Everything about this shoe is wonderful. Being a woman of a certain age i find i san actually walk and even dance in these shoes. I have bad knees and feet also and cannot wear high heels. these are the perfect size for me and the heels are just right. By the way this is my second pair of the same shoe but different colors. Both were purchased for weddings of my grandchildren and i was actually able to participate instead of complaining of sore feet.

fits generally well and comfortable enough to walk in. they are a bit wide, and i only marked "no arch support" because this shoe isn't meant for that.

cute but do run very wide, changed back to M width and now fit fine.

Very comfortable and very cute. Bought these in gold and size 9. The material looked a wee bit flashy, which was the only reason why I returned them. The outfit I wanted to wear these with needed something a little more subdued and classy. However I’d wear these with jeans or to go clubbing or a casual party.

These are great for a special occasion, they are fairly comfortable but I must admit that they aren’t as attractive as another pair that weren’t as comfy. These will do for what I need them for.

After trying 5 different pair of shoes for my daughter's upcoming wedding; these were the winners! I have a wide foot and bunions. I dread shoe shopping, because most shoes I try on don't fit in width, even if labeled wide. These are perfect in width! They are a tiny bit big over the top of my foot, as other reviewers have mentioned, but it is not a problem for me. They are comfortable. The heel height is good for me- I can't do high high heels any more. I am relieved to have a beautiful shoe to wear! Thanks Zappos!!!

Purchased for a black tie event and matched my dress well. I normally buy a 9 or 9.5 and I have a slightly wider foot in the toe area. I ordered a 9.5 wide width but could have worn a regular width. Due to the ankle strap it worked and was comfortable while standing for long periods of time.

These are cute and dressy, love the low heel. I wore them to a wedding reception right out of the box, and danced a lot. No blisters or problems. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that the sole is sort of hard, not much cushioning. Sizing is completely accurate. I have a wide foot and usually wear a 9 in closed shoes and a 8.5 in sandals. The 8.5W fit perfectly.

I bought these to wear to my daughters upcoming wedding. I love the style and champagne color. The front of sandal is too wide on my foot so my foot slips foreword. I am going to return and try a half size smaller.

Cute shoes for my granddaughter to wear to a wedding. She wears a Youth size 6W and these fit perfectly.

I thought these shoes were beautiful. After I read the reviews and saw that a lot of people said they were too wide, I decided to try them because I have a very wide foot. I would say they are a C or maybe a tight D. I probably could have stretched them out by wearing them but the straps were so stiff, scratchy and therefore, uncomfortable. Sadly, they are going back.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for - the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. I bought them for my daughter's wedding in September. They did need extra holes punched in the ankle straps though. I ordered a sturdy leather punch from Amazon for less and voila! The perfect fix and perfect shoe. Also, Zappos was great to work with. It took me four try to find the right shoe, but Zappos made it all so easy!

Very pretty, sparkly shoes. No support so I bought clear cushions to help. I usually wear a 9.5 medium so after reading that they run wide, I bought my normal size. They were too narrow. I exchanged for a 9.5 wide and that was much better. Especially if you plan to add cushioned pads for the balls of your feet. Great value for the price!

This is a pretty shoe and great for dancing which is what I ordered them for. Sadly, I have to return them as they run wide and are too wide for my foot.

Very cute shoe but heel was very low which took away from the effect. This shoe would be perfect for somebody looking for this type of heel. It's very cute, well made and the Wide fits quite well!

I could tell when I saw these that they were going to fit my foot. I have wide feet from running around barefoot most of my life, and my size is pretty much average. The width is perfect. I was worried a plain "W" wasn't going to fit, rather than a "WW". The length is perfect and the height of the heel is also just right. I had to punch 2 extra holes in the strap that goes over my ankle which wasn't a big deal either. The reason I put 4 stars for "overall" is because first of all, the "glitter" on the straps that go over the top of my foot were really scratchy which I remedied by scraping the very edge with my fingernail to get the glitter off without making it look bad. That did work. I also worked the straps over my toes to loosen them up a bit so they weren't so stiff. The heel wrap is really funky! It looks like the person who formed the gold fabric over the heel pushed it with their thumb which wrinkled the fabric and then didn't smooth it out. It's all wrinkly and looks awful, but you can't see it anyway. My dress is long so chances are, nobody is going to notice that. For me to find a fancy sandal that fits me makes me so happy that I don't even care about the heel! I put them on after messing with them for awhile then I wore them around my house and they are as comfortable as any shoe I wear, so I'm happy. The inner sole is padded. Also the size of the heel pad is perfect to keep someone like me from falling off of them. The sole is a little slippery and I am going to put a sole pad so I won't slip and fall in front of everybody! These minor details weren't enough to return the shoes. The color is as expected and they will look nice with my navy dress. I would order Touch Ups again.

My first pair sent had a tear in one of the straps. I contacted the Zappos company and had a new pair that was delivered the next day in perfect condition just in time for a family wedding.

Needed these shoes to go with a formal long dress for a wedding. At almost 70, my days of high heels are gone so these were the perfect height. I wore for 6+hours and was still able to walk and dance. They were a little wide in the toe area, but this was good for me since I have arthritis. There was no tightness on my tender toes.

Bought these to wear for my son's wedding. Lovely shoe, comfortable. Wore them for the entire wedding and reception! Danced a lot!! Nice wide foot base. I usually wear a 7 (but sometimes a 6.5 in sandals). Based on other reviews I purchased these in a 6.5 and they fit perfectly!

I ordered these in silver for a wedding I ended up returning them but I feel like a review is needed. They were very true to size and width and seemed to be very comfy while I walked around in the house. My only problem was the look of it. Online they look beautiful but in person the front of the shoe with all the straps made it look like a shoe for an older person. It looked like it was aging myself and my foot weird I know but even my husband said what's with the granny shoes. Anyways I returned these and I got a pair that has less straps in the front and they are beautiful.

First of all this is a beautiful shoe. Pictures doesn't do them justice. After reading reviews, I ordered my regular size in a medium width. I couldn't even get them on my feet! So, I exchanged for 1/2 size larger and wide width. Perfect fit. Comfort is so-so. However, the customer service with Zappos is excellent, and the exchange couldn't have gone any better. I received my exchange in 2 days! Walked around the office in the shoes all afternoon, and they will work for my daughter's wedding.

I loved the look of this shoe, so sparkly, so perfect with my dress for my son's wedding! But the straps cut into my ankles so back they go. I'm going to try a slingback style to avoid the whole ankle issue.

I have been searching for shoes for my son's wedding in May -- I will be 62 and have bad feet and bunions -- all the dressy shoes in the stores have heels I would probably fall down the aisle in -- someone I got connected with Zappos. I have ordered 3 pair of shoes (will end up keeping two). All very nice and came within a day or two. The people I talked with on the phone (I am not a wiz at computers and couldn't quite figure out how to order) were all very nice and helpful.

The shoes are super pretty and looks amazing with dresses. I wore these the whole day at a wedding where I was running around and were more comfortable than I expected.

I have extremely wide size 8.5 feet, W/WW/E so extremely hard to find dress shoes. I bought this in size 8W for salsa dancing. Length was just right to have full control of ball and heel. The width is tight when I wear it at night after the feet have swollen for the day. Will need to gently stretch the non-leather straps. Wish they made a WW... Ankle strap keeps heel snug, but if you have skinny ankles, you may need to add a hole. It's a gorgeous sandal! It glitters a lot.
