These shoes are very comfortable. I ordered them in W and WW. The WW had a tiny little gap at the back of the heel, but not big enough for my foot to come out when walking. I decided to stick with the W. The inside of the shoe has a soft fabric lining, which unlike leather does not stick and pull your skin. For the style of the shoe, eh. I wish they were a little prettier, but for wearing them to work, they will be fine. I wish Ros Hommerson made a Naturalizer Lennox type shoe, that came in ww.

Looked long and hard for a comfortable dress shoe for my bunions. This is it!

Fit seems true to size. First time wearing them, they were comfortable for a couple hours, then I remembered I was indeed wearing heels and the balls of my feet started to ache. I'll keep them, though, as they are the most comfortable heels I've tried in a while. They do look nice on.

I purchased these after reading reviews that were quite positive -- I have a really hard time finding comfortable, stylish shoes that are large enough (size 12)! I'd say these are about 85-90% of the way there. Comfort is exceptional - supportive, soft soles, fits well across the foot. Style is decent - good color [though hard to pair with a lot of other colors] and shine, but here's my complaint; they make my feet look bigger than they already are! The way the heel is shaped makes it appear a full half-size bigger, as well as possibly being bigger as well.

I'm always looking for comfortable shoes that look good with skirts. These check the box for comfort: the sole is nicely cushioned and supportive, and the last fits my foot shape well (slightly wide forefoot, slightly narrow heel). But looks... well, in person, they are fairly matronly. If you are OK with that, these are comfortable, business-like shoes to wear with skirts. But I could not quite go there yet. Maybe after a few more years...

This is the shoe my genetically bad feet love! Bunions, flat feet, Morton's toe are what I have to deal with and the Cabernet shoe is the first shoe I can walk in without thinking my feet hurt. Sadly, I can no longer find the shoe under Ros Hommerson. Did Ros sell the shoe to Softspot? It looks exactly the same...I guess I'll buy the Softstop. I wear a 9.5 medium, not wide because they tend to slip off of my feet, and it fit beautifully. I bought the red snake print which is no longer available. I will purchase the patent leather and the Merlot. I am 63 yoa and not ready for old lady shoes and these are lovely shoes, not trendy but definitely stylish. Great shoe, don't hesitate to purchase.

I love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable and look great. I'm 55 and hate to wear heels, but these are easy on the feet, even after wearing them for hours.

This shoe was well made, soft leather, stylish, very comfortable. It ran long for me so I am returning for a haft size shorter because it slipped of my foot when I walked. Love Zappos!

Wow, I was not expecting these to fit, but they did. Zappos was all sold out of these in most sizes, but this size was the last one left and I had to try it. If I measure my feet with those feet measuring devices at a shoe store (they have a name but I can't remember what it is), then my size is a 7.5 E or EE, but right on the edge, so I just barely spill over from a very wide to an extra wide. When I saw the other reviews for these shoes saying that they are fitting larger, I figured why not try it since Zappos has such a great return policy. I never imagined they would fit. The size I ordered here is 7.5 W (that's just a regular wide which almost never works for me). One of my feet is a tiny bit shorter than the other, but I can wedge something in there and it will be fine. I'm glad to finally have a basic pump that is comfortable. It's not the most comfortable shoe ever, but for a pump it's pretty darn good. I also liked the sturdy look of the sole, so I hope I'm not disappointed over time by the quality.

So these are not the sexiest shoes. But I do not care because they are so comfortable I have been wearing them every day to work! I got the black kid in size 8. My feet are somewhat wider than average, but I did not require a wide width in this style. The leather is very good quality and the 2½" heel is stable and attractive. Some reviewers have mentioned that the rounded toe is old fashioned, but I prefer to think of it as basic/classic. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth as they look good with both slacks and skirts. If you are going for a conservative but attractive look, this pump is a great choice.

I love these shoes and wear them to work all the time. I originally ordered them in a Medium width and they were too narrow. I have never had that problem before. The Wide width was much better. These shoes are comfortable and classy.

These are my new favorite Sunday shoes! They fit perfectly right out of the box, and I was able to stand and teach a Sunday School class the first time I wore them. I am a grandmother -- I have difficult feet to fit. I was very pleased.

A wonderful basic shoe. I measure at a 9D, with high instep and flat feet. The 9W is a good fit for me. These are comfortable for a full day which includes several hours of standing and moderate walking. Flattering, classic style.

These shoes are very comfortable. I can wear them all day and do not get any hot spots. They even look good in a size 10.

This is a very comfortable mid-heel pump. Its simple style makes it very versatile to wear with a dress, or with jeans or slacks.

I tried on 14 pairs of shoes (thanks Zappos) before finding one that was perfect. I have narrow long feet and finding something that fits and doesn't make me look like the wicked witch of the east is hard. These shoes are beautiful and will match anything. They are for my daughter's wedding. Thank you Zappos!

Wow - I have to wear plain black heels with my military dress uniform, and these are perfect. Plus, they are super comfortable, which is something I can't say for the "service pumps" sold in military clothing stores. The heel height is great, and the quality is superb. I wish I'd known about these ten years ago; I'd have several pair by now. Thanks for making a fantastic shoe!

These are extremely comfortable shoes. I have not been able to wear heels for quite a while because of surgeries but decided that it was time to try heels again and these are great. I have worn them all day on several occasions and they feel so great after never wearing heels for so long. I have had no problems at all!

Ok, I rarely write reviews b/c busy. These shoes are wonderful. They are absolutely comfortable and I now look for them for long days. I was afraid they would be frumpy, but they aren't. I will still wear them with pants and wear a little more fashion-forward heel with skirts, I just can't say enough about how comfortable they are. I will also look for this brand in the future.

I LOVE this shoe! It was complete comfort the first time I put it on. No break in needed. The color is perfect! There are actually two shades of red in the shoe, so it matches any shade of red that you wear. I would love to see other colors in this two tone design.

Love these shoes! Perfect for work. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. Simple, stylish, yet oh so comfortable.
