I loved my boots when I got them. They were everything that I could ask for. A couple months have gone by and I am noticing that a hole is forming on the sole of the boot by the toe. Very disappointed because I loved these boots but not worth the money in the end.

I received one size 10 and one size 8 and both were for the left foot! Very careless and unprofessional.

Placed an order in November for Christmas gifts for my kids. Still haven't recieved my purchase and customer service keeps giving me the run around!!
Very unsatisfied customer and may never order from them again!!!

I do like these for my daughter but when they came they appeared to be crushed leaving lines in the boots that do not look brand new. The box was also crushed making it hard to give as a gift.

The product fit was too small. Used there automated sizing fit and said my normal size 10 would be a perfect fit. It wasn't. Because of the lambs wool it was very tight. I exchanged them for a size 11 and waiting for exchange.

The shoes came a little dusty and the fur looked Smashed and worn , I would like to trade them in but the process is too long especially due to COVID

They run extremely small although very cute they just run extremely small, would recommend getting at least two sizes up currently in the process of a exchange

I'm really dissatisfied with the shoes I recieved. I ordered the Neumal shoes in the color dark fawn and was shocked with what I recieved. The shoes I received looked COMPLETELY different from the picture! The pictures shows that they are a beige color and the shoes I got are a dark grey. I'm very upset at how misleading the pictures are on the website for the color dark fawn.

This shoe looks nice in pictures, but that's the best thing about it. In person it appears big and laced up it looks puffy, like a shoe that's bloated or retaining water (if that were possible). But looks aside, the shearling is nice. HOWEVER, I found the shoe to be painfully uncomfortable, biting into my ankles and just horrible to walk in. I wish that I never wore them so I could return them, but I wanted to give them a chance. Heck I wish I never bought them. I will wear wool socks and Blundstones instead and have happy feet.
