I've been waiting 15 years for this slim trend to end. When I saw these pants I got excited because they look very loose in the picture. I'm sure this is a favorable fit for everyone else but I was expecting relaxed and loose comfort.

I wear a 33/30 or 34/30 in all pants, including several from Columbia. These were incredibly baggy. I could see that when I unpacked them, and even worse when tried on. In my return notice I said that to wear them one would need a huge butt and very fat legs!

I wore these pants for a day and the inner lining of both back pockets tore, meaning I nearly lost my wallet.

I should have known better. With the price being so low, I should have known, but I ordered them anyway. I ordered the size I wear for denim jeans. As soon as I opened the package and felt the material, I knew it was going to be downhill from there. Extremely thin, cheap material, and the pants fit on my like freakin skinny jeans! I actually laughed when I put them on. If you have insanely skinny legs and don't mind wearing cheap ass material, these are the pants for you! However, I have to say that I purchased a Columbia PFG t-shirt and I love it.

The shirt is very nice, unfortunately it was defective. The button holes for all the butons were so tight it was a struggle to unbutton the shirt in order to try it on. It was the same when I buttoned the shirt. I returned it

Truly hate the material. Feels like cheap parachute material.

Pants were seamed very tight around the thigh section and made it near impossible to bend or even walk comfortably. The waist and length were true to size.

I purchased a few pairs of the women back beauty pants and I loved them so much that my husband asked for something similar. He really liked the material the back beauty pants were made out of. They are comfortable and wash and wear really well. We purchased these pants for hi hoping they would be just as nice as the women pants I ordered but what a disappointment. The fabric is very thin and wrinkles awful in the wash. Not worth the $$ at all. Wanted to return them but I have already washed them.

These pants have gone cheap. There is a 3-inch zipper now. I'm slender guy (30" waist), even with the zipper down, it's hard to pull these pants on over your hips. And forget about trying to urinate by opening the fly. I can't even get my hand inside through it. These are pants really aren't made for men. The older pair I had was really nice. The new tiny-zipper model isn't worth the money.

I bought these for my husband. They are too shiny. There are not enough secure, zipped pockets, and the backside is too tight even though the waist and length are fine. It seems as if they are simply not cut properly. There is no "give" when he sits down so he feels he would never wear them on a long plane ride. As a consequence, I ordered the Silver Ridge "stretch" to replace them. Those were worse.

Sub standard product.
Wore it on a trip - the first time itself, the zipper pocket ripped open. Very thin material, sub standard stitching.

I bought this shirt for my father, who has a skin allergy that aggravates with sun exposure.
After 2 or 3 uses the fabric, which was originally white, gain a yellowish color all over. Remaining after being machine and hand wash.
I would not recommend this fabric to anyone.

The fabric crumpled at my back after the first day of use, and in a few more days the whole shirt have become full with lint.
The shirt over the Columbia is from a competitor, used under the same conditions for the same amount of time.

Words cannot describe how disappointed I was not only by this shirt, but my entire order from Columbia. Of the five items (four shirts and one pair of shorts) I ordered specifically in time for a trip to Phoenix, only two were wearable. This Silver Ridge long sleeve was the worst of the offenders. It does not run slightly small, it runs very small. I am not an overly large guy, but I do have a broad chest and beefy shoulders - where the XL shirt was noticeable tightest. The worst part was that the shirt was obviously already worn - one sleeve was sloppily rolled up and the other was not, there was a blatant stain on the lower back side, and a noticeable funk of BO when I tried the shirt on. Now I have to return these and go to the mall this weekend. I might be done with Columbia.

Nice pants, well made, nice fabric & color. Unfortunately, your longest inseam is too short for me. Why are they not available with longer inseams, so taller people can wear them?

These pants were originally designed for a slimmer man with a trim look when on the body and I have owned two pairs of them in the original slim design. Now you are making them with a "relaxed fit" which means bigger rear end and leg room. That is fine -- BUT put it in the ad! I would never have ordered these pants with that warning.

The shirt is not like it's previous versions. The fabric is too light and thus not durable at all. After just wearing the shirt just sitting around, the lanyard around my neck cause the shirt to fray and loosen threads. This shirt will not hold up to any activity. I have bought this type of shirt on three different years and it seems to be dropping in quality. This shirt will not last the laundry let alone a deployment overseas. I do not recommend this product and this will be the last Columbia clothing I will purchase because I am very disappointed in an outdoor and adventure company producing a shirt that won't hold up to everyday wear.

Size is small, and the button holes are so tight I can hardley get them buttoned. The new pockets are closed on one side and hard to put things in. And the fabric is very rinckley after washing. Not too happy.
I live in these shirts...

Columbia makes good clothing: good design, good materials, good workmanship. Where they fail is sizing. In my recent order, I purchased one pair of Columbia's Lander Pants and two pairs of Silver Ridge Cargo Pants. All three pairs were exactly the same size: 30x32. The Lander Pants (made in Pakistan) fit great. They're even a little loose. The Silver Ridge Cargo Pants (made in Bangladesh) are so high and tight in the crotch that I'm afraid I'm going to hurt myself if I sit down in them. The waist is also very tight. If you order these pants, you might consider ordering a larger size than you would normally, especially if you are in-between sizes.
