I cannot wear them because they are not true to size. I have a pair in the same size but different color that I purchased elsewhere that ate true to fit.

Uncomfortable shoe. Very little cushion support.

received item with pet hair, dirt, dust and grass inside the shoe, dirty sole - disgusting! I have never had a shoe in such a horrible condition sent to me from Zappos. very disappointed

Not sure if it is the design, or the fit was a bit too snug across the toe box, but when stepping up a stair, my big toe twisted up at an odd angle in the planted foot and I spent the rest of the weekend in pain.

This shoe is a new design of an old style. I have worn this style for years and this is the first time I have had difficulty finding this shoe in black with a white sole, until now. I was thrilled it came in Narrow width, however, the shoe fits larger than usual and the back is cut lower, so that your foot will not stay cupped, as they have in the past., they are no longer mules, but slides. I am returning the shoe.

The shoe is so narrow I felt like Cinderella's step sister trying to fit my foot into the shoe. My feet are narrow and this is very narrow for a B width. Not comfortable at all.

Very disappointed that these shoes (ordered in black due to price break) fit significantly smaller than the same style I have had in the past in the size I ordered.

Not comfortable, hard, footbed no arch support, going back, disappointing.

Used to be that Traveltime had my foot evenly centered in the shoe. The last 2 pairs of Traveltime had my entire foot on the arch side of the shoe, my feet hurt, then my ankles hurt, then my knees hurt. So disappointed, I have been buying these shoes several times a year for at least 10 years as they were the only ones I could wear that kept my feet from hurting. Have not been able to find a replacement yet, I will keep trying thanks to Zappos.

NOt the Easy Spirit Traveltime we have known. Marc Fisher bought out Easy Spiriit and has proceeded to ruin them. These shoes used to have your weight centered in the shoe so with an arch support they worked for my over-pronation. Now the weight is all on the inside, the arch side, so they made my arch hurt, then my ankles hurt, then my knees hurt. I have been wearing these shoes for 10 years and am really missing them. I bought 3 or 4 pairs a year so maybe they will miss me.

I’ve owned this exact pair of shoes and wore them out. This pair fit quite different. I ordered my normal size in shoes 9M and I couldn’t even get my feet in them. It wasn’t that the shoe was too small it was that the top of them had absolutely no give like my last pair did. The tops of the shoes were so tight. I was really disappointed to have to return them.

I think this shoe would have been fine if the opening was not so narrow. I have this in another style same size and it fit fine. Maybe this is marked wrong I am going to see if they have more in stock and reorder to check the size.

Hey Easy Spirit! You have really goofed up your shoes. I have ordered these for years in the same size. But now the sizes are all goofy since they started making them in Viet Nam. The ones from China run true and the ones from Viet Nam run larger or smaller depending on the size ordered. But you can't choose the China ones with reliable sizing - there's no way to do that because they just send what they have on hand. It's just not possible to get correct size any more. A 9.5 WW from China fits but from Viet Nam, doesn't. Order a replacement size and depending on where it is made, it may or may not fit. I have no clue how to get the correct size.

WARNING: Sizing has changed. I have ordered this same shoes several times. I got this pair and they are sized very differently. The other ones were made in China. This pair was made in Viet Nam. The sizing is just wrong. A bit longer and much wider than the same shoes in the same size that I bought before. Disappointing. Returning them and hoping a size change corrects this, but not convinced of that.

I wanted to love these shoes. They look GREAT. BUT the back heel hurts. I need open back heels for an injury and that little ridge at the base of the heel is painful. Please skip that ridge. If the back is OPEN, keep it completely open. Eliminate the heel ridge. I'm so sad these didn't work for me, because they are great looking shoes.

These are a 9.5M. The width was okay, but the right shoe was larger than the left so I'm returning them. The replacement pair that came was as small as as the size 9 I ordered this summer, which I thought was a little too snug. I won't be ordering from this company again. You just don't know what you'll get. Not happy.

The shoes are really cute. But they are so small that I wonder if they are mismarked. They seem 2-3 sizes smaller than they should be. Cannot comment on comfort, cannot get the shoes on my feet. Regarding the quality-there is clear, dried adhesive visible along the seams. I’m sure it isn’t visible when wearing the shoes, but obvious when I am holding them in my hands.

I am wearing this shoe in a 10 M and it fits well...but I tried 10.5 for more comfort and it is TIGHTER and NARROWER than the 10 M.

horrible! i have been ordering these shoes for many years. Never happened before. Insole is all wrinkled, not attached properly, feels like you step on a something sharp. Herts feet just to put shoes on

I don't know what people are raving about with this shoe. Yes, they're comfortable, but I think they just look plain weird when you actually have them on your feet. Think it may be that vertical suede stripe that runs down the center of the top of the shoe. It gives the illusion that your feet are very long! These are basically glorified slippers. Period. The worst part about these shoes, though, are that they retain a LOT of heat. I just wore them for a few minutes to try them on (in a cool home), wearing thin cotton socks, and I could not wait to get these off of my feet. I think if you wore them without socks, the heat issue would likely still be a problem. Oh, one more thing--the navy looks more like black.

The fit was OK, the look was nice, but in 3 month there were holes in the thin upper material. I had to buy new shoes. I did not buy Easy Spirit, although they were comfortable. Nancy

The inside of the shoe is coming out, I really like these shoes and I am so sad the inner sole is just a cut piece of paper. I've only had them for a week and feel ripped off. Sure wish something could be done about the inner sole.

A. These fit very narrow. B. They are cheaply made. The soles were already separating from the base of the shoe when I took them out of the box. C. They're really, truly hideous, at least to me. I bought them not for style, but comfort. I didn't get either, and they were uglier than I expected them to be in person.

I bought this shoe because I thought Easy Spirit was famous for making comfortable and supportive shoes. I was so convinced of this that it actually didn't occur to me until recently to blame these shoes for the foot pain I have been experiencing (instead, I blamed the fact that I recently had a baby). Turns out, though, that my feet hardly hurt at all when I wear other shoes. So, I'm not very happy about the fact that I own two pairs of these.
