I recently purchased the Bora Bora I I in fossil, i needed a packable hat in a neutral color that provided sun protection, wasn't heavy or hot to wear, had a chin strap to keep the hat from blowing away, AND was adjustable as I have a smaller head circumference. Lots to ask for, but this checked all the boxes. It's well constructed and doesn't look half bad either as I'm not a hat fan. Good price for all of that. Perfect!

The hat is adjustable, so really one size fits all. It's breathable and very lightweight. One feature that would greatly improve this product is a firm edge, or a stiffer brim. I realize this isn't a baseball cap, but the brim is very floppy. Luckily, the drawcord keeps it in from flying away. The hat also does it's job keeping you cool. Well worth the buy.

I like the adjustable headband, the venting, and omni- wick headband.

Fits great, perfect hat for keeping the sun out of your face and the vents allow your head to stay cool. I mainly wear it at the beach, lake, etc.

This hat is the perfect shape and size to block the sun's rays. I highly recommend it to anyone.

First off let me start by telling you I am a woman with a big head. Hats never fit right. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that this had provided relief from the warm sun and fit my head with a little room. I have a lot of hair. It is very thick. OK enough about me. I really believe that if you were looking for a hat to fit all shapes and sizes of heads this is the way to go. It is cute and fun and although at first I was apprehensive About these kind of hearts I am glad I made the decision to go in and protect my head with such a light and airy hat that will protect my skin. This is my second Columbia boonie hat as I loved my other one which is starting to show its wear after years and years of use (10 yrs maybe?). Plus I was noticing that every picture of me posted on FB I had the same hat on - so I went with the "Grill" color and love it. Matches the jacket I purchased at the same time and love the fact that it is 50spf sun protection plus dries in a matter of minutes if it gets wet. I highly recommend if you're looking for a great looking and functional hat.

Perfect hat for fishing or any outdoor activities

I finally tried the Booney style hat and so glad it was this one. Light breezy and great coverage. Make sight fishing a breeze. The cord is quick and easy for windy conditions and holds perfectly. Love this hat. Keeps the areas of my face safe from the sun that I just can't tolerate a 'buff' style cover on. Thank you!

Very stylish - wears with everything Absolutely functional- keeps the sun out of my eyes and with the mesh vent, keeps your head cool,it also has adjustable (strings?) So as to properly fit your head and to keep it on when the wind is kicking up. Highly recommend this headwear!!!!

during outdoor activities , even i suffer strong wind , the hat still fit my head so well due to adjustable drawcord and toggle at back.

Very happy with the purchase. The hat is adjustable which makes it very comfortable. Lightweight Material appears to be the type that dries quickly. Overall I think anyone will be happy with this hat.

Just what I was looking for, maybe it could be larger to protect more but it's perfect, light and comfortable.

Great product keeps skin off and keeps you cool

This is a gift and has not been given as of yet. However, it is the exact same one that my loved one had before and he absolutely loved it. So I know he will be happy to own a new one. The other one after about 13 years of use was finally sent to the garbage can. You will not be disappointed in this product.

This hat is great to wear in the hot African sun. It even protects your neck.

I bought this hat for my husband who tends to have a large head. The adjustable tie on top of the hat worked great and the hat fit him. The hat is very light weight and the vents are perfect for the hot Florida weather.

I purchased this boonie specifically for a trip to the Dominican Republic. I can say that it performed flawlessly. From relaxing beach days, to a day on trails in a side-by-side ATV, it protected my bald head, neck, and eyes from sun, rain, and mud. You can make adjustments to make it fit more snugly for activity or more loosely if you're just lounging on the beach and the wind isn't kicking. Its material and breathability made it comfortable even in the Caribbean heat and humidity. Prior to the DR trip, I wore it at soccer games in the S.E. United States with temps exceeding 95 degrees to get used to wearing it; comfortable, cool, and doesn't cause excessive sweating on the head and forehead like baseball caps tend to do.

Purchased for my husband who normally only wears ball caps but he's spending more time outdoors in the sun and this hat is perfect. One size adjusts nicely and keeps his head and ears fully protected. He loves it!

Hat adjusts to fit to my head size and is lightweight, besides giving me the sun protection I need.
