This seems to be of a poor quality to me. They hurt my feet and were a little too wide. Sorry, these have to go back. Thank you, Zappos for offering this hassle free option.

This was a word fit. Too wide almost as if worn by a fat feet person. The straps poorly made could not even get the pin to fit and tie the strap. Had to return!!!?

This shoe width was wide, I thought that I had ordered a medium. I would like to exchange this with a medium

I ended up not liking the way these looked. they were comfortable enough. but… the strap for the ankle is way too short. I ordered a 10.5 and the strap seemed like it was long enough for a much smaller sized foot. it was just barely long enough with the elastic stretched out on the last hole. I ordered another style in this same brand and it also had the same exact short ankle strap issue. I’ve never encountered this before with any shoe.

Nice heel height; length but way too wide across front of foot; no real cushioning or arch support.

Very cheap shoes. So cheap they didn't even come in a shoebox. These would be $16 at Target/Walmart etc. Returning.

The glitter glued to these shoes made the straps sharp and scratchy. I have moderately wide feet (I go between normal and wide depending on the size), and was thrilled to see so many people reporting these shoes to be really wide. I purchased a wide and half expected the straps to be too loose, but instead they cut into my feet as soon as I put them on, and the edges of the straps were sharp from the glitter. I didn't even try walking around in them. They had to go back. I reported moderate arch support because I didn't have them on long enough to say for sure what the arch support was like. These are not $60 shoes. Would've been cute if they hadn't been made of nightmares.

Although the shoes fit and looked stylish, there is no way I could wear them to a wedding for hours. The shoes were extremely uncomfortable. The straps are very stiff and scratchy. I had to send them back right away.

The shoe was very cute. The part of the sandal that would support the ball of my feet were too wide. I couldn’t wear them because my foot kept sliding around. Too bad!

Runs narrow.

I bought this shoe in the Champagne color. It is very pretty, and it fits well on my foot. (I normally wear a 6W, and that was the right size here.) Unfortunately, the shoe does not have good padding. It has a strip of padding down the middle of the shoe, which probably would have been OK for the heel, but the padding ends just before the ball of the foot, so there is basically no padding under the ball of your foot. If you are fine with typical women's shoes, these may work well for you, but if you need a really comfortable shoe with good padding, this isn't the one. Gel pads in the ball of the foot might have made these shoes comfortable, but I don't like the feel of those on my bare feet, and I don't want to have to wear nylons. Also, the heel caps on these shoes appear to be plastic, so be careful when wearing them on slicker surfaces. When trying them out on my wood floor, I had the heel slide out from under me twice when just walking around. In summary, I liked these shoes and wanted them to work, but they just weren't comfortable enough for me.

The material was scratched.That was unfortunate because I liked the style.

very cheap looking and feeling shoe

I really wanted to love this shoe, but it was way too wide. Even thought ordering a medium width, the shoe was too large and I could put several fingers between my foot and the shoe 'gap'. Back they go!

I wanted to like this shoe a lot based on the other positive reviews and how difficult it is to find gold dress shoes, but I really didn't. I found the shoe looked cheap - some of the glittery straps seemed to be falling apart a little. The shoes were also pretty uncomfortable. They had little support for the ball of the foot or arch, and the entire shoe seemed hard and rigid. I was very disappointed and will be returning the shoes.

I bought these shoes in desperation after the shoes I had ordered from Zappos earlier had a defective buckle and were no longer available. I chose these for my daughter's Maui wedding based on many positive reviews. The shoes were a major disappointment, very narrow and uncomfortable. I tried having them stretched at the shoe repair to no avail. Because of this I did not wear them, but can't return in good conscience. Money down the drain!

These are actually pretty cute and could be comfortable (I think). But I'm returning them because the tag in the heel is raised above the rest of the shoe and is hard/rigid, so it makes them very uncomfortable to wear. I read the other reviews and no one seems to mention this, so perhaps I just got a bad pair? But it's in both feet, and now I can't wear them.

All the reviews I read made it seem like the shoe was bigger than normal, but when I ordered my exact shoe size the width was so narrow. The heel height was perfect, but the straps at the front of my foot were so tight. I was a little disappointed, it was the complete opposite of the other reviews people have left.

I purchased these shoes for my mother to wear to a wedding. She has worn the same size shoes, 7½M, for as long as I can remember. When she put these shoes on they were so wide that all of her toes slipped right out and completely off the footbed. I am sending back. She would consider trying a narrow width but they do not come in narrow.

The person who wrote that. This shoe was so wide that it was like a mans shoe obviously does not have a wide foot. I wear a 7.5 ww and I could not even got my toes into this sandal. Very discouraging and totally disappointed that there are no wide based sandals for people that are younger and would like to have a fashionable shoe.

I really liked the look of this shoe but the silver was peeling off easily just trying it on. I didn't think it could survive a break in period and the wedding I bought them for before all of it would peel off and it looking tacky.

The sparkles were worn off around the edges...
