These have a lot of arch support. I feel they would be better for someone with Plantar fasciitis, than someone with the type of problems I have. The arch is close to the heel and my heel partially sat on the arch support. I wasn't able to wear them of this. I wear 12 in women's which put me on the top end of the size range, perhaps if I was more in the middle, the arch would fall in the natural place.

This is my 2nd pair so I finally wrote a review. Whenever I get a new pair of sneakers I replace the insoles with these. They provide good arch support and enough heel cushion to make standing bearable for longer periods of time. I highly recommend replaicing your insoles with these.

I have flat feet that caused knee pain as I got older. I've used custom orthotics for years but they can get pricey even with insurance. My Podiatrist recommended Vionic brand footwear and I had great success with their sandals. However most of their shoes don't go above size 13. When I saw that they had insoles up to size 15 I was excited to try them out. They are not quite as good as quality custom orthotics but they are close. The first thing I noticed about them was the high and RIGID arch. If you are looking for maximum arch support give these a try.

I purchased these to put in my New Balance running shoes. Unfortunately, they are too narrow and had to go back.

Great arch support. The top was kinda slippery but went away after like a month.

These are good inserts. I have customer orthotics that I use in my running shoes, but it's nice to have a few extra inserts for other shoes. I have used the Orthaheel/Vionic Tide flip-flop for years and these are close to that feel. I also use Powersteps, but the slightly slimmer profile on the Vionics makes them better in smaller kinds of shoes. Alas, I wish there was something that could be used in sandals.

I love these Active Orthotic insoles. I have plantar fasciitis and since I have using these inserts my feet are so much better. I actually buy a pair for each pair of my gym shoes.

Great inserts with high arches. The Vionic Tide sandals are the only thing that help my PF, but this comes close.
They fit great with no cutting needed for my size 10 nikes and asics.
The inserts do squeak a bit, so I'll be contacting zappos as I'm not sure if this is just a weird side effect or the design itself.

These seem to be just as effective as orthotics from my podiatrist. I use them in my Ryka sneakers for Jazzercise and walking, and I use them in my Merrell hiking bools for hiking. I wear a size 7-7 1/2 and the SM sizefit into both without trimming. I have had plantar fascitis and these insoles cushion my heel and provide arch support.

These fit well in my Ugg boots. The Vionic flip flop support spoiled me and I couldn't walk very far in the Uggs anymore.

For those looking for a lot of support and extra padding for higher volume shoes, look elsewhere. These are thin enough for most shoes with only Moderate arch support, similar to Supper feet orange but slightly thinner with less heal padding. Otherwise an OK but pricey insert. Spenco Total Support Max has quite a bit more arch support for those that need it with normal to high arches and a lot more padding at heal with fore foot metatarsal pad.

These are truly the missing link in most shoes today! The arch support is key to my foot health as well as my knees, etc. I gave 4 stars because out of the 3 pairs I bought the right arch is a little off for me and sits under my heel a little more than it should. the left foot fits great. I trimmed them but it still is a little wonky. They are definitely a huge plus and the best orthotics I have tried but my only suggestion is that they come in specific sizes rather than combining men and women together.

Had to cut these aggressively to fit then into my shoe - too wide, too long. The metatarsal support is minimal. Arch support is good, but a little stiff.

Good for heel pain/tendonitis. I wear them UNDER my insoles in my running or hiking shoes, as they are quite stiff. When I do this, I have a bit more cushioning while still retaining the support. I also tried the Vionic Oh Relief Full length, and like these much better.

Some modification was needed. Initial usage invited a bit of discomfort but it was warned. In the defense of the product I do need to do a lot of walking so initial usage you might want to tone down how much you walk. After about a week, I got used to it and it provides great arch support. My only gripe is that it is a bit tall even for shoes that have a removable sole so if you used it in your running shoes it feels as if you might actually run out of your sneakers.

I have to write a review, simply because these insoles saved my feet! I have always worn the same athletic shoes (brand not necessary to mention), yet after they moved up to the "next model," I began experiencing severe foot pain. So much so, that I had to see a podiatrist. I was on the verge of plantar fasciitis ... his mentioning the Vionic brand was enough for me to try these. I had tried the over-the-counter Dr. Scholl's Active Series and in the past they had always been sufficient. However, the shoes had already done their damage. Fast forward to the third or fourth shoe I tried (same brand, but back to an "old" model that I hadn't worn in 2-3 years) and in addition to using these insoles, I recovered so well that I was not only able to walk on a treadmill again pain-free, but actually run 5K's on it now! I don't know how long these insoles will last until they require replacement, but I will continue to use them. My only "complaint" is that I squeak when I walk, but it's well worth the slight inconvenience.

I like ortho-heel shoes, so I got these and tried wearing for a full day right away but my feet hurt. Then I tried for a shorter period(3 hours) and gradually built up to a full day. That worked out for me.
I use the green superfeet inserts and these seem like a similar support. They are pretty big - so I ended up trying in all my shoes until I found the ones where they fit best. Seems like size MD is about as long as a 9-1/2 or 10 women's shoe. One could always cut the top down.
My feet hurt if I don't use inserts and I don't like moving them in and out of different shoes. Worth trying if you need extra heel rigid support and moderate arch support.

Excellent arch support for walking and running. It could use more metatarsal padding, but overall, a very good insert for active people.

These are well made, you can feel the arch support. Did not feel like too much arch; however, very comparable to my custom made orthotics but not as much of a "cup" in the heel.

These are almost as good as the very expensive custom made ones ordered by my foot doctor. It is a matter of trial and return until one finds the right one. Thanks to Zappos I can do this when needed! I gave it 4 stars because it is not quite as firm as the custom made ones.

Rating is more like a 3.5. The orthotic size ran wide and did not fit ito a standard with shoe. Luckly I had a wide with shoe to put them in.

Love these inserts. They feel great but sometimes they make a squeaking noise when I walk. Definitely need to measure with existing insole of shoe.
