Within one week of purchase, the front of each shoes soles began separating, I tried to gorilla glue them, but it was not hope & looked bad on the side!

The boot was poorly made and my husband wear them a few times and they look like he had them for years

Although, I love the neumel boot, I was so disappointed in the color!!! RED is my favorite color and this was a dull ashy red....VERY SAD

Purchased the Neumel Boot in white for my son and the sole of the shoe came apart. Very disappointed that no one from Ugg reached out me. Yeah, the definitely stand behind their products, yeah right. On top of that, just recently bought the shoe.

I am very disappointed. Bought this as a Christmas gift and the rings where the laces go through started falling out by mid January. Expected much better quality for the price.

This is my second time buying a pair of these. I've never had this problem with t before. I am going to send them back ASAP

The neumels I received were worn and washed/cleaned. Most likely these shoes were returned to Ugg and not quality checked properly. It's unfortunate because this was and exchange I did for another present that i wasn't satisfied with. 0/2 Ugg buy in-store and in person if you can.

Purchased for young grandson,, he absolutely loved them.

do not buy these shoes !!! i bought these shoes 3 or 4 months ago and i walked on a wet surface and NOT a puddle and my feet were wet from the inside. i contacted the customer service team and they denied replacing the shoes telling me that they are not water proof. why doesn't the ad say that your feet will not stay dry walking on a wet surface???

I like the boots it self but it's not the color I was thinking. I was thinking they were like a maroon color but there more purple. I will return them .

Purchased and the heel tag was torn

It ripped the first day I wore it but because it showed sign of tear from only that- I was not able to return it. Wow I was never more frustrated.

Horrible Uggs company itself is the worst!

I have over 20 pairs of uggs I absolutely dislike these boots they make me feel like I have clown shoes on

Your products are expensive and to have my son wear the boot one time and it to already have a start of a hole is disappointing

This shoe was classified as espresso and really it is not. It is more purple than a rich brown which you would think of when describing espresso, I've never seen a purple cup of coffee

I returned the boots purchased due to the boots being two different colors. I purchased a pair a few years back and they were great so not sure what happened with these.

I love the boots but i rated it one star because it didn't fit my boyfriend foot. He needs an 11 1/2

My son loves his UGGs! And I love that they come a men's size 13! They are very comfortable on his feet. They do run a little wide.

I didn't get it

Water stains on the boots after one week. They looked ruined already. Bought as a birthday present and they already look old and stained

Things aren't that great. The color that I ordered isn't the same as the picture.
