Vionic's insert provides a firm, contoured support that doesn't lose shape like cheaper foam inserts that compact down in a few wears. The full length eliminates pressure spots, and they're great right out of the box. If you're replacing a flat shoe insert or just have flat shoes, you will need a little extra height to accommodate these and keep some toe wiggle room.

I bought these for my husband, who has plantar fasciitis, and he wears them daily and they do help with his foot pain.

Absolutely love these inserts. Makes any shoe so much more comfortable.

Very comfortable, I’m flat footed and have plantar fasciitis, been using this for a few months and has almost completely cured the pain. Highly recommend over expensive doctor orthodox.

These are simply the best inserts I've ever used, even when compared to my custom made ones from my doctor. I put these in my running shoes- new inserts every year. I have them in my low heeled cowboy boots and other shoes as well.

I was hoping that these Vionic Active Orthotic Inserts would give my feet the comfort that Vionic Tide sandals do. But they do not. The arch support is good for my overpronation, but I need some cushioning under the ball of my feet. I had bunion surgery on my left foot two years ago. I guess that foot is out of alignment now, because the ball of my foot hurts--except when I wear the Tide-style Vionic sandals. These inserts aren't awful, but they're not what I'd hoped. I'm keeping them, because they're better than nothing for closed-toe shoes. I'm using them for my New Balance athletic shoes and for a pair of Clark's boots (had to pull out the glued-in insert, which wasn't feeling as good as it did before my surgery). I bought the Size Small inserts, and they fit perfectly in my size 8 women's shoes.

I love Vionic shoes and this insole is perfect. Used on vacation walking miles and miles and provided great support.

Wow, these are the best orthotics I have found since I paid $250+ for customized orthotics from my chiropractor. I was so excited to find these because I wear vionic flip flops and they are the greatest! These orthotics are easy to trim a little with scissors to fit better in the toe box so that your toes aren't cramped. I am not a runner but I put these in my running shoes to walk the dogs and can walk for hours with no knee or back pain.

I use these in my David Tate boots because the sole on that shoe is a tad thin. Love those shoes, but need these inserts. These Vionics give my arch the support it needs. I haven't had any problems with my plantar fasciitis since I've been using any Vionic product. I did have to trim the toe a bit to make it fit.

Love love love, they took away my plantar fasciitis pain. I am a flat footed runner. After adding this inserts to my motion control running shoes, my pain is gone. I also use them in my hiking shoes and they kept me from pain after a grueling 36+ mile hike. So happy to have found these inserts.

These are perfect if you have plantar fasciitis! I used New Balance inserts before I purchased these, and my feet ached afterwards. Since buying these I've had zero discomfort. Love them!

I love these so much. I wasted money on arch supports from my dr. These do the job and are way cheaper. But I also don't need arch supports full time though.

I began having problems with plantar fasciitis and walking which I do a lot of truly became a pain. Traveling out of Texas really isn't my thing, but at the time of the problem, I was in Sicily hiking daily and at the time, climbing around on Mt. Etna. Foot pain distracted from the fun. When we returned home, I began looking for a solution and found Vionic shoes and later the Vionic Active Orthotic supports. Both are great. I have Vionic walking shoes and some Allen Edmond dress shoes that had mild supports. I replaced those with Vionic and could feel the difference immediately. Both the shoes and the orthotics are great products. I now have four sets of orthotics spread among my non-Vionic shoes, but Vionic Walkers are the shoes I wear every day at the clinic.

I need these, I have wear them in most of my shoes. I need arch support and these do the trick.

These orthotics work well. Not only are my shoes mire comfortable, but I am able to walk more comfortably with a bad hip and sore knees. I recommend them to those who are dealing with a variety of orthopedic issues. Betsy Hess

I wanted to use these babies for a WHILE before leaving a review. It's been over 6 months and after 2 weeks of consistent wear inside my nikes, my migraines are GONE! My only complaint is the squeaking noise that the left one makes with each step..but that's a minor thing compared to the pain relief. I really love these insoles and plan to get more very soon. I'm really eyeballing the Vionic sandals though ;)

For me, these are the best solution for my plantar fasciitis, I use them in whatever shoes I can fit them in, and along with my Birkenstocks and Danskos, they've saved my feet. They do sometimes "squeak" in certain shoes because of air or rubbing against the insole area, so I just cut a small piece of felt to go in between.

These are great! wonderful arch support but not too rigid. Just what my work shoes needed. highly recommend

High quality, comfortable. I wear a size 14 in athletic shoes and the Vionic orthotic works perfectly. I had to trim the orthotic a bit for a better fit which is actually another great feature.

I have severe plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist recommended New Balance inserts which I bought that day. I only wore them in tennis shoes, and at the end of the day (or after mowing) my feet ached. They were beyond sore. I decided to give these a try because I have several pairs of Vionic flip flops that alleviate my heel pain. I wish I would've gotten these sooner. My feet haven't hurt since. I can't recommend them enough!

Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis but didn't want to buy new sneakers since the pair I had was in good shape. Purchased these insoles instead of expensive custom made insoles from doctor. They're just what I needed and my feet are starting to feel better (along with stretching of course!).

These inserts allow me to go all day long especially when I'm traveling! They provide all day comfort and support. I usually combine these with my hiking shoes or boots and I have several pairs of VIONIC inserts and have used them for several years with great results.

This is a repeat purchase for me and for my husband. If your flat footed, herniated discs or just need support/stability, this is for you. I use this in all of my closed toe shoes and tennis shoes. I have tried all of the others out there, and found this one to be the best. They are not the cheapest, but well worth the extra cost. They will last for quite a while without needed replacement, depending on the wear. I'm also a fan of the vionic orthoheel shoes that don't require these inserts.
