Fairly comfortable, but runs a little small; I'd recommend sizing a half size up. More shocking: this shoe will turn your foot orange! As in, oompa-loompa orange. Strange.

These shoes are chic, comfortable and classy. Unfortunately the cork on the heel is pretty cheap and flaked off of both shoes, which I found disappointing considering the cost and that Cole Haan markets itself as a high quality brand.

I loved these shoes, they were the perfect height and look. But at the end of the day the first time I wore them, I pulled my heel out of the shoe and showed that it had been dyed red! The dye on the inside of the sides and bottom of this shoe turned my foot red. That is pretty unattractive. I am really sad to be returning them since they had a lot of potential. If you will always wear with tights or nylons, maybe it would not be a problem?

Where the toes are covered is shallow that my foot from the heel pops out. The material used on the sole is also very slippery. I have been wearing Cole Haan for so many years but I am disappointed in the quality of this line and will not purchase any more of this line.

These shoes are fairly comfortable, though not nearly as padded as my other Cole Haan shoes with the Nike Air technology. The styling is also nice, with one major exception that was a deal breaker for me. The front is cut so far forward, it shows a lot of "toe cleavage," which I think is really unattractive. If the shoe had been priced lower, I might have kept it. At this price, I expect to love the shoe.

This is going to be the last time that I buy Cole Haan shoes. I was disappointed by the cheapness of the patent leather or vinyl. From the side, the shoes looked awkwardly big in the heel area, as it accentuates the side of the foot, making it appear huge. Walking in these was a constant fight to keep the shoes from flipping off. They are very uncomfortable, and I am not happy with the fact that the heel was plastic either. I am unhappy with these and sending them back right away.

I wear an 8.5 which I ordered but reviews indicated that this show runs narrow and small. I took a chance and ordered an 8.5 wide but still could not wear. I'm reordering a 9 wide, wish me luck. Love the shoe.

Beautiful shoe-quality, toe, heel, whole look...HOWEVER...I felt like I was one of Cinderella's stepsisters...I can usually wear a 7 even though I have a wide foot which is really a size 6...but ordered a 7.5 Wide based on other reviews and that the 7 wide was not available...when I put the shoe on, or should I say when I jammed my foot into the shoe, it was NOT WIDE, at all. Very very very disappointed.

I returned these shoes because the patent leather cracked at the point where the foot flexes around the toe joint. It was a great disappointment because for the money they are a very nice looking and comfortable basic dress shoe. I hope it will be available in smooth leather in the future.

The color on the shoes was very uneven almost orange streaks. Very disappointing, but love that Zappos will do a quick return.

I had high hopes for this shoe and was sadly disappointed. It offers no arch support if you have a high arch, as I do. It is cut very low around the arch, and the arch support is in an odd spot in the shoe. In addition, it is a very, very pointy toe and the front is cut low, so there is a lot of toe cleavage. So I am returning it. Sad, because the shoe makes so much sense in theory. Still looking for a moderate heel, nude pump that is super comfortable, conservative but stylish.

SO SAD THESE SHOES KILLED MY VERY NORMAL FEET. Wore them on a regular ten-hour day, walking, standing, sitting. By hour four, my feet were throbbing and I kicked them off every chance I got. I had actual foot pain when I got home last night. I am SO sad. Yes, they are now one day used, but I will be returning them. They were all show and no go. Alas...

So disappointing. These shoes do not hold up well at all. I excitedly wore them to work and on the first day, the a piece of the faux-wood scratched off of the heel and the actual shoe received two unsightly scuffs. I work in an office; it's a pretty low-contact environment. I don't recommend these shoes at all; they are not nearly up to the quality of the other Cole Haan shoes that I own.

Meh. Cole Haan has been disappointing in terms of the cheap quality of the materials they use while charging overly high prices. The shoe made my foot look odd from the side, the lowness of the heel causes the bump of the side of the outer heel look extremely large. Very uncomfortable despite the low heel. The toe box is very narrow which caused my foot to contort. As I walked, the shoe would feel like it was about to fall off. I also noticed tht the material is so stiff that in a few wearings, it would develop wrinkles: not nice in patent. Sorry, but these were a miss and have to go back.

I don't understand the high ratings for this shoe. The first time I wore it it flung itself off as I stepped. The shoe bends at a weird place, probably due to the patent finish, which is stiff and crinkly. Thus the foot feels unsupported and compressed due to the pointy toe box. The finish looks cheap and the wooden heel makes this not versatile for winter or fall. Going back!
