This shoe has no arch support and the cushioning is not that great. I have tried my own orthotics as well as some Dr. Scholl’s and nothing is comfortable. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone.

I was thrilled to get my blue Traveltime shoes. I had recently purchases a tan pair of Traveltime shoes and wanted a different color. That pair was so comfortable. The blue pair arrived as promised. I left for Portland that same day. I was not driving because of a broken hand. When I got back I drove the car. My left shoe came off when I moved from the gas to the brake. The left shoe is wider than the right one. I have tried putting insoles in but still the left shoe does not stay on. They have been worn so don't know if I can return them. These make my feet sweat if I don't wear socks. I have hammer toes and am searching for a pair of sandals that I can wear. Alice Goshorn

This shoe is pure plastic. The fabric is uncomfortable and the soles are not especially supportive.

I was shocked when, after buying a pair in a different color 2 weeks ago with a great fit, this pair felt huge.

Not sure how these can be called wide. Much too narrow.

The heal, the part that sits on the ground is way to narrow, so its easy to bend an ankle if you step on something uneven and parallel to the shoe.

Left shoe was too tight. Right shoe was very good.

The materials/make look and feel cheap; the right shoe was defective--the insole glued in with a big wrinkle in it that makes the shoe unwearable.

I ordered 8-1/2 N but received 8-1/2 M! :(

Bummer my orthotics didn’t fit in these, they are not wide enough. I knew it was a long shot .

These are BIG! I have a pair of these in another color and wanted black. I can't possibly wear these, I would walk out of them and break an ankle. Very disappointed.

The shoe is much large than a 9.5.

The box was marked size "8" which is what I ordered. The shoes were both size 7 1/2, so not as comfortable as they should have been. Someone goofed big time by putting the wrong shoes in the wrong box. I will probably be sending them back if I find the correct size elsewhere.

Shoes were too narrow and definitely not medium. Too much hassle to return. Extremely unhappy

I received the shoes but one shoe was brand new and the other shoe was clearly a used shoe. Don't know what happened but Zappos customer service got me a return refund immediately and also gave me a credit for something later. they also put be on a Back order list for when the shoe does come back in stock

I've been wearing these mocs for years and it's so very frustrating that each pair of shoes is made differently even though I always order a 6M. Even from Easy Spirit themselves, it happens. There is no consistency in the product. I'm wearing a pair now that is made slightly differently on the top. My last pair from Zappos that I ordered last month fit perfectly. Which is why I ordered two more pair. It's not Zappos fault but Easy Spirit's. As I wrote already...... So very frustrating!

I've been wearing these shoes for years and may be the only time I've ordered online. They were marked correct size and width; however, felt way to loose and flip flopped when I walked in them. Can't keep. Have returned and will purchase elsewhere. They were made in China. Most previous made in Vietnam.

I love these Easy Spirit mule shoes and have been wearing for YEARS. I've never ordered online; however. The last 2 pairs I bought (at Beall's, unfortunately) were made in Vietnam --this pair was made in China. The size was marked correctly, but, this shoe is not supposed to flip flop when walking and they do. The top of the shoe was too wide and not supportive. I'll find them somewhere else, as they are my favorite shoes to wear around the house and working in the yard.

I had to return both pairs of shoes. Both were longer and wider than they should have been. I have worn Traveltime Easy Spirits for years. Very disappointed.

I am so disappointed. I've been wearing this shoe for a decade, but this is not the same shoe. Both pair I ordered were much narrower than before, the soles are different and the blue didn't have suede but a plastic type trim.

I have purchased this shoe before and was very happy with them. This pair however, after wearing a couple of weeks, has problems with the stitching. The stitching in the inner toe area of the left shoe is coming apart.

I can't express how disappointed I am in these shoes. For ones that have such high ratings, I expected SO much more! They really aren't very supportive of your arch. They aren't cushiony at ALL. I have a pair of Hoka One Ones and I was hoping these would be my indoor version of those, but compared to those, these Easy Spirits are rock hard :(. The kicker is that they have terrible ventilation, so my feet have usually begun to get sweaty soon after putting them on. They are just wrong in SO MANY ways that I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from...
