The soles are very soft, but the strap is not very comfortable. The part that runs over the top of my food rubbed raw spots on my foot. I hope as I wear them more they will break in, but new the straps are it comfortable for walking a long ways, which is the whole reason I purchased these.

I loved the cushioning and the arch support, but the straps were scratchy and made red marks on my foot after wearing only a short time.

The material felt too stiff and the leather toe area was very uncomfortable.

Can't rate comfort as I couldn't even get my foot through the stay. Ordered in my size (which is a size 9) and these were WAY too small. Had my mom, who wears a size 8, try them on and they were even too small for her. Super narrow as well. Disappointing as these were really cute.

I'm a size 5 and this particular pair felt a full size smaller.

Ok, so this is the second time I’ve purchased these. Reasons I like them: they’re super cute, feminine, AND comfy with a nice arch support and cushy footbed. But, I won’t be buying a third time. Why? My first pair broke after less than a year. The second pair just broke a little over a year later. But I wear them almost daily, sometimes in the sand and water. So perhaps that breaks down the glue. Perhaps 1 year is standard and I shouldn’t complain? We’ll see, gonna try something a little pricier (like Olu Kai) and see if they last longer.

I was surprised at how narrow these are-they’re narrow on my already very narrow feet. I’ve worn this style for years, so something’s changed. I can’t recommend this to people with normal-to-wide feet.

Too narrow. I have wide feet and a high instep.

These flip flops were cute. I wear an average width shoe but I found these to be narrow. The sparkly straps were thin and the overall fit was just not comfortable. Zappos has an awesome customer service department. Returning them couldn’t have been easier.

Loved the look and cushion. However, after wearing for only two hours, I had a blister starting under the outer thong on the right flipflop. Not sure if the strap was misplaced or it was just my foot structure.

I originally really liked these slippers (or flip flops). They have a nice arch support, cushy sole, and they’re cute and feminine. It’s hard to find slippers with arch support that are more delicate and feminine rather than with thicker straps and a more rounded look. For the price, too. However, my first pair (bought at Famous Footwear, not Zappos) of black ones, after around 6-9 months of wear, the post pulled out from the sole. No big deal, I figured it was ‘cause I bought them at a discount store (Famous Footwear), since a brown pair I bought through Zappos seemed fine. So I bought a new pair of black ones, and was happy, until about 6-9 months later when one of the posts pulled out again. Now, I figure it has to do with me getting them wet from time to time and going in the sand with them(I wear the black pair more than the brown). So if you’re not going to do that then that’s fine. But I live in Hawaii, and yes sometimes I walk in the sand with my slippers ‘cause the sand is too hot, and sometimes I even get them wet. I would think a pair of slippers from a surf brand (Reef) would be constructed a little better, and able to handle conditions such as getting wet and getting sand down the posts. I have a pair of Scott’s that are like 10+years old and not sexy and feminine like these but they still work great and I wear them around the yard all the time. Anyway, I’m gonna probably get one more pair and try to stay out of the water and sand with them. Cause they’re cute and comfy. But if a third pair breaks then I won’t be buying them anymore.

I thought the sandals were super cute...and, I liked the way they looked when I tried them on. The footbed was very soft and supportive, however the straps were uncomfortable. I think some of the sparkly material rubbed on the tops of my feet. Unfortunately, I had to find something else that was more comfortable.

The straps were a bit tight; good flip-flop for a narrow foot.

The sole is a thicker than the regular ginger. The straps are also a little wider than the ginger also.

I have had Reefs for the last few summers. A foster dog chewed up my last pair this fall, so I ordered some new ones now that spring weather is here. Well, lo and behold, these are narrower than my last few pairs. My feet practically hang over the edge. I hate that! So these are going back. I do have slightly wider than normal feet, but never have to order wide or anything. Disappointing.

Way more narrow than the other Reef flips that I have. Therefore, I had to return. I love my other REEF flops!
