Too short and I got 1/2 size larger than normal

Wide, especially in the heel. Slipped off which each step despite correct length. Returned.

Tight and short. This could be due to the inside fur lining but they are so tight, I didn't want to wear them long enough to get them stretched out. For the cost, these slippers/moccosains are good if wearing a name brand it important. These have no arch support except for fur that does not get matted down. If you want to keep the inside of these slippers nice inside by wearing socks, these slippers are too small and tight for socks.

These look great but were way too narrow. I don’t have wide feet but they felt way too small. I’m sure over time the padding would wear down, but I want my house slippers to be comfortable right away, especially for the price. Plus they don’t have any padding on the soul so they felt hard to walk in. I felt relief when taking them off which shouldn’t happen.

Ansley ll is A full size smaller! I made in Vietnam, I’ve worn a size 10 in this slipper for 15 years. Needed to size up to 11!

They’re beautiful, but way smaller than the recipient’s normal size and have to be returned.

They are cute, and they fit. Unfortunately they’ve stopped making these with pure lambswool. They are now blended with lyocell. The description is not correct, it’s the “Uggplush” blend not “Uggpure”.

The style and color of the shoe were fine. I purchased this shoe with the intent of having something on my feet while I work from home with the ease of being able to step outside to get the mail. I preferred this style of moccasin because I don’t want to have to fiddle with laces coming undone like on the other moccasins. These were extremely tight! You will definitely have to size up. I wanted a slipper that doesn’t look like a slipper. I am a true 8.5 and ordered an 8 based on reviews that suggested they would stretch. These were so tight it was uncomfortable and there was no way I was going to wait for them to stretch! Sadly they went back.

I tried a 7, and that was too big, so I tried a 6 and that was too small, a 6.5 would have been just right. I don’t understand why UGG doesn’t make half sizes. I wore these for a week in the hope that they would stretch a little and that just didn’t happen. The best part of this experience was dealing with Zappos, that’s always a perfect fit.

Unfortunately I had to return this pair because the back kept slipping off. Otherwise it seemed nice and comfy and may work for others.

The color is not purple, rather quite brownish.

I've had these mocs before. This pair is poorly made and I was hoping for comparable quality to previous two pair. This isn't it. Inside is badly cut and does not extend to end of leather. Outside is also poorly cut and inconsistently low along outside. UGGS label on the inside hits right at the instep and is very uncomfortable - these may be bad shoes on a bad day but I am surprised they passed quality control.

My problem is that I am a true half size and the next size up was too big and next size down too smal. Was sorry about all that as I loved the shoe.

My recommended size was a 10, and I usually range from a 9 1/2 - 10 1/2 based on different manufacturer's. I'm a normal foot width, and never had an issue in width from any other shoe. I understand that UGG's are supposed to fit snug at first and they will stretch up to a 1/2 size, but these were so small and snug that they physically hurt. I ended up trying a size 11, and they are still snug, but are much more comfortable and will be perfect in time.

I have had these before in another color a few years ago. They were so much more comfortable. These have zero support and kill my feet. The insoles are flimsy and come out easily. I am so disappointed.
