Update to previous review: I had to order a whole size bigger due to the shoes being too narrow. I ended up with an 8.5W. People who say the shoes run wide do not have wide feet. I have high arches to start with and wide feet due to surgery, so am hard to fit. I've never worn this size. These will only be worn for one dressy occasion, so am willing to pass on comfort. These shoes have no support and little comfort, but they are pretty. They are a reasonable price, too. I'm glad my search for the right shoes for this occasion is over! Thanks Zappos!

These shoes are very pretty and will look nice for a dressy occasion. However, they offer no support and are rather uncomfortable despite the lower heel. The material they are made of is rather stiff and cutting on a bare foot. There is no padding at all in the foot bed. They are a little tight on me on the toes. I ordered 6 pairs of silver shoes all similar to this one because I have hard to fit feet with tailor's bunions. The front of my foot is wide, the heel narrow, but my foot is not thick. The wide sizes are really not for wider feet, they are for thicker or fatter feet. They don't work well for my wide thin foot. This shoe was the best I could do as far as fit is concerned. All 6 of the silver shoes were beautiful. So if you have either a thick foot or regular sized foot you have many great choices.

I chose Touch Ups Jane between 3 pairs I ordered from Zappos for my son's wedding. These fit me true to size in length (6). I have a semi - wide foot and ordered a medium based on reviews saying these are extremely wide. They are just a tad wide but I would prefer that over too tight and it will also give me room to put in a nice ball cushion. The other shoe that I was choosing between was Touch Ups Dakota. These were not as wide - maybe a little bit better fit in and of itself, but no where near as pretty as the Jane and the thread that held the little Rhinestones showed more than I liked and the rhinestones on one shoe started coming off on one end. I wished to find a really, really comfortable shoe but between my size, desire for a low heel, and needing silver I have not been able to find that, so going with these. Wedding is not until January so don't know how I will do for the day.

I am getting this shoe for a wedding. It will complement my outfit beautifully. However, I'm still hoping to get the right fit. I ordered my normal size (7.5 W) and it was way too narrow. I have high arches and a wide foot due to foot surgery, so am hard to fit. There is no arch support, but they will only be worn a few hours on special occasions, so I'm not too concerned about that. The wide size fit like a regular B width on me. I'm hoping that going up a half size will solve that. I just returned the ones I got and reordered a bigger size. I normally wear Finn Comfort and wide Birkenstock shoes and have the arches in those built up. I love this style for a dressy occasion. It's hard to find dressy shoes with low heels. I just hope I can find the right fit!

I absolutely loved this shoe. I read the reviews and decided to order half a size smaller than what I normally wear. That was a perfect fit! My first three toes are all the same size so I cannot squeeze them into narrow sandals. I felt no pain while wearing these shoes. The price was great and the shipping was very fast! This was my first order with Zappos and I will use this website again. I am a happy customer!

Probably great shoes for dancing, but the style just isn't for me. These shoes seem to run a bit on the wide side. I normally wear 8W, but these had almost a full finger's space in the toe box area of the shoe. You may want to order a half size up in a narrower width, especially if you have narrow feet. The styling just cut my chubby feet and legs in all the wrong places, so despite the fantastic comfort of these shoes, they're going back. I would still suggest trying these shoes for the comfort and the bit o' glam.

This is a great blingy dress up sandal for a lower healed shoe. It ran slightly wide which was perfect for me. It was overall comfortable to walk in BUT the straps were too scratchy on top of the foot. I am sending them back. Really disappointing.

Nice sparkle. Decent foot support with straps over front of foot . Nice heel width for stability. Overall, a great shoe for a little glamour when you need to be on your feet for a long day.

This shoe was very comfortable, I wore it for an entire wedding, from the outdoor ceremony to a night of dancing. It has a nice-sized heel for those of us who don't like a big heel!

I bought several different pairs of shoes to choose one of them to wear to a wedding as mother of the groom. I chose these because they were comfortable and looked perfect with the dress. My foot is a little wide and I have to be careful it won't rub on the outside edge. I ordered my regular shoe size and found that it does run somewhat large. I think I could have either done with a medium width or half size smaller in length. I didn't have time to reorder and try various sizes. I did decide to use a gel ball-of-foot pad and that made a big difference.

I bought these sandals to go with a long dress for my son's wedding. I wanted a low heel because I will be busy. These sandals fit the bill perfectly. They do run wide but I have wide feet so they are quite comfortable for me. They are very pretty for a low heel sandal. If you have wide feet these are both classy and comfortable.

I have yet to wear these shoes so this review is purely on size and Zappos customer service. This is also my first Zappos purchase: I cringe at the thought of putting my problem wide feet into most shoes but needed a dressy sandal for a wedding. After reading the reviews I decided to try these and I ordered my size 7 1/2 in W. They arrived on time and I liked them but were too wide and seemed too long. I contacted customer service and the representative advised me to order the 6 1/2 W as it was the only one left in its size. They arrived the next day! I would have been satisfied with them but they were slightly damaged so I contacted Zappos again and a pair of 7 1/2 M arrived the next day! These are a perfect fit. I agree with other reviews that these run wide so order your regular size. There is no problem returning and they even gave me a credit toward my next pair of shoes due to the damage. This was hassle free shopping at its best. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

I wore these to our son's September wedding. They were very comfortable - but pretty to look at too! Didn't have to take them off all night. They were a tiny bit wide, but maybe that helped the comfort-level? Love them, and will keep them for the next big event!

As the mother of the bride, I needed a nice shoe, but due to problems with my feet, I have only been able to wear tennis shoes for 3 years. So, these worked fine. The heel was wide enough, even for the outdoor venue, to provide stable footing. I also love the return policy which allowed me to pick the best between two pairs of shoes. Very easy return policy. This was my first time buying from Zappos, and will NOT be my last.

The toe box area is quite roomy - I did have to put a ball-of-foot cushion in, but that solved the problem. The heel is nice and low, and overall, the shoe is comfortable to wear for extended periods.

These are comfortable shoes. They are dressy enough for a wedding, with modest enough heels for comfort. These shoes had the most padding for the ball of the foot.

These are very pretty shoes. It's hard to find silver, that have a reasonable heel height. I bought them for my daughter's wedding this summer. Usually take a 7.5W, after reading reviews bought 8M and they worked.

Purchased for my son's wedding. Suprisingly, I was able to wear them for hours without killing my feet, which is the biggest issue for me.

The front of the shoe is very wide. They match I purchased for a wedding, so I wanted to keep them. I solved the problem by getting a foot bed for under the ball of my foot.

Solid feeling, moderate heel. Comfortable width of both toe box and straps on my slightly wider than average foot. No arch support but OK fit for a high arch. The textured toe strap is a cross between glitter and fake snakeskin that is kinda meh and looks cheap at close inspection. Looks OK at a glance and will likely be unnoticeable under a long skirt.

This shoe is comfortable and attractive -- just right for a dressy night out or a wedding. I have medium width feet and ordered my usual size in these. I did add thin insole inserts for a little extra padding for comfort and to make them fit a tad snugger.

I never put them on since they were not navy….more of a royal blue…..and wouldn’t work for me. Returned them.

These shoes are so cute , the heel was just right too, but the material in the front rubbed oddly against the sides of my toes making it uncomfortable for me. I returned them.

The size seemed more like a size larger, and for a wide foot rather than a medium.
