Hi the men neumel boots were not what I thought they appeared to be to tone different in color like two toned but wasnt

My boots where so scratched up & I was upset with the product.

I have to return for larger size they are a lil snug.

They are really comfortable but the stitching of the side started to come undone and I only had them for a month.

I think they are quite ugly, would not walk around in public with them!!

He wears the same size in every other brand of shoe and sneaker I do not understand why these fit him soo big, they look quite ridiculous

I would like these boots if the foot soles are dark brown to match with the leather uppers.

I returned the shoe. While it might have worked for me as a house slipper-- if it were not overly lined with wool-- I bought the shoe hoping to wear it in cold weather. There was too much wool lining the shoe even for a Boston winter and the sole of the shoe seems to be merely stitched to the upper without regard to rudimentary foot mechanics. The wool and leather were, however, quite nice.

I bought the Neumel boots less than one year ago and wore them for only 6 months and the laces were frayed to breaking. My retail store advised me to contact UGG, which I did and was promised replacement laces. These never came, so I contacted them a second time last month and was promised laces again. These never came. I contacted them a third time and was then told that they would not replace the laces and that I should buy them elsewhere. Shoddy, shoddy product!

Very unhappy with the purchase as it didn't fit. I thought these were made in Australia, not Vietnam. That explains the sizing issue. I have heard so much about UGGS and surely did not see what is so great about them. Very cheap for the money!!!

When I received my order they had stains and marks on them. I returned it and never got it back

I received my Chestnut UGG Neumals on a Tuesday & I returned them on Wednesday. Very disappointed with the color. The pic on the website depicts the color Chestnut as being a beautiful rich auburn color, however my UGG Chestnut Neumals were a pale depressing tan color! I was extremely displeased w/this purchase! Hideous color!

I HAVE 5 PAIR OF UGGS AND I DONT LIKE THESE ONES AT ALL THEY ARE JUST NOT FOR ME.

The shearling is glued to suede. My shoes got wet, and everything separated. Will try sending them back to IGG, since this is not Zappos fault

Why don't they make these for women??? It's a shame I sooo wished they did, I would of been the first in line to get a pair or two. Ya should do better...

I cannot currently review the products themselves as they are all in a different country to myself. I have emailed a few times and had unsatisfactory and unhelpful responses. EG: I was in New Zealand at the time and ordered with Ugg Australia. I received an email from someone, whose signature was Ugg Australia, asking me if I would like to be redirected to Ugg UK as I had reached Ugg USA. For such a large brand this is rather a shoddy system.

They should have these for women as well

i love this but they need to make smaller sizes so girls can buy them too . atleast a size 6 . girls can wear guy shoes too ans i would love to buy these but size 7 is way to big

There is an extreme fur density difference between the left and right boot. It feels as if my ankles are rubbing up against the leather in the one boot with the minimal fur density. Feels like I am wearing two different shoes!

Not true to size like the women's boots. Recipient usually wears a men's 9 or 9 1/2, so we ordered the 9 first. Too small (too short/toe needed to curl to fit into shoe). Exchanged it for a men's 10, still too small -- not long enough/toe hits front of shoe. We are waiting for the 11. Odd, because we usually buy smaller sizes of women's UGG boots. Again, this is for a man who wears a 9 or 9.5, and we are now waiting to try a size 11.
