Great hat. Will use for everyday in summer.

I was looking for something other than a ball cap for sun protection. I like this hat! It has a broad enough brim to provide good coverage. It's adjustable to fit as needed and has a cute look.

Visited a friend in CA, and when I tried on her Boony, I knew it was just what I'd been searching. Supple, packable, enough brim and ventilation to comfortably sit outdoors in the sun reading, chatting, sipping a cold beverage. For hardier souls, a chinstrap for wind and adverse weather.

Very nice breezey when wind blowing keeps sun off head breaths okay better than the original I bought last year. Highly recommend.

This hat is perfect for adventuring. It weighs nearly nothing, either rolls up or lays perfectly flat without getting bent out of shape. My fiance and I both wear the hat because it fits both men and women.

My coworker recently got a similar hat, causing me to seek one out as well. I love how lightweight this hat is, and the mesh window makes it a lot more bearable to wear during hot field days than other hats I have worn in the past. The standard size product is a bit large on me, although this is ultimately not an issue because the model comes with a drawstring feature where you can tighten the hat to fit. Look forward to many more field days with this hat!

I purchased this hat for a road trip into the mountains and then dessert where I would be hiking in the heat and sun. I am fair-skinned and wanted to keep the sun off my face and neck, as well as stay as cool as possible. The hat was perfect and comfortable and I would purchase this hat again.

It is very light comfortable and I love it, the color is not even said and I love it because it protects me from the sun I recommend it

I've been on a hat craze when it comes to Columbia hats lately. This is by far one of my favorite hats, the hat fits my larger head and shades my whole face from the hot Texas sun. It's my favorite fishing hat now.

Bought this hat to pack in a bag to be kept in my vehicle for days/weeks at a time without being removed and used. It comes out and unrolls with minimal wrinkling. Does a good job of shedding rain and shading my face and neck from the sun. Fits almost perfectly my large, hairy skull. Drawstring should cinch it up properly for those with more normal heads! Overall I love it!

It was hard finding the right hat for the right price that also looked good on me - until I bought this. Love this hat and can't wait to wear it. Fits my head jjust right with enough room to breath, great material (lightweight), brim is just the right width for me, and it is comfortable. Will be easy to pack and wash. Love the wine berry color.

This hat is great. I bought one for my husband about a year ago, and he loved it so much, I finally broke down and got one for myself. It's perfect for the beach, doing yard work, or anything outdoors - keeps my head/face from getting sunburnt yet it doesn't make me hot, like other hats do. They're great quality - my husband has worn his a ton, and it still looks new. Highly recommend!

Purchased for my adult son for the beach and boating. While he may not win any high fashion awards the fit and functionality was perfect. Definitely recommended!

I chose this product that has the highest SPF value among Columbia products. Not sure about the others, but this one protects my face pretty well from the strong Texan sun. And it is breathable so I don't feel hot and wet after wearing it. The edge is sturdy yet soft, so folding it twice and putting it into my backpack does not cause any wrinkles which is good.

Typically I am a baseball cap kind of guy but I figured the possibility of extra shade on my head might be good. It sure was. I used this hat on a day long sail and hike last weekend and it served me very well. The ventilation was great. It also wicked sweat away from my eyes, can't say that about a baseball cap. It also got soaked with fresh water, saltwater, and more sweat. The only complaint I have it that the brim is a little floppy in the wind, then again I was in pretty stiff wind on a sail boat. May be better in a other scenarios. Highly recommended.

Well made very lightweight and virtually indestructible.

I ordered this hat for an upcoming trip to Myrtle beach, there will be plenty of sun in August. I received the product fairly quick found it on sale and used bonus points to get it at an even lower price. I like the fit and style it has excellent sun protection there's a mesh portion on the hat and a drawn string to tighten it up.

A light and practical hat, it can be folded without being damaged and it gives an excellent protection. Very recommended

I needed this hat for a river trip. Loved that it was packable and breathable. It will be a hiking staple.

I have lots of caps and a couple of hats. Have not been satisfied with most of them for one reason or another. The problem is the hats I had were too hot, too heavy or both. I purchased the Bora Bora II and it is as near perfect as can be! Have already worn it on 90+ degree days and it is comfortable. I don't pull it off as temperature rises :-) I would recommend this hat for sure.

The totally adjustable headband is outstanding; it takes all the risk out of buying a hat that doesn't fit. I fish gulf waters and the coast so the breathable structure on the top is ideal. This is just what the doctor ordered, literally. I'm in my 4th week of a 6 week radiation treatment for skin cancer at MD Anderson in Houston. This hat and the Columbia shirts I have purchased enable me to continue my passion of fishing while staying cool, and, staying on the water! Thank you Columbia!!

My new go to hat for summer outdoor activities much more comfortable and much cooler that a baseball cap! It helps keeps the sun rays off my face and neck thus it helps protect my skin from damage.
