I usually wear a solid 8.5 in any shoe or boot. I read reviews that these were roomy and to order a half size down but I ordered the 8.5 anyway so I could wear thicker socks with them. I am from New England and it gets cold and snowy. They fit perfectly with the thicker socks. They do stretch a bit but not too much. The sole is chunkier than my other Frye boots (ie Jayden); they are a rubber grooved material so there's no slipping on ice and they are durable. They clean easily. These have become my new favs.

I absolutely love these boots. Had zero issues breaking them in - no blisters. I have high arches but have no trouble getting them on. Purchased a 8.5 but normally wear a 9. Fit like a glove. Literally wear them every day. Perfect purchase after lots of debate, trying on and fear of buying the wrong pair.

Just came in and looks really good, but it's more dull than what is pictured but still looks awesome, can't wait to wear it soon. It's true to size and it does come a little more wiggle room in toes but that just the nature of biker style boots a half down would of made a little snug considering it will soften up, I have more of narrow foot but little wide toes and it just slip right in. The heel is loose feeling and maybe it will cup in like from previous reviews.

This is my first frye boot, and am so happy I decided to take the plunge and purchase it! Love them and look forward to wearing them this fall and winter!!

I bought the Veronica Short in my normal size for boots, 8.5. I was worried they were too big at first when my heel kept slipping, but once I wore them a full day it wasn't an issue. They are extremely comfortable and the leather is very soft. I didn't have to break them in at all. I would definitely buy this style again!

Great color, great fit- love these boots! One of my favorite things about Frye's is that there is no breaking-in period. Frye boots fit perfectly the first time, every time.

I bought these after having worn through my Natalie boots, and I couldn't be happier! I never thought I would love a boot as much as I did my Natalie's (they lasted three years of constant wear), but I actually like these more. The first day or two was painful, but I was able to break them in very quickly. I love the style and height! Perfect for any occasion :)

I bought these a few months ago, wear them all the time with my jeans, distressed leather is great, they look like a pair of well worn moto boots, fit great and are very comfortable

Overall I love the look, quality amd fit of these boots! They are easy to slip on and go with so many outfuts. The base of the boot is heavy compared to the slouchy shaft so walking around in them for a long time can start to stress the feet until you get used to them. All in all these boots are awesome!

I am so glad i bought these gorgeous boots. I bought the grey (but they're really a beautiful taupe - just as pictured). I wear a 10 and these size 10s were the perfect fit and very comfortable.

These are great boots. I am so glad I finally bought them. Great color, nice fit and oh-so-cute.

I wanted a non-trendy boot that maked a statement so I can wear them for more than a seson. I'm not a fancy dress up person but this boot steals the show with my skinny jeans and t-shirt. I look forward to breaking them in a bit more and I have a feeling these will only get better with time!
