Very comfortable. I have big feet and bad bunions and have to use wider shoe because of that. Heel height isn't bad, and shoe feels comfortable. Felt that it ran a little large. Looked nice in patent leather.

I had 4 foot surgeries this year and with my foot still being a little swollen I needed a shoe with an EW width. The shoe was extremely comfortable but it slipped a little in the heel. A heel strip helped. As for the arch support, it probably was just okay. I'm used to a good supportive sneaker so commenting fairly on the arch support probably is inadequate. It's a beautiful shoe that was filled with ugly feet!

These are the best pair of heels I own. And I've tried a ton (thanks for awesome shipping, Zappos)! Not only are these incredibly comfortable, they make my wide feet (that are not quite wide enough to fit into a W) look fantastic. I usually wear a 10M, but the 9.5M fit me perfectly. Great for the office or interviews. Highly recommended!

Love these shoes! Great for wide feet! They are super soft and have a pretty decent tread as well. Very comfortable.

Just received my shoes - as usual great one day shipping. The shoes are so perfect! Length, width, and toe box perfect for me. I am usually between a 7.5 and 8.5 but spend the right price for quality like these and the size is true. I am an 8 and maybe the less side of medium width. GREAT SHOE...and I bought the in Red so, it add some zip with the slight platform.

Love these shoes. They are comfy going on and the padding inside is not overdone. The red is not too much in your face and the heel is high enough for work without hurting or pushing your toes into the toe box. Highly recommend.

Ros Hommerson are the only pumps I can wear so that when the right shoe fits comfortably the left shoe doesn't slip due to my left foot being a tad shorter. It is as if they are custom made for me. Materials are always top notch, smooth and shiny. I like the round toe for a change from the pointy toe of late. Good heel height for looks and comfort both. Hard to find brand even in Houston area and the selection is not always what I would like. I will definitely be buying more of my favorite shoe from Zappos!

These shoes are perfect for office - they are so very comfortable, and I don't give that qualification lightly. They are blue red - a wonderful shade to dress up all my black attire.

This is a very comfortable heel. I got a double wide and it was true to with. For a heel it has very good arch support.

I stand on my feet 15 hours a day. I took these shoes out of the box and wore them two consecutive days for at least 15 hours. Usually I can't wait to take my shoes off when I get home; not these. They are wonderful! I just tried to purchase them in brown but they are not in stock. I wish the red snake pattern was not so bright.

I had a pair of these shoes that I bought so long ago the price tag on the box said I paid less than half this price for them. I loved them and they were the only pumps I wore for years. I decided it was time for a new pair as we were going to NYC for a wedding last weekend. When they arrived, I put them on and felt wonderful. You have to understand that I'm 63 and haven't worn a heeled shoe for about 15 years, mostly due to knee problems. I decided to wear them for the first time to the rehearsal dinner. Unfortunately, I confused "Greenwich Ave." with "Greenwich St." and we took the subway to 14th & Union Square. The rehearsal dinner was down on Greenwich St., about 1.7 miles away, something we didn't realize at first when we started walking toward the restaurant. The shoes were great, though my feet were sore from walking all over NYC in my Danskos the day before. And, since I hadn't worn heels in so long, my body wasn't used to that kind of walking so about halfway there, I started having foot cramps. I took the shoes off and walked along the sidewalk in my stockings till the cramp eased. For a number of blocks I alternated -- shoes/no shoes. I can tell you that the Greenwich St. sidewalks are very clean -- no glass or rocks. We finally got to Locanda Verde. I wore the shoes the rest of the evening and felt great. I never blamed the shoes -- just my map-reading skills, the Dansko blister, and just a bit, my husband's reluctance to flag a cab!

These shoes look great and are surprisingly comfortable. As someone who generally wears flats, I was happy that I could wear these all day at work without being in pain.

Oh my goodness! These are absolutely the most comfiest pumps I have ever slipped into right from the get-go! Ros Hommerson shoes are definitely worth the price for the comfort they offer. Superior workmanship, butter soft (kid) leather inside and out, roomy toe box make these the yummiest feeling pumps I have ever had. I also purchased a package of Triple Threat pads from "foot petals" and a no-slip pad in the back of each shoe ensures no slipping in and out when I walk. Ros Hommerson, you rock! Gorgeous! And thank you Zappos for the super quick delivery!

I love this shoe! I need extra arch support (I learned this after skiing on a weekly basis) and they're so comfortable! I actually ran through Manhattan with a bunch of clients from showroom after showroom. The joint at the ball of my foot still ached a little but compared to other shoes...they would've been kicked off and in my bag!

My first pair of comfortable heels in years! Love these shoes - fit perfectly. I may put a small arch support in due to my very high arches but I've finally found a pair of heels I can wear. I have terrible foot issues - so have been unable to wear heels for many years. Sent for these with the idea I would probably have to return them - couldn't believe how comfortable they were & they look nicer on than in the picture. take a look at video for good example.

Loved the shoe, but that last 1/2" is too much. The RH shoe I am trying go replace is a 2", it is just too comfortable to learn to be stable at 2 1/2". I tried very hard to make this shoe work.

Good shoe and comfortable. Felt 1/4 size too big so not sure that ordering 1/2 size down will work... The foot bed is supremely comfortable as is the case with most shoes from Ros Hommerson. Good for the office, nice almond toe, and definitely not too high, a very stable shoe.

I really lucked out on this Zappos shopping expedition. I ordered three pairs of shoes and they all fit comfortably! This shoe was one of the three and I love that I can wear it to work or other formal occasions. It looks good on my foot, fits well (with no gaping at the sides), feels solid on my foot, and has a decent heel height. I think I may need to order this shoe in other colors as well!

I am a school teacher and was looking for a shoe with a moderate heel that I could stand in and walk in all day. I ordered 6 pairs of black heels from Zappos before I found one that would comfortably fit my 6 1/2 Narrow foot. These are not as fashion forward as I would like, but after rejecting the more fashionable ones in favor of comfort, these were the hands down winner.I was able to wear them all day on their first day out of the box! A definite sign of a comfortable, shoe with flexibility and plenty of cushion and support.

I have bunions and a hammertoe, which makes it difficult to find pretty shoes that are comfortable. These shoes are very comfortable. I wish they came in more colors.

I orders the Ros Hommerson along with several other black pumps. Though not the cutest of the pumps, but they were one of the most comfortable. I wore them at work the entire day on my feet without pain.

I normally wear an 8w or 8.5w in heels but I had to buy the Ros Hommerson Cabernet in 7.5w because the shoe runs half a size to a full size too large. The wide with was perfect, however, and ran true to size. This is a very attractive shoe that looks better on the foot than it does in the picture. It is well padded and comfortable, especially on the toes. One note: I didn't find the arch support as effective as some other reviewers though it is better than the arch support of most heels. Overall, this is a comfortable and classic black pump and I would buy it again (especially for the price).

A nice quality heel. Fairly comfortable, for someone who hasn't worn heels in a long time. I'm usually in EH rated safety toed boots! Had to reorder for a smaller size in wide, but the return was so easy!
