I have been wearing Ansley slippers for years--they are my go-to footwear around the house and I love the ones I bought years ago. I ordered two new pairs because the old ones are getting worn down, and the new ones are not nearly as well-made as the older ones. The interior wool is not neatly positioned in the slipper and sticks out unevenly, including tufts popping out where the front meets the side of the slipper. More importantly, the material of the slipper is smaller than the same size was in the older slippers. It looks like the sole is the same but they skimped on the material so the whole thing is too snug. This product is not up to the standards of the UGG brand.

I love the look and idea of these slippers but my heels slipped out of the back. I haven't had that issue with other slippers before. I am going to try a different style to see if it is style related or brand specific issue. :(

I own many pairs of UGGS. Actually they are all I wear. I bought these red ones because they were on sale, but also because my other ones like it are worn out. But these didn't fit the same way as my other pair. The heel part is much too big and my ankles slip out of them even with socks on! I am disappointed because I love these style of shoes. I live in them!!!!

Improper stitching inside the toe of one of the SF goes makes them uncomfortable to wear. Need to return for replacement.

Too small and too narrow even though I sized up and bought a wide fit. No where near the quality of my last pair.

The slippers are not true to size and the quality is not what Iam custom to for an UGG Product

A gift to compliment one that she had before. It doesn't fit like the one she had before, albeit a different color. I've been told by other individfuals that the fit of the shoes have changed over the years. Guess there is some truth. Ordered a smaller size and a wide width. Wish more shoes came in a wide width.

the color is beautiful but I can feel something protruding into my right arch after wearing for a month.

Ordered slippers for my elderly friend, they were too big, ordered 1/2 size smaller, they were much too small. I observed this, it was not her imagination! Then, I called your chat line to simply return them, and was told that the return time had expired--I ordered them on 11/2, received them on 11/15, was trying to return them on 12/6--that was not 30 days! I'll donate them to some good cause, but will not order from this company again.

They're brand-new but they are very easily stained and impossible to keep clean. If I had known I would've bought the cleaner right away

Size 8 is too snug and size 9 is too big. Wish you made half-sizes!

I am so disappointed in my UGG slippers. I debated a long time spending the money for these, but decided to treat myself. They fit fine, are warm, but the pile lining has bunched up in the bottom forming an uncomfortable ridge across my instep. I have tried to smooth it out to no avail. I do wear them barefoot because they are slippers. So disappointed!

After a full season of indoor-only wear the support of these slippers has been worn thin/is non-existent. They were warm and cozy for the initial few months but are no longer comfortable to wear. Considering the price point and brand's reputation I expected these to last a bit longer; I won't be re-purchasing.
