I ordered this shoe in Cherry Red, and the color looks just as it does online. I ordered it in my usual size 9. At first it seemed the 9 was a little tight, but I wore them around at home on carpet for awhile, and they quickly became more comfortable. The leather is super nice! I wore them to work one day this week. I am on my feet ALL the time, and I made it 6 hours before switching to another pair. Even when I changed to flats, I could have made it the rest of the day. I think they will eventually shape exactly to my foot. They are starting to "give" already. These are a little more expensive than I normally spend, but I was willing to pay more for a low heel that would be comfortable enough to wear to work. I get sick of flats! These are worth the money, and again, the color is beautiful.

Cole Haan Air Juliana -- just arrived, and I love them! The sandstone color is perfect for my needs, and the lower heel is just what I need. I bought 1/2 size up because of the pointy toe, and they will work just fine for me. I definitely recommend this shoe.

Great fit, very comfortable, perfect heal height (I'm 5'10 and don't want super high heels). The patent leather makes them look sophisticated, so you can throw them on with your little black dress or a pair of skinny jeans.

Very comfortable shoe. I ordered it a size bigger because of the reviews but had to return it & order my regular size 10.

Very elegant-looking, versatile pump. Be warned, however, that they do run narrow. I'm grateful to the others who posted this fact, so I got the wide and they fit comfortably.

Great fit. Comfortable. I bought these for my sons wedding and danced all night. I almost exclusively wear flats so that is saying something. I bought them in the camel color and wore them with light hose and it was a great look.

Love these shoes - completely worth the money I spent. They are a great height (ladies, take note if you are looking for a high heel, this shoe is not). Shoe is very comfortable for wearing all day and walking long distance. Fit true to size. Color I purchased (sandstone) is a great neutral and matches what is shown on the screen. Love these shoes and plan on purchasing in more colors. Highly recommend this shoe to anyone looking for comfort, style and function.

I bought these shoes reluctantly, as the ones I really wanted were not available. To my surprise, these shoes are absolutely perfect! They are extremely comfortable and show just the right amount of toe-cleavage. I'm going to buy them in every color!

Very comfortable - great news for me, having had a couple of surgeries on my feet for hammertoe. Nice to be able to wear this beautiful shoes, now my most comfortable.

I am usually a 6.5-7 regular. The 7 regular was very narrow in the front. The 7 wide, felt better, and thought it would be a keeper. I put shoes on at home and sat at the computer for 1 hr, my toes felt squished and uncomfortable. They are beautiful, heel is comfortable, but way to narrow at the front!

These shoes look great and are incredibly comfortable. As someone who usually wears flats, I can run around all day in them. They have stretched out a bit since I've bought them, but I have been wearing them several days a week for awhile now.

I have these pumps in creek (blue), red, and cloud! Went with cloud over the nougat cause I thought it would be more versatile and I was right. A very, very comfortable and cute pump!

Seriously classic look with a lot of comfort. Nice for those of us who don't want to feel as if we are falling off our shoes.

These are beautiful shoes! I cannot say enough about how comfortable these are for shoes with heels. Granted they are not really high but just enough to give them style. I rarely wear anything with heels, but I needed a pair for a dressy event. I could keep these on for hours without my feet hurting. They are very classic, cute shoes.

Not enough room in the toe box. Foot slid forward too much, too. Arch uncomfortable. If my flat feet had liked them, they would have been stylish enough. Back to Zappos they go!

I ordered a Wide... and it is way too narrow. Feels like another brands average width, and I don't even have what is considered a "wide" foot when measured. Both are going back. It's too bad too because the heel height is perfect!

I got three pairs of these in different colors for work. I'm in a medical office all day seeing patients. They are great for that level of activity, after a few wears to break them in. When I walk a lot in them, for example in the city 8 blocks, my feet feel like they've been in heels. Otherwise good cushion and comfort. Look very professional. I wish there was more padding in the toe/ball area. The heel in very cushy, but could use a little more up front. I still wear flats when I know I'm going to be walking a lot, but these look great with suit pants, skirt etc and come in a good range of colors, even if they are a little boring.

Yeah. Finally I found a shoe that fits and is comfortable. To bad it took so long many of the colors in my size are no longer available. These do run narrow so go wider.

I got the black patent version of this shoe, and then I ordered the nougat patent one to add a different color to my shoe options. I am disappointed that the color is much darker than what appears on my computer screen - the color is much closer to how the sandstone shoe appears rather than a lighter cream color.

I ordered sandstone in size 8. I usually wear a size 8. The shoe fit perfectly. The style is classic and it -- in combination with this slightly shimmery nude color -- would class up any outfit. I needed a nude everyday shoe, primarily for business and occasionally to wear on a casual day with jeans. I found that this shoe is as comfortable as all say. I would imagine it easily being a favorite. I did not keep it because I only saw a limited use: the heel was a bit too short (about 0.5" to 1.0") to give me the height I needed to clear the floor with the current length of all of my business pants; it was a bit too shimmery to work for casual needs with jeans or weekend dresses. I sent them back. I would definitely be looking for a reason to buy these shoes again in another color. I just couldn't find a way to make the sandstone pair fit my needs. Instead I purchased a Bally pair in camel: it was just tall enough, comfortable enough, and casual enough.

Definitely less room in the toe box than other Cole Haans I've had. Pretty color, but even with the low heal, too much pressure on two small toes to keep.

Sometimes you just must wear pumps, and, if you must, these are comfortable for what they are.
