Terrible shoe. It does not hold your foot in at all.

DIdn't fit well-toe strap didn't touch the top of my foot

The heel was uncomfortable and the color was wrong.

The shoes arrived in condition that shows it was obviously used - scuff marks on heel and edges, dirt on top of straps and a chunk of dirt on the back heel. Need them exchanged ASAP but Zappos is saying they're not able to guarantee they'll arrive in time. Poor customer service, and poor quality control. Can't rate the comfort because I'm not wearing used shoes.

I ordered 6.5W Navy but received 5M Navy. had to return them and order the size again. beautiful shoe, hope the correct size fits.

The shoe was very large. Not true to width at all. Cheaply made.

Shoe was technically long enough, but when I stood up, the heel was very narrow and made it look (and feel) as though I was about to fall off of the shoe. Both shoes were scuffed at the heel. I could see where the glue was not cleaned well. The overall quality was very poor - reminded me of something I would pick up at Payless Shoes. They also had a terrible smell.

I wear a size 7 - these feel like they are a size 9 - I slide right through to the front of the shoe.

These shoes were teal, not navy in color.

material is like wearing scratchy, hard shards of plastic. horrible material!!!

Fabric was not has expected. The looked very inexpensive. Returned.

The glitter on the straps of these shoes feels like coarse sandpaper. Miserable as soon as I put them on. The ankle straps were comfortable, the heel height was good, and they seem well made, but the straps over the top of the foot were too tight, and scratchy. I was desperate to take them off and can't imagine wearing them all evening.

Would've loved these shoes but the bottoms are completely smooth! A person would be slipping on any surface imaginable!! Have to return!

Painful could not walk in them

It is a beauitful shoe but ran to wide Afraid to order the narrow as I never wore a narrow shoe

Bought these for our 50th anniversary party. While they seemed comfortable at first, I soon was in misery and it got worse. Never had shoes cut into my toes like these did. Would not recommend them. Wish I could return them.

SOOOOO disappointed! Bought these for my son's wedding but am returning them pronto. The best way I can describe them is to compare them to the plastic dress-up heels of my childhood. So uncomfortable and the champagne color was already coming off the shoes--as well as little pieces of glitter. Very flimsy shoe.
