef sandals I used to wear an 8 because it felt comfortable for them to be roomier. These new ones I purchased are a lot narrower than my other Star Cushions. My foot hangs off the sides and that's never happened with any shoe before. The sandal itself is a LOT shorter than the exact other pair I had of the sandals! I think I'd have to go up to a 9 ( one and a half/two sizes bigger than normal!) but I think the sandals would still be too narrow. Sad. Good company but they must be letting things get cheaply made now.

Fell apart in just a few months after light use - total garbage!
