Ordered this Light Natural as well as Natural - both same sizes. This felt MUCH smaller than the Natural. Very tight on my foot

I’ve been wearing these shoes for 8 years and suddenly the 6 1/2 is marked correctly however it is actually a 7-7 1/2. I’m so disappointed.

I have several pair of these shoes in different colors and love them! This shoe is marked 12 medium and it fits like a 12 narrow! I took out insert and bought a cheap foam pad at the dollar tree!

I have an identical pair of these that are several years old and wore out. The only difference was that my old ones were size 9, the new pair is 9w (I wanted a bit of extra room for thicker socks) Apparently these are now cut differently since the 9w was way too small even with thin socks. Broke my heart to have to return them.

There is no way that these are WW. Maybe just W?

I wasn’t sure of my size so I ordered both 9 and 9.5. The left shoe fit well in both sizes. In the smaller size, the right shoe was too small, but in the larger size, the right shoe was too big! When I looked carefully, I could see that right and left shoes in both pairs were not ldentical. I had high hope since they are light in weight and seem to have good support, but unfortunately I will need to return both pairs because of issues with fit. More quality control in manufacturing would be helpful.

smaller than older version. Length good but the padding that lines the shoe makes it too snug and the back of the shoe doesn't hold the heel so my foot comes out when I walk. Older style comes up higher and hugs the heel. As everything else it seems quality is going down.

I returned these shoes as I was surprisingly disappointed. I have bought these shoes twice or three times in the past. I have always liked them a lot. I basically use them as dog-walking shoes. I know my size because, like I said, I have bought them in the past. Just to be sure, I even looked inside my old shoes to make sure I ordered the correct size. When the shoes arrived, I was shocked to see that the shoes were too big, as well as the arch support has changed. Since I have had plantar fasciitis in the past, good support is important to me. These no longer have the support that they used to. I was very disappointed that Easy Spirit decided to make changes in this shoe. I will not be buying these shoes again.

I returned these shoes, because they slipped right off my heel like a flip flop. The narrow was far from narrow enough for me, although I really did like the appearance.

Every other Easy Spirit walking shoe in my normal size of 6.5B fit fine. This mule runs at least ½ size short. With no support, they’re like walking in a backless box. They look ok for their style. They’re boxed and labeled to go back tomorrow with 3 other pairs of Easy Spirit Romy styles. No support in any of them.

Not as comfortable as prior versions. The footbed is Not soft enough. The shoe has been more cheaply made. Too bad- I loved my last 2 pairs but I am returning these.

the other Traveltime i ordered was perfect....for some reason this pair in different color was painful all over.

I have bought and returned several pairs of shoes to various online places, in my search for a good pair for me. I was excited to get these because of the very high scoring reviews, but they didn't work for me. I have a high arch, wide feet and they swell, and while I could get my feet in them they were very tight and the sole was very stiff as well. So they didn't feel comfortable at all. I don't know if the black patent upper made them less flexible than they others but I had to send them back. They were cute though, and I am hard to fit.

The show was very large, both in length and width. Because of the stretchy top and the lack of toe-bar, there is nothing to keep the shoe securely on my foot.

These are cute and comfortable, but I wear an 11 narrow and I couldn't keep the shoes on. They were too loose across the top to keep them on.

Don't buy this shoe if you have a high instep like I do. The tongue/instep will be too tight on your foot. I bought a 9 double wide, and it did feel good other than the instep. The shoe also flapped on my heel quite a bit more than I was hoping it would.

OK, but I like New Balance better. I don't have a high arch, but I found the shoe tight along the arch line. The top part of the shoe came too high up on the top of my foot, hitting where my foot/leg flexed, making it uncomfortable. New Balance is a better fit for me. My size is women's 9W. The shoe was narrower and smaller overall than New Balance in the same size and same style (both bought from Zappos).

I have had a pair of these shoes in black, 7.5 M and love them, although they are fraying at the heel edge because I wear them so much. I decided to order two more pairs, one in white, one in light natural. When I got them, the light natural ones were impossible to get on and the white ones were okay. The top of my foot is very high, but this was a wrongly-made pair of shoes. The width would have been okay, but too tight on the top. Back they went, but I kept the white ones. So disappointed in Easy Spirit in this case.

This shoe felt a little short for my 9WW foot while it seemed to be okay in width and have enough room for my high arch. I tried a 9 1/2 WW and it was too loose in the toe box. I am now sorry I kept the 9WW. After wearing them for a whole day, the top part of the shoe presses on my arch, even when I am sitting. My feet don't hurt so much when I take the shoes off, but they do if I put any other pair of shoes on. I also tried a pair of Easy Spirit Reel Fun shoes and returned those as the elastic band pressed on my foot. If these shoes had more room for my high arch, they would probably be comfortable. These shoes are by no means stylish, but if they would be comfortable, I'd wear them anyway. I now know Easy Spirit shoes just don't work for me.

When I first received these shoes I thought they were going to be comfortable. After wearing them for some time they stretched out to the point I couldn't wear them anymore. I was very disappointed after spending a lot them at the time. I guess I need something that offers more support.

I was looking for a pair of walking shoes that would be great for a lot of walking on a conference trip. I got this shoe reading good reviews here. However, this shoe wasn't for walking for many hours. Not that comfortable, just something was not right.

I have a very narrow foot so was happy to find these in a narrow width. Unfortunately they have already stretched out (after about 20 hours of walking) so that my toes jam the end of the shoe with every step.

When my last pair of Ecco mules wore out I was in search of the perfect shoe again. With over 900 reviews of 5 star I thought I had found it. Unfortunately, this is not it. I have a high instep so the shoe cut me there. What is annoying is that in the photo it appears that there are 2 gussets. However, these are fabric and have no "give" whatsoever. I'm not sure why they are even there, they certainly don't make the shoes look attractive. My search continues. Thank goodness (and Zappos) for free returns.
