Very cute sandal! The foot bed is soft but felt supportive. The straps were the only part that bothered my foot. They're not very soft so I will be returning them.

I really wish they kept the old style. This years "model" is more narrow & not comfortable and "cushiony"like their previous versions. I'm so disappointed

Cute shoes but the strap came loose from the sole 6 months after I purchased them. Less than 5 minutes after I contacted Zappos regarding the defective shoe, I received a note that they are replacing my defective flip-flops. Zappos provides top-notch customer service every time!

As comfortable as these looked and felt, for someone with wide feet, I found the straps very restrictive. I wear other reefs with no problem, so it may just be this shoe. In the end, I will have to send back.

The straps are too tight on my feet, and I wear regular width size 8. Maybe I got an "off" pair? Unfortunately I'm returning them. They ARE super cute, though.

I've ordered two pairs of these shoes in the last few years and loved them. I only keep ordering more because the sparkly stuff on the strap starts to look a little dull and worn, and also because the that last style I was in love with was discontinued. So now I'm hoarding these in anticipation of the day they, too, are discontinued. A WARNING, HOWEVER - The two I've ordered in previous years fit perfectly. I ordered size 6 medium width. I just got two more pairs in from Zappos and, again, ordered size 6 medium width but I can barely get these on my feet. These no longer run true to size or slightly larger. THEY RUN SMALL!!! Not only are they now shorter, which causes my heel to hang over just a little, but the strap is tighter and is squeezing my feet. I looked down to make sure my feet weren't swollen and they weren't. It's just a normal day for me... no water retention. I'm not pregnant. I haven't gained any weight, nothing about ME has changed. In fact, I still have the two older pairs in a size 6 and they still fit me great. It's the shoe manufacturing process that's changed. Perhaps just this "batch"... perhaps they were mislabeled. I don't know. I just know I can't wear these. I just processed the request to exchange these for a size 7 and will be taking them to my nearest UPS store as soon as I'm done typing this. Hopefully the 7s will fit better.

These are just okay. I typically wear a 7 1/2 so I bought the 8 and these were way too small. That surprised me because I already went up a 1/2 size. I purchased another pair on the nine and while they fit lengthwise this time they are not very comfortable. The straps are too tight and caused indents in my foot and where the thong is between my toes. I'm hoping I can break them in because I already wore them outside not even realizing they might still be too small.

I have worn Reefs for years as they normally fit my wide foot comfortably. For some reason, these are much tighter than last season's. My daughter has narrow feet and she said they fit her too tight also.

Shoe is very comfy but is not wide enough in the toe area. My foot was almost hanging off the side. Seems to run more narrow than the other reefs I have.

I don't have wide feet and these shoes are very narrow. The base is comfortable, but the straps are not at all. I won't be keeping these due to the straps, and because for ordering a size up, my feet are still about to fall of the sides.

Wanted to love these but alas. Too small and narrow. Very disappointed in the redesign of the Reef brand. Thankfully Zappos also carries the Cobian Bounce which has replaced Reefs in my heart and just in time for my upcoming cruise. My little skinny teenage daughter with her narrow size 6.5 feet quickly claimed these (size 8) and they work for her so it wasn't a total loss.

My 6 year old pair of cushion Reefs in woman's, size 11, are my most comfortable sandals ever. Now Reefs are too small in size 11 woman's and Reef does not make size 12. It's too bad, because now there are so many pretty styles.

So cute but when I received them, they are way too narrow - like ridiculous. I've never had this problem with Reefs, hoping this is an accident since Reefs are otherwise the most comfortable ever. Sadly I will be returning these.

I was excited to receive my new Raen shades and such a cool brand. Unfortunately these were way to big and as a consequence, looked awful on me. Not sure who they'd look good on - they're huge! I'm sending them back and going to try to find another style.

Cute flip flops but turned my feet black the first time I wore them. Returned for something else.

These are really cute shoes, but the strap placement on top is REALLY uncomfortable, and dug into the top of my feet. I have a fairly narrow foot, so that wasn't the issue. It is too bad, because the sole felt really comfortable. I will have to send them back.
