I wore these shoes to a wedding. I did not break them in before. They were the most comfortable shoe ever!

Great shoe. First wear was to a standing event and they were comfortable. Whilst not trendy or cutting edge fashion, they were a strong complement to a spring/summer business suit. Excellent choice for those who run distance and wish to avoid nagging lower body injuries caused or irritated by poor shoe choices.

Love the Nike Air support in the heel. Makes my 6pm walk back to the car almost as easy as my 6AM walk into work. This shoe and color are great for multiple different seasons and dress colors. The fit was a little snug the first time I wore them with my HUE footies but they loosened up enough for them the second time around.

Thanks to the reviews, I ordered a wide in this style because of the pointed toe. It's the only "W" in my closet; I'm normally a standard medium all the way. But it worked -- I was on my feet for several hours this morning in these and didn't feel a pinch. Very comfortable and so cute; I may have to get them in another color!

These are the most beautiful and foot complimenting shoes that I have ever bought. They are definitely worth the price. Saying that, I do realize that many women can afford this price easily, but most of us can't. I have a very high arch and instep, as well as a narrow heel and it is difficult to find a shoe that gives me good support. I chose the low heel because of back and hip problems and the Sandstone color for its versatility. The Air Juilana is comfortable, even after long spells on your feet. They are also designed to complement your foot and ankle (for those of us who aren't happy with how our ankles look in some pumps) with a beautiful toe box. And that is all you will see when you look in the mirror with them on. They look terrific with everything you can think of to wear them with. I am going to be getting at least two more pairs of these. It took me a long time to realize that everything that I wear is an investment in me. These shoes are worth their price.

I love this shoe. I was unsure at first, because I hadn't owned any nice leather pumps before. The leather was stiff and there was one area near my big toe that rubbed. I decided to wear them around the house a bit with some socks to stretch them a bit and that worked beautifully. The heel is SO comfortable thanks to the nifty Nike Air "shock absorbers." As for the heel, it feels very steady. These shoes come with extra heel tips, too! The wooden detail on the heel is perfect for transitioning these shoes form work to play. This shoe is definitely worth a try if you're looking for a blend of style and comfort. Everyone's foot is different, so even some people who get their correct size may find them uncomfortable and be disappointed, but they work for me and I am a stickler for comfort!

So disappointed that this shoe was too short and narrow in my usual size 10. I love Cole haan air pumps, boots, loafers, etc. And own quite a collection. This is the first time a style has not run true to size. I'm on the wait list for the 10-1/2.

As always with Cole Haan heels I order a half size larger than I usually wear. The shoe is extremely comfortable and I was able to wear for over 6 hours with no problem right out of the box. Which is pretty much impossible for me since I have Fibromyalgia and severe back problems. If you're as fair skin as I am the Nougat Patent is the perfect color nude. It is not as white as it looks in the picture.

Nice, classic shoe. As comfortable as heels can get. Comes w/ extra heel pads for when they get worn down.

These are the classiest looking shoes! I cannot wear a very high heel due to a torn ligament, but these shoes give more than a nod to that kind of elegance. I am sending them back because they are too big (my usual 9). I have already ordered and received a size 8 1/2, that came overnight. They still slip on the heel a little, but I will find a way to make them work. Thank you Zappos for your generous shipping and return policies.

Great, elegant, timeless, functional shoe. Most comfortable pump I've worn -- great for walking and standing a long duration of time. I look forward to getting this pump in additional colors. Another commenter remarked that they felt like Audrey Hepburn in these little kicks, and I absolutely agree.

If you are looking for a smart, comfortable, pump that you can wear if you stand on your feet all day, this is the pump for you! I am a fan of the style of many Cole Haan shoes and this one did not disappoint. One thing to know: Cole Haan shoes run a bit narrow. My feet are usually within a "B" range but I had to order the wide in this style. Additionally, as stated in other reviews, you should order a 1/2 size up. That being said, once you have a pair that fits, this is a classy and comfortable shoe!

These are really nice shoes and comfortable. I sometimes have a hard time with closed toe, pointy shoes so I bought them a 1/2 size larger which was a great idea.

Gorgeous shoes! I already own a pair in red and have been searching for the black in my size. Thank you Zappos! These shoes are perfect for work and night. The heel is small which makes them very comfortable to wear all day long. Nike air technology is fantastic. These shoes can be more expensive than regular heels but they are a great investment. Really worth it.

This shoe fits very nicely with the shape of my foot. I do not have to hold up the back part with my heel and toes when I'm walking to work. I take BART and walk to the office so I do a lot of walking in these shoes. Everyone at work has complimented on how beautiful the shoe is as well with the red interior.

Super cute and comfortable shoes! Love them. I wore them for 6 hours before I felt any discomfort. Even when I did it wasn't bad at all! Overall would definitely recommend these.

I'm really happy with these shoes. While the toe is a little tight (due to the shape), the rest fits well. The Nike Air with the low heel makes them very comfortable. I plan to wear them to an upcoming wedding, and after wearing them around the house I'm confident my feet won't be in too much pain by the end. The color is close to a nude. Would recommend.

Love these shoes. Great heel height if you're going to be on your feet a lot. The Nike Soles make them incredibly comfortable. Cole Haan is my go-to brand for shoes.

I am 5'10" tall, and am always looking for nice-looking comfortable heels that aren't too high. These are perfect! I wore them to a wedding and they were perfect. I have somewhat wide feet, but they fit comfortable despite the pointed toe. Love! Run true to size.

These shoes are beautiful love the heel. I was surprised that the nougat was a bit darker than the picture, but still a pretty color. Sadly I am returning them for a smaller size - I am going to go a full size smaller. Can't wait for my size to be back in stock.

These shoes are about as comfortable as heels can get. They are a bit narrow towards the toe, but then again, they are pointy shoes.

Perfect spring and summer pump. Low heel is stable, nude patent is flattering, and the orange lining is stylish if I kick them off! I've worn these everywhere from houses of worship to graduations and business meetings and they are always appropriate. Just one day of break-in time (small blister on right toe, my fault, wore them for a long day with no stockings or other protection when they were out of the box). Since then, total comfort. Great to find a stylish shoe that is also stable and comfy. Worth every penny!

Cole Haan Air Juliana Pump is well made and comfortable. Nougat Patent Leather color is a light tan/bone neutral color. Style of shoe is attractive for a petite person and makes foot appear longer. I wear a size 5.5 or 6.0 medium width. Size 5.5 was slightly too snug, size 6.0 fit perfect.

I am very pleased with the Cole Haan Juliana Pump. From my searches, it ranks very high on the best fitting pump without a huge gap in the heel. I vary between a 5.5 and a 6, and based other reviews, I ordered a 5.5 in wide. I'm glad I did! I found that there is a slight break-in period, as the sides of my feet were a bit "sore" the first few times of wear. Gorgeous and classy with a perfect heel height for work.
