Ugg has changed their slippers. My previous pair of Ainsley slippers is wearing out, so I ordered another, of the same size and style. While the appearance is very similar, the feel and fit are quite different. My toes were jammed up against the end (the new pair is about 1/4" shorter.) But the worst part is that instead of the prior soft shearling lining, these had "UGGPure" instead. UGGPure is scratchy processed wool product - Ugh!

I have other UGG products and was looking to replace long-worn slippers. The quality of the pair I received - especially the usually wonderful inside - was lacking in typical UGG standards. I kept them because I threw out the last pair after a year of wearing during COVID.

Cute slippers, would have been very comfortable but they are very narrow and tight on your feet. I ordered a size 6 which is my regular shoe size. I have very small feet and am even able to fit in a 5 in some cases. These were way too small and squeezed my toes and tops of my feet. Order a size larger than your shoe size.

Read the reviews and ordered what should have fit bu didn't. So sad but heel slipped out and I don't have skinny heels. Oh well, won't try again. I have had two other pair of slide slippers from Ugg that have been great but not these.

The shoe runs too small; they are very tight fitting! Also the fur is only exposed along the border of one shoe the other shoe has the fur sewn down! Very disappointed for the money paid for this shoe.

Terrible quality control! I ordered these slippers and Zappos sent me the completely wrong shoe. A running shoe. Not even close. So then I had to return and repurchase from Nordstrom because I have more confidence that they can actually get this right. Such a waste of time. But I will say, I’ve previously owned these slippers and they are amazing! Slippers yes, Zappos no.

I have another pair of Ugg slippers (the Dakota) and they fit perfect at a size 8. I'm normally a 7.5 when half sizes are available. The 8 in this slipper was huge and the 7 was super small. Noticed they aren't 100% natural material anymore either so they won't stretch as much? Had to return both.

These slippers are beautiful to look at but my pair ran larger than a normal size 9 shoe as a result they feel sloppy and oversized. Also, the padding of foot bed was inadequate. The shearling of the footbed feels skimpy and thin.

Tight and short. This could be due to the inside fur lining but they are so tight, I didn't want to wear them long enough to get them stretched out. For the cost, these slippers/moccosains are good if wearing a name brand it important. These have no arch support except for fur that does not get matted down. If you want to keep the inside of these slippers nice inside by wearing socks, these slippers are too small and tight for socks.

These look great but were way too narrow. I don’t have wide feet but they felt way too small. I’m sure over time the padding would wear down, but I want my house slippers to be comfortable right away, especially for the price. Plus they don’t have any padding on the soul so they felt hard to walk in. I felt relief when taking them off which shouldn’t happen.

This is my fourth Ansley slipper purchase in size 10. I typically LOVE this slipper and wear it daily. I'm not sure what changed, but it is much too short. Definitely size up. Had I used the True Fit guide first, I would have known to order an 11. Unfortunately it is back ordered until March! Bummer.
