I got these insoles to go in my new workout shoes (Inov8s, which I love!) and the size was perfect. These are supposed to help improve alignment for knee arthritis and so far, I feel like they are working well.

Fit and size are spot-on. They are life-changing for anyone with plantar fasciitis. My only negative about these is their crazy-high price tag. They cost almost as much as a pair of Vionic shoes.

I love all things Vionic. Unfortunately their shoes seem to run a bit narrow for me so to get around that I purchase the inserts that fit inside the athletic shoes that I do wear. It works out perfectly. Since I live in my athletic shoes I change out the inserts every year or two. My other shoes are Vionic sandals which I LOVE and I can actually walk in those for hours as opposed to other sandals that don't have much arch support.

They fit my size 8 shoe with medium width very well. I can now walk in my favorite flat boots. Great orthotic for the price.

Vionic is my preferred brand for all things arch support related - they are the only brand that serves to ease my plantar fasciitis. I have a pair of these inserts in every set of shoes I own. These full length inserts are great for sneakers and active-wear shoes. Pro-tip, you can trim the ends a bit if they are too long for your shoes. I recommend possibly ordering your shoes a half size up if you are planning on adding these inserts - they are pretty compact but still take up space.

Work great for me, my husband, and both sons. Much more reasonable than custom orthotics if they work for you!

I have severe plantar faciitis in my left foot and I can ONLY wear Vionic shoes to be able to walk. These are a huge addition to tennis shoes and boots so that I have that Vionic support.

I CANNOT live without these inner soles! I have them in my Brooks for work out days. I have them in dress flats. I even have them in my Vionic shoes when the original inner soles wear down. They set my hips in the perfect position and therefore I have less lower back problems. I wear a 8 wide. I have had no problems fitting in most shoes. I have trimmed them down for a pair of dress flats. To me the Vionic Orthotics increase the wear time of my running shoes! I don’t live without them!

After a few hours of walking with these inserts, most of my pain was gone! Outstanding!

I followed the size and cut down in sole as directed to my size. I have had my 1st pair for over 2 years and still good support...I used to work 8 hour days on my feet, my arches feel great when I wear them

I bought these to put inside a pair of hiking boots I've had for about 20 years. I pulled out the old soles that literally fell apart and put these new ones in and man I felt like I had a brand new shoe on. They are awesome.

Bought this for boots with no arch support whatsoever. They're comfy and I don't mind standing in the boots now for extended periods of time.

Feels pretty good! They are a great way to extend your shoe life and protect your knees, etc. from damage due to low arches. I don't know if I'd recommend them outright for overpronation, but they are an inexpensive stop-gap when you need more support for running or gym work. I use these in a pair of closeout New Balance trail runners for my bodyweight training, and they're great!

Wore this inside some floppy sneakers. Very nice support, though I wish the heel part were a teensy bit wider since my foot sometimes sits on the edge when walking. Otherwise it works great. I'm a 7.5 and I didn't need to cut this at all to fit into my sneakers. Did not fit into other shoes without removable insole but that's to be expected.

These fit my Asics perfectly (I happen to wear a size 10, so no cutting needed). I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis recently and decided to give these a try since I've liked other Vionic shoes that I've purchased in the past. My life is basically completely changed. I was wondering why I was in such a good mood on a Monday, then realized it's because my feet are not in constant pain! What a concept! Typically, every time I get up from my desk, the first few steps are excruciating, but these have really made a huge difference. What a relief! I'm so glad that such a simple, affordable, effective solution exists. I don't usually wearing running shoes to work, but gave it a try today since I was basically dying without the support. Luckily, I can swap the inserts into a more "work appropriate" shoe in the future so no one will know the difference (except my happy feet).

Really like these. Take a little getting used to, but my feet felt better after the first wearing.

I love these inserts and have them in every pair of running, walking, boots, and hiking shoes I own. An ortho guy suggested I use these 5 years ago after a bad ankle sprain. I remove the inserts from new shoes and replace them with the "Active" Vionic insert. They have a good arch support, fit nicely into my shoes, and also provide padding for a couple of calluses. I can tell (by my knees) when I've worn sandals or a shoe without the Vionic insert, so their claim about lining up your heel and ankle seem valid in my situation. You can buy more expensive inserts (Montrails, etc), but they're twice the price. Happy walking!

Vionic orthotics insoles are very comfortable and give my feet, knees and back the support needed.
