These inserts were so rigid that I could not wear them in my athletic shoes. They caused unbearable foot pain. Didn't think I could return them after cutting them to fit my shoes, so they just sit in the shoe box. However, other style inserts that I purchased in this line did work much better.

I bought these insoles after purchasing the Tide Flip Flop from Orthaheel. I was having heel pain from Plantar Fasciitis and the Tide helped alleviate the pain. I bought these insoles for my sneakers and they were just ok. They don't have as good of arch support as the Orthaheel Tide Flip Flops do. The best insole I have found is the Birkenstock sport insole. It has an awesome arch support and helps with Plantar Fasciitis pain. The Birkenstock insoles might cost a little more but they are well worth the price. These insoles are just average and you just might find as good as or even better insole at your local drugstore.

The arch support is VERY high, and VERY HARD! Have tried these orthotics in several different shoes over the course of a week and still can't get used to them. If I hadn't trimmed them to size, I'd return them. My loss. Striker orthotics are much better.

I would have liked more arch support like the Tide flip flops. I had to trim these down to fit in my shoes. Can these be made for women's shoes? These seem made for men.

Received these Orthotic inserts yesterday. I was hoping that this would help relieve some of my plantar fas. pain. I put them in and in about 5 minutes my feet started sweating. The othotic felt good, but with the trade off being sweaty feet, it is not worth it. I will spend the money on a new pair of tennis shoes that has good support. Not worth the money for what you are getting out of it. Zappo's service is outstanding, I will be shopping again soon.

didn’t make much of a difference with my attempt to correct my over pronation while running. they also make a strange squishy sound when I walk as if my shoes are wet. I don’t recommend this product.

These were not for me. The arch was too high for my collapsed arches, it also felt slightly misplaced. Also was not rigid which is what I need. While not as soft as the relief version this version is also a somewhat flexible arch. I’m just trying to get by while waiting for custom orthotics and having no luck finding solid support .

The arch support was too small to be effective and was a flimsy material. I can’t recommend them.

I bought these insoles to put into a new pair of New Balance Fresh Foam running shoes. I almost returned the shoes before realizing that the insoles were the problem. I am a runner with painful plantar fasciitis, and these insoles really hurt my feet. They are too stiff and quite painful. I ended up using Dr. Scholl’s active insoles for PS, and I kept the running shoes. Now, I’m a happy runner! ??

Had to return. Like the other reviews said, the arch support is on the wrong part of the foot.

These do not provide any arch support. They are no different than cheap brands. Don’t even bother to order...they will just have to go back.

Super flimsy, it made my shoes squeak. And I know it wasn't the shoes because I put the regular stock insoles in and my shoes stop squeaking

Super disappointed! I love Vionic sandals and thought the insoles would feel the same. They don't have close to the arch support that the sandals do. Also, they make so much noise when in my shoes I'm too embarrassed to wear them! I wish I could return them and get my money back!

I gave these supports 2 chances in 2 different sizes as these were recommended by a PT. I have flat petite feet, former distance runner, and wore a ridged custom pair of orthotics for 30 plus years. I gave these a try for a month and they were never comfortable mostly due to the the arch area which was too large and too high of an area. I discovered that my arch area is smaller than "normal" feet. So I purchased custom ones from my Chiropractor and so far so good, fingers crossed.

I tried putting in boots or tennis shoes that are one size bigger to compensate for this insert and I am unable to do so. I think it's best if I just buy orthaheel boots or tennis shoes instead of getting an insert to avoid this problem.

Did not fit size 11 Nike or Brooks women's athletic shoes, to large! Arch support was not at actual arch. I never had a problem with Vionic problems before.

Wasn't able to even try this product without cutting it to size, which would prevent me from returning if needed. This doesn't make sense!

I kept this insole in for months, hoping that they would mold to my feet and get comfortable. But they never did. Just wearing them for a few hours made my feet, legs, back, and shoulders ache, and aggravated the tendinitis in my left ankle.

I had really high hopes that these inserts would help with my newly diagnosed plantar fasciitis. My foot is wide with a high arch, and my size varies from an 8 to 8.5. I ordered the larger size and gently trimmed it down according to the instructions, inserting them into my Ladies 8.5 W Asics. The inserts were super tight in the shoe and hard. They felt more hard than supportive. They also caused my heel to slip up and down in the shoe. After 5 days of trying to "break them in," according to their instructions they broke me down. My heel pain had actually increased while I was using them. If you are a ladies size 8-8.5W, you might have a tough time. I'm hoping they may help someone, but unfortunately they made my situation worse.

If you have plantar fasciitis and need serious support, look elsewhere. I tried these orthotics as well as a pair of Vionic oxfords no longer for sale on this website. Neither were worth the money. I had some custom orthotics made and purchased expensive shoes, Finn Comfort, with much better results. You get what you pay for.

As far as comfort and support goes, these were great. However, after the 2nd wear, they smelled like they had been worn by a teenage boy and stored in a gym locker for 3 years. I had to put them in the garage to keep them from smelling up my house! Threw them in the trash! I hear that the problem may have been the glue, but it was a lot of money for only 2 wears.
