Great shoes, great fit, very comfortable! I have problem feet; bunions, hammertoes so it is very hard to find comfortable, attractive shoes that don't cause severe foot pain within a couple of hours. These fit the bill!

I bought these in a Black Patent, and they provide great comfort and support while looking polished and professional. They run slightly wide, which helps when you're on your feet alot or have morton's neuroma (like I do). A great comfortable shoe with good padding and moderate support, wthat you can wear with suits, dresses and slacks. I definately recommend them.

Buy these wonderful pumps. Your feet will be very pleased. No break in, at all. Comfortable, can walk for hours in them. Dress them up or down. You can wear them with a dress, skirt, pants capris. These are the most comfortable high heels that I own. They don't slip at the heel and they have lots of cushioning so the ball of the foot doesn't hurt after 8hrs+ of wearing.

This has become my go-to shoe: It's quietly stylish, great sturdy heel, comfortable padding inside and good arch support. I'm usually a size 11, but had to go with size 10 1/2 in this model.

Beautiful, classic and comfortable - even from someone who doesn't wear heels often. Have to send back and reorder though because I got a patent leather (the brown one) and it came with one shoe dented, which given then shiny-ness of the shoe shows up - a lot. Hoping the second order will go better

I have a wide fore foot and narrow heel so shoe shopping is dreadful for me. I needed patent shoes for a formal event so I ordered these. I walked 6 blocks and walked around for 3 hours in them and I have to say they were pretty comfy. My only complaint is on the inside heel area where the leather meets the fabric liner there was a sharp edge that left me with a blister. Once covered up the shoe was fine. Love the style of these!

These are the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever owned. I liked them so much I bought another pair. They run big, though, so I had to go down half a size. The brown patent has a very pretty but subtle sparkle making it perfect for work or for dressing up.

I think this shoe is terrific! I'm a true size 6-1/2. The shoe fits perfectly. They work great with my office wear which is pencil skirts and tops, dresses, and pants with tops. After wearing them around the house for about 30 minutes (to make sure they were comfortable) the day that I received them, I deemed them "keepers". I wore them to work the next day and my feet did not hurt one bit. These are attractive and comfortable heels. Great job, Ros!

The first thing I want to say is that the narrow width in this shoe is exactly right. I didn't need to put any heel-huggers in them, which I found remarkable. I didn't have to put additional padding in them, either; all I had to do was put them on my feet and walk. Those with narrow feet will understand what a miracle this is. Also, they look pretty sharp, and the leather is nice and thick, not that thin stuff that wrinkles when the shoe flexes. Worth the money without a doubt. Great shoe.

Amazing shoe! In fact, this brand is amazing! I wear a 13 and it is so hard to find a good fit in a good quality shoe. The heel height on this is perfect, the quality of the insole is great, and the fit is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The Ros Hommerson shoes are of high quality leather and true to size fit. I have had a lifetime of searching from store to store for shoes that fit and are comfortable for a hard to find size. I took a chance with Zappos and was 100% satisfied with the fit and quality of the shoe. I was not worried about the return policy regarding a poor fit as my sister has had positive dealings with Zappos. I will continue to do business with them.
